The hotel is gigantic in terms of buildings and outside area. A total of 6 massive buildings makes the hotel seem like a giant. But this also makes the area feel spacious and not crowded at all. We stayed at Festa Via Pontica for a few days and really enjoyed it. The staff at the reception were super friendly and always ready to help - it made a great first impression. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned regularly during our stay, which we really appreciated. It just felt easy and relaxing. Just got home after staying 7 nights here with the family and it was an amazing holiday. Literally covered everything we need from nice rooms great food and great selection of drinks and snacks. All the staff work so hard and especially the entertainments team (Peter, Hrizz, Lea, Stefan, Yoni, Natali) who really made our holiday special with fun amd games and dancing. Have just come back from an absolute amazing time at Festa Via Pontica. The whole place was so clean. The linen in our room was changed every other day including clean towels ! Beds available at any time by the pool or beach. The bar staff were friendly and more than happy to make cocktails ! Food was decent...a bit limited at times, but was better than most. We absolutely loved our time at this hotel. Chek-in was very quick. We arrived early in the afternoon, so we had a couple of hours to wait before we could access our room. Travelled as a couple but part of a larger group inc kids/teens. Hotel is modern (build 2019), extremely clean and has friendly staff. Pool areas are great with a massive central pool, 16+ pool/area, activity pool and four water slides/ aqua area. There is also a spa with internal pool and Jacuzzi. Wow - where to start? Put simply - if you want a top quality hotel with great food/drinks and amazing staff then this is the place for you. Absolutely nothing to fault - it's that good. The natural mud bath and salt lake by the sea was a hidden gem. A bonus was the 12 minute journey from Borgas airport.

Great hotel! We had a fabulous family maisonette with was great with our 3 children aged 7-9. Food was lovely, room and hotel environment were clean. Great swimming pools and a really nice snack restaurant at the pool. The entertainment team was absolutely superb! Kiko and his team were doing a fantastic job to make our holiday memorable! We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. We didn’t stay here, but used the restaurant twice. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. Was beginning to think all Bulgarians were rude after our experience at Via Pontica Hotel but staff at the restaurant at Penelope Palace have shown me otherwise. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Pomorie.

Room was big clean and spacious with modern amenities. Beds very comfortable. Wi-Fi very good. International TV channels via satellite. Balcony was clean and spacious with views over The Black Sea. Pool was very clean with a lot of sunbeds. Staff from the breakfast and reception very friendly and welcoming. On Saturday evening it was held a party at the hotel and the music could be heard until 1 AM...

The complex is great. Only the corridors and the rooms need some renovation. Some rooms have improved, but there is a massive issue with the coffee service. 800 visitors are served only from two coffee makers and it takes 20-30 minutes for breakfast to get the coffee.

Seemingly a nice place, but had to change rooms several times. Feels worn out and with poor maintenance. The entertainers were good, but even they complained about the bad sound and acoustics. The food menu was better than anticipated after the initial hiccups, but the overall service needs improvement.

Very good hotel, however breakfasts are horrible especially for vegans and vegetarians. Breakfasts really are not 5 star hotel level but more like motel/hostel. Spa needs servicing on details like showers are not working partly, toilet seats are broken, needs some maintainance on details. Feels like its just been cleaned but not maintained.

Very nice, cosy and quite place. Perfect for children. The rooms are clean and the pools are excellent. The food is nothing special, but that is a small disadvantage that I personally do not care much about. I recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. One last thing, very friendly staff! Which, unfortunately, is a rare thing nowadays.

Stayed in an adjacent property, but got lost when we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful, had dinner in the property a few nights later, staff very friendly and good food, my son even got a complimentary ice cream, not needed, but in line with their customer friendly approach, good place and very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

I really suggest Hotel Incognito. They have nice staff. Also it's very clean and lovely place to stay with your family, friends and etc. Definitely we will come back again next summer. If you have any questions about historical places or local events they will give all information.

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. I was wrong. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. The place is nice and has a lot of potential. The food was tasty, it needs a bit of diversity at breakfast. The rooms are clean but neglected. We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. They are just annoying. A day before our leave, their population reduced. Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated. Right now it's an ugly accessorie to this place.

There are not enough parking spaces for all guests (and parking is hell in Pomorie). Rooms are fine but the studio I paid like an apartment was a standard double room with a chair-bed. Other than that it is quite cozy.

A lovely family Hotel with good kitchen / restaurant at ground floor. I enjoyed a weekend at the place and i decided it was the best value for the price I paid. I was going around and saw other Hotels but none of them was in good conditions or the surrounding was as quite like at this place. But even it was quite with a little walk you was in the center and get all what you needed.

Family owned hotel - very cute family, all are kind and respectful! Lovely people. However, the lack of black-out curtains and the super soft mattresses makes sleep qualify not so good. If you can sleep with transparent curtains, you would like it, because the owners are very sweet and kind.

Great service, our room felt much higher class than a 3-star rating. We had the deluxe studio on the first floor. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the beach is only 2 minutes away.

We placed the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, but the maid entered our room regardless. The WiFi signal was so weak, that we had to exit the room to find it and weren't able to open any web page. The room smelled of mushrooms during our whole stay. Otherwise it's clean and comfortable.

The hotel is perfect and the hosts are pleasant. But in this, old and close to the old part of Pomorie, the redevelopment and related lack of green spaces, as well as the special summer bonus of cars parked everywhere, crowded beaches and crowded restaurants, is brutal.

A pleasant hotel in a quiet, yet communicative place. It is located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center. Clean and spacious rooms, availability of 2 terraces, with a table and chairs, where you can drink your morning coffee. A great place to rest.
