It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third

I feel amazing now, no pain and straight back! I bought the package of 5 massages and will do it in a future again :) The SPA managed was super friendly and helpful; helped me reschedule my appointments and suggested the correct timing for the best experience

The spa was lovely with a 'rain walk' and 'salt pool' which you could float in and totally de-stress

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is

We got the names of everyone we were served by which was much appreciated. Easy walk across the bridge directly onto the beach. The pool areas were spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet for such a large hotel

I wish all waiters were like him Most of the staff are kind and welcoming. A lot of them speak English that makes stay much easier if you don’t know Bulgarian (like me)

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

In general, Pomorie is very nice for a family vacation, if you want to focus on the beach and the sea. The service at the hotel was flawless - everyone helped us navigate through our first visit to Pomorie

We had most of our meals at the hotel restaurant - the breakfast included in the reservation was a delight, there was an assortment of perfectly chosen cheeses, meats, vegetables and fruit, along with a variety of options, such as croissants, cakes, eggs, sausages, etc

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. First, booking and check-in were organized effectively, we had no problems even though our flight landed late in Bourgas. The room was spotless, with a perfect view

The rooms were very clean which is the main consideration for me. The restaurant of the hotel has excellent food. However, the hallway and elevator smelled strongly of urine. The spa facilities need paint and updating

We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1

Staff is exceptional! From the waiters to receptionists to house keepers they are all amazing! Super friendly, always with a smile on their face and willing to satisfy your needs

The apartment is simply perfect, it has everything you might need, like fully equipped kitchen, bathroom accessories, washing machine, stove, large balcony, two ACs, two big TVs

A beautiful resort, lots of pools, near the sea, good and fresh food. The only thing that disturbed my happines was one frustrated woman at the reception

Good resort and fill of opportunities. The owned beach area is a gift and clean. Every morning is cleaned like the outdoor pools. The chef is great and very good

Everything is very well organised, tasty and fresh food,beautiful beach. Rooms are carefully clean and they changed our sheets and towels every day. The animation team is very friendly and implicated

We are for the second time in this hotel and we are grateful for what we find here. Hope that it will not be the last time

Load music until 4am in the mornings and when this stopped it was other guests being disrespectful & loud. I'm not a fussy eater but definitely got bored after a few days. Beds made but room not cleaned

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

Incredible place! Super location - 2 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the center. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean with everything you need (incl. There is a balcony with a table and chairs for morning cafe

A pleasant hotel in a quiet, yet communicative place. It is located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center

But in this, old and close to the old part of Pomorie, the redevelopment and related lack of green spaces, as well as the special summer bonus of cars parked everywhere, crowded beaches and crowded restaurants, is brutal

And the host is an exceptional person, who created an incredibly cozy and artistic environment. He directed us very precisely to restaurants and places with delicious and fresh food

He made sure that we had an amazing vacation. My daughter did not want to leave in the end. I would visit them again and again for the positive charge they carry

Very large and comfortable bed (180x200). There was even one extra bed in the room. The room also had a small kitchen equipped with a fridge and hob and naturally with air conditioning

There is a table and a desiccator on the terrace. The hotel has two parking spaces which are extremely insufficient but provide free parking in front of Paros Hotel, which is about 100 meters away

I highly recommend Me with my mum bought one Capricciosa pizza and Spaghetti with clams. The clams were fresh and very nice as was the pasta. The pizza was very delicious.

There is a feature - the reception is in another building on the next street, but the question is 5 minutes. But you can feel the privacy and tranquility

The rooms are clean and there is a daily cleaning service which provide you soaps, toilet paper and room cleaning. There is a pool inside the hotel premises, but quite busy at all times. The pool is washed each morning

I really suggest Hotel Incognito. Also it's very clean and lovely place to stay with your family, friends and etc. Definitely we will come back again next summer
