We arrived on Monday 29th for a week we are still here, booked on a B&B basis as our grandson is such a picky eater. First night we paid 125 lev for the 3 of us for dinner, which all we had was pizza and chips! So we came for a week to the sunset resort. First thought was omg what a beautiful building the rooms where spacious and clean . The hotel is ok a bit basic but staff try hard. However the food is terrible and the cleanliness is not up to scratch. Also everything shuts at 10pm so it’s hard to have an evening..this is a not a good hotel for older children. Pool area is nice and access to the beach is great. The hotel is gigantic in terms of buildings and outside area. A total of 6 massive buildings makes the hotel seem like a giant. But this also makes the area feel spacious and not crowded at all. Some of the apartments in the hotel is sold as holiday apartments to private people, which I assume adds to the feeling of not being too crowded, since the occupancy is not full at all times. The hotel was just like the photos on the internet, we were not expecting them to be as good but we were pleasantly surprised.We were greeted by the lovely Aneliya who is the guest relations Manager She was so friendly throughout the trip and we cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. Overall the hotel was fine, clean and staff were extremely friendly. We arrived at around 22.30 and had to come up the lift which I knew about because of the previous reviews. The problem we had was when we got out of the lift there were no lights on in the courtyard leading to the reception. It was very dark and had to wait to adjust our eyes, there were steps which we could easily have fallen...

Our family trip at Festa Via Pontica was one for the books! The hotel had just opened its doors for the upcoming season and everyone and everything was fully ready and excited! We made friends, from the valet to the bartender all the way through to the lovely Aneliya, who made sure our stay exceeded expectations. Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

Fridge was filled with coca cola and we only got 2 a day so spoke with reception and asked for coke zero and to get 3 a day as there was 3 of us. I really suggest Hotel Incognito. They have nice staff. Also it's very clean and lovely place to stay with your family, friends and etc. Definitely we will come back again next summer. If you have any questions about historical places or local events they will give all information.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Zeus. It is about 3 minutes walk from old centre and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Personnel was very kind but they do not speak English very well. We paid only for breakfast and it was very tasty, you could choose from vegetables, fruits, cheese, ham, eggs etc. Checkout is at 10am but taxi to airport was scheduled for 1:30pm and there was not problem...

Service friendly and great for English speaking. The restaurant doe stairs is amazing local food. I spoke to a local who said that it is well known by locals for being authentic and delicious, and when I was there, at least 60% locals eating there....must be a good sigh. Amazing zeus!
