This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

So we came for a week to the sunset resort. First thought was omg what a beautiful building the rooms where spacious and clean . The hotel is ok a bit basic but staff try hard. However the food is terrible and the cleanliness is not up to scratch. The hotel is gigantic in terms of buildings and outside area. A total of 6 massive buildings makes the hotel seem like a giant. But this also makes the area feel spacious and not crowded at all. Some of the apartments in the hotel is sold as holiday apartments to private people, which I assume adds to the feeling of not being too crowded, since the occupancy is not full at all times. Our stay at the Sunset Resort was a mixed bag. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious clean with a beautiful sea view. Maid service daily. Although our apartment had a washing machine it would not work. Reception were unhelpful saying it was up to the owners to fix it. July 2025 The hotel is OK, staff are not chatty or particularly helpful. Smoking is a real issue here, we wanted to sit outside for our meals but there were a lot of people who smoked, even in the rooms i woke up one morning and could smell smoke in the room, i went out in the corridor and it stank. We stayed at Festa Via Pontica for a few days and really enjoyed it. The staff at the reception were super friendly and always ready to help - it made a great first impression. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned regularly during our stay, which we really appreciated. It just felt easy and relaxing. The location is great too - close to the beach and perfect for a summer getaway...

Just got home after staying 7 nights here with the family and it was an amazing holiday. Literally covered everything we need from nice rooms great food and great selection of drinks and snacks. All the staff work so hard and especially the entertainments team (Peter, Hrizz, Lea, Stefan, Yoni, Natali) who really made our holiday special with fun amd games and dancing. They always go above and beyond...

Have just come back from an absolute amazing time at Festa Via Pontica. The whole place was so clean. The linen in our room was changed every other day including clean towels ! Beds available at any time by the pool or beach. The bar staff were friendly and more than happy to make cocktails ! Food was decent...a bit limited at times, but was better than most. The wine tasting night was a nice...

Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. I was wrong. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. Had a lovely 5 nights here. Bedrooms huge and had X2 small double beds as singles. Fabulous seaview from the balcony. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and there is something for all. Desserts were amazing. We got the names of everyone we were served by which was much appreciated. Easy walk across the bridge directly onto the beach. Disappointed of the Spa zone: overcrowded, Steam Bath out of order, infrared bath was not working properly...too cool, Salt room- out of order too... Please, take care about the mildew in bathroom...Lighting in bathrobe looks like home made, lamp is blinking and an electricity noice can be heard...doesn't seem to be safe. We absolutely loved our time at this hotel. Chek-in was very quick. We arrived early in the afternoon, so we had a couple of hours to wait before we could access our room. We were able to access all amenities, though. We had a junior suite at the corner of the left wing. It was very spacious, and we had great views of the entire complex. Travelled as a couple but part of a larger group inc kids/teens. Hotel is modern (build 2019), extremely clean and has friendly staff. Pool areas are great with a massive central pool, 16+ pool/area, activity pool and four water slides/ aqua area. There is also a spa with internal pool and Jacuzzi. One buffet restaurant, three à la carte and food court. Four bars - main building, pool, food court...

Wow - where to start? Put simply - if you want a top quality hotel with great food/drinks and amazing staff then this is the place for you. Absolutely nothing to fault - it's that good. The natural mud bath and salt lake by the sea was a hidden gem. A bonus was the 12 minute journey from Borgas airport.

Great hotel! We had a fabulous family maisonette with was great with our 3 children aged 7-9. Food was lovely, room and hotel environment were clean. Great swimming pools and a really nice snack restaurant at the pool. The entertainment team was absolutely superb! Kiko and his team were doing a fantastic job to make our holiday memorable! The hotel was gorgeous, super clean, people were always round emptying bins and sweeping up, the cleanest hotel I've been to. Room was massive and well appointed, beds were really comfy. Food was delicious and probably the best we've had at an all inclusive. Lots of fresh meat and fish, loads of lovely salads. Lovely place with smile, polite and helpful staff. First line, literally few steps next to the beach, lovely swimming pool and really tasty cousine. The place is nice and has a lot of potential. The food was tasty, it needs a bit of diversity at breakfast. The rooms are clean but neglected. We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. They are just annoying. A day before our leave, their population reduced. Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated. Right now it's an ugly accessorie to this place.

Love it. Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Bed was comfortable. Nothing has really stood out but I still really recommend it. Perhaps because of the views of the sea. Reception staff is super friendly and the restaurant gives good service too.

Luxurious residential complex with an excellent swimming pool, a sauna for residents, 5 minutes to the sea 1 stop from the Central Bus Station, you can walk to the center directly by sea

Very close to the beach, has an indoor outdoor pool. About an hour's walk to the center and 15 minutes by car or public transport.

I don't know why the complex has 5 stars at all. We are accommodated in a private apartment, which is very nice and comfortable, but so far... When we checked in, they gave us countless rules - nothing bad, but no one observes whether they are followed. Parking is on the street, who boils where, there are no sidewalks except in front of the complex. The beach is close, but not nice, yes it is calm...

A good place is spoiled by a cruel manager. Hit a child!!! And left a nail mark on the skin! I respect the rules of residence and fulfilled them all the time of our stay - for two weeks. But at the same time, an unpleasant incident occurred today involving the administrator. The son of 10 years old stood by the pool, waited for me and took a tube to play for swimming, from which, by negligence, water...

A lovely family Hotel with good kitchen / restaurant at ground floor. I enjoyed a weekend at the place and i decided it was the best value for the price I paid. I was going around and saw other Hotels but none of them was in good conditions or the surrounding was as quite like at this place. But even it was quite with a little walk you was in the center and get all what you needed.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Zeus. It is about 3 minutes walk from old centre and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Personnel was very kind but they do not speak English very well. We paid only for breakfast and it was very tasty, you could choose from vegetables, fruits, cheese, ham, eggs etc. Checkout is at 10am but taxi to airport was scheduled for 1:30pm and there was not problem...

Service friendly and great for English speaking. The restaurant doe stairs is amazing local food. I spoke to a local who said that it is well known by locals for being authentic and delicious, and when I was there, at least 60% locals eating there....must be a good sigh. Amazing zeus!

Family owned hotel - very cute family, all are kind and respectful! Lovely people. However, the lack of black-out curtains and the super soft mattresses makes sleep qualify not so good. If you can sleep with transparent curtains, you would like it, because the owners are very sweet and kind.

Great service, our room felt much higher class than a 3-star rating. We had the deluxe studio on the first floor. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the beach is only 2 minutes away.

The best restaurant in Pomorie! Food is so good! We recommend green salad with goat cheese, pasta is very well done, black sea musells were great, meat dishes also excellent! We had dinner here every night and did not want to change.

Location was great. There were markets, an exchange office, places for breakfast, pubs nearby.

The hotel is very good, clean, with nice location, there are many restaurants and shops around and it is very close to the beach. The staff is very nice and friendly, they helped us with everything that we asked for, including keeping our luggage after checking out, so we could enjoy our last day at Pomorie before we leave. We will visit the hotel again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay.I appreciate the cleanliness and the very responsive and polite people working there.The location is also a big advantage because there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach is very easy for little kids.

Clean and close to the center of the new town of Pomorie. Stayed in one of the flats. It is reasonably priced however no plates, or cutlery. No kitchen area really. Just 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat we had had really bad WiFi reception. Other than that for holiday accommodation it is good.

Awesome food and the best view you can ask for.

Our most favorite place to stay in Pomorie - the friendly owner and staff feel like family. We also celebrated our wedding there and had international guests - everybody loved the stay, the food and the atmosphere there. It's relaxed, calm and offers enough space.

From the moment I was here - 8 years ago - I have not thought of going to another hotel for my sea vacation! Clean, cozy, in a convenient place, almost to the sea, everything for a full vacation!
