Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third

The stuff was always nice and helpful. Even when we asked for a sticking plaster, the very kind lady offered her own set. Will remember this vacation for quite some times

I had the same experience as many of the other reviewers. Hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are great - ours had a bit of a sea view. Food not so good compared to other all inclusives we've stayed in

Load music until 4am in the mornings and when this stopped it was other guests being disrespectful & loud. I'm not a fussy eater but definitely got bored after a few days. Beds made but room not cleaned

Everything is very well organised, tasty and fresh food,beautiful beach. Rooms are carefully clean and they changed our sheets and towels every day. The animation team is very friendly and implicated

Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

In general, Pomorie is very nice for a family vacation, if you want to focus on the beach and the sea. The service at the hotel was flawless - everyone helped us navigate through our first visit to Pomorie

You broke the record and that’s very sad especially considering the fact that your hotel is spa hotel and not cheap! Location: great location FYI: No free car park. Expensive car park was right opposite to the hotel

Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful

The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel

Staff is exceptional! From the waiters to receptionists to house keepers they are all amazing! Super friendly, always with a smile on their face and willing to satisfy your needs

I haven't been to our seaside for many years due to the reason that our people are trying to rob us with their way overpriced hotels and then you are given mudy sea water with plenty of seaweed but here is was a different story

The private beach is nicely maintained, water clean. We had an amazing stay in Penelopa Palace and I do recommend to any of you who are wondering to book just go ahead and you see by yourself

We staying at the hotel since a few years and everything is perfect. The people who managing and cleaning are always trying to do their best for visitors. You will feel the place as your home, vacation will be relaxing

The beach next to the hotel is very good. Sea view from the balcony is wonderful, you could welcome the sun with cup of coffee early in the morning. This is my favourite place for vacation

We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach

The city center is 15 min walk

Not far away from Saints Petar and Pavel Hotel, probably 10 minutes by walking. I would not recommend it as there is no strict pedestrian area. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market

Everything is very comfortable in the apartment, new modern furniture, in the bedroom there is a large comfortable bed, in another room there is a kitchen with a dining table and a sofa, there are all utensils for those who want to cook

Modern furniture in good condition. It is great to have breakfast on a spacious balcony overlooking the wasteland. The apartments are cleaned every other day

Each room has air-conditioning and TV making it very comfortable to feel at home. I advise all my friends and acquaintances to stay here

The only strange thing is that the hood worked inside and when someone smoked downstairs, the smoke went into our toilet

Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains

Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Nothing has really stood out but I still really recommend it

The best location in the town. The room had the basics to take you through 10-20 or even more days-long vacation. The owner/ manager was very kind, supportive and understanding.
