Great place for a family holiday with a large beautiful beach and several swimming pools, including children's pools.

A beautiful resort, lots of pools, near the sea, good and fresh food. Beatiful apartament and view. The only thing that disturbed my happines was one frustrated woman at the reception. For this, only 4 stars. For the rest....thank you.

Good resort and fill of opportunities. The owned beach area is a gift and clean. Every morning is cleaned like the outdoor pools. The chef is great and very good. Comfortable apartments, wonderful beach, excellent food, restaurants and shops on site. There is a club. In the evening there is a dance floor, live music, a wonderful performer and repertoire. The whole area is a small well-groomed picturesque garden with a fountain and a swimming pool.

Great quiet place, very close to the beach. Had nice food and drinks. Sometimes the food was a bit cold or dry but its was fine. I Hope You geteto have a pleasure eatung their apple pie or fried cheese - the best. The stuff was always nice and helpful. Even when we asked for a sticking plaster, the very kind lady offered her own set. Will remember this vacation for quite some times.

It is my second time here and since last year I was somewhat disappointed because of the lack of room cleaning and I got food poisoning, this year was a different story. We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. Excellent food, all rooms are very nice, big and clean. The restaurant is the top piece of the hotel, really recommended! Parking is not the best, they could improve that one. And this is 4stars hotel, not 2 as google shows.

Everything was amazing. Staff is exceptional! From the waiters to receptionists to house keepers they are all amazing! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, but the bed was very unconfortable...The bath-hub was stucked(the water didn went away).The food was not good at all and it was the same every day...The price is too high for what you receive.

Very clean, staff friendly, food good. Had many a good night in the Green Bar connected to the hotel. Short walk to the beech and water park . Small supermarket near by. For me the only negitive is there is no actual Bar . You can get drinks with your meal or at the small pool bar but nowhere to sit and socialize. But me and my family had a great time!

The complex is great. Only the corridors and the rooms need some renovation. Some rooms have improved, but there is a massive issue with the coffee service. 800 visitors are served only from two coffee makers and it takes 20-30 minutes for breakfast to get the coffee.

Seemingly a nice place, but had to change rooms several times. Feels worn out and with poor maintenance. The entertainers were good, but even they complained about the bad sound and acoustics. The food menu was better than anticipated after the initial hiccups, but the overall service needs improvement.

Very good hotel, however breakfasts are horrible especially for vegans and vegetarians. Breakfasts really are not 5 star hotel level but more like motel/hostel. Spa needs servicing on details like showers are not working partly, toilet seats are broken, needs some maintainance on details. Feels like its just been cleaned but not maintained.

Very nice, cosy and quite place. Perfect for children. The rooms are clean and the pools are excellent. The food is nothing special, but that is a small disadvantage that I personally do not care much about. I recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. One last thing, very friendly staff! Stayed in an adjacent property, but got lost when we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful, had dinner in the property a few nights later, staff very friendly and good food, my son even got a complimentary ice cream, not needed, but in line with their customer friendly approach, good place and very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Hotel: The resort is located literally in the middle of nowhere. Good for those who wants to relax and be in a quiet place away from the busy towns and clubs, but also a short bus trip to the beach and shops. Transport to Hotel: There is a bus stop right outside the resort (after a short 5 min walk to the main road) with busses going towards Aheloy, Nesebar and Sunny Beach approx 20 min ride...

Excellent for rest and holiday. You are away from big noise of Sunny Beach, but if you want to go there and join some partiesx you might travel only 10 km. Only one bad thing I spottes - in computer room there are no computers, only video games with coins.

Excellent place for complete relaxation and restoration during your holiday. It has all the important facilities including swimming pools, spa, restaurants and shop. You can also have a great time walking around the secure resort. We have been here twice with my family and had great time. Will definitely recommend.

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The hotel presents itself a s 5 star hotel. Maybe it was so once, not now. There is a good Spa and a good breakfast, however the maintenance of the room could be better, the breakfast is good with a big variety of food, fruits and even Vegan options, but not at the level of 5 star hotel. Strange thing is that the hotel locked some entrances leaving the only one, which demands a kind of detour.

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated. Right now it's an ugly accessorie to this place.

A lovely family Hotel with good kitchen / restaurant at ground floor. I enjoyed a weekend at the place and i decided it was the best value for the price I paid. I was going around and saw other Hotels but none of them was in good conditions or the surrounding was as quite like at this place. But even it was quite with a little walk you was in the center and get all what you needed.

Family owned hotel - very cute family, all are kind and respectful! Lovely people. However, the lack of black-out curtains and the super soft mattresses makes sleep qualify not so good. If you can sleep with transparent curtains, you would like it, because the owners are very sweet and kind.

Great service, our room felt much higher class than a 3-star rating. We had the deluxe studio on the first floor. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the beach is only 2 minutes away.

The best restaurant in Pomorie! Food is so good! We recommend green salad with goat cheese, pasta is very well done, black sea musells were great, meat dishes also excellent! We had dinner here every night and did not want to change.

We placed the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, but the maid entered our room regardless. The WiFi signal was so weak, that we had to exit the room to find it and weren't able to open any web page. The room smelled of mushrooms during our whole stay. Otherwise it's clean and comfortable.

The hotel is perfect and the hosts are pleasant. But in this, old and close to the old part of Pomorie, the redevelopment and related lack of green spaces, as well as the special summer bonus of cars parked everywhere, crowded beaches and crowded restaurants, is brutal.
