The hotel presents itself a s 5 star hotel. Maybe it was so once, not now. There is a good Spa and a good breakfast, however the maintenance of the room could be better, the breakfast is good with a big variety of food, fruits and even Vegan options, but not at the level of 5 star hotel. Strange thing is that the hotel locked some entrances leaving the only one, which demands a kind of detour.

Great modern hotel with lots of pools, wide beach strip, but sun beds are paid

The complex is great. Only the corridors and the rooms need some renovation. Some rooms have improved, but there is a massive issue with the coffee service. 800 visitors are served only from two coffee makers and it takes 20-30 minutes for breakfast to get the coffee.

The receptionists are very unwilling to work. Security is poor. I saw several people who were not even staying at the hotel come in and use the pool without any problem. My room was very dirty. Seemingly a nice place, but had to change rooms several times. Feels worn out and with poor maintenance. The entertainers were good, but even they complained about the bad sound and acoustics. The food menu was better than anticipated after the initial hiccups, but the overall service needs improvement.

Very good hotel, however breakfasts are horrible especially for vegans and vegetarians. Breakfasts really are not 5 star hotel level but more like motel/hostel. Spa needs servicing on details like showers are not working partly, toilet seats are broken, needs some maintainance on details. Feels like its just been cleaned but not maintained.

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

First line, decent food and rooms, but there are difficulties everywhere.

Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

The rooms were very clean which is the main consideration for me. Beds were fine. The restaurant of the hotel has excellent food. However, the hallway and elevator smelled strongly of urine. The spa facilities need paint and updating. The breakfast area not very clean.

Perfect rooms, very spacious and clean , kind hotel staff that go out of their way to help with an excellent restaurant serving cheap but delicious food( Afanasi was excelent!!!)can walk along the river just outside or just a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach. Perfect stay for relaxing and enjoying the sun, everyone peaceful with no loud drunk people anywhere, Perfect stay oh and free WiFi!!!!!

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. Excellent food, all rooms are very nice, big and clean. The restaurant is the top piece of the hotel, really recommended! Parking is not the best, they could improve that one. And this is 4stars hotel, not 2 as google shows.

Great quiet place, very close to the beach. Had nice food and drinks. Sometimes the food was a bit cold or dry but its was fine. It is my second time here and since last year I was somewhat disappointed because of the lack of room cleaning and I got food poisoning, this year was a different story. There are not enough parking spaces for all guests (and parking is hell in Pomorie). Rooms are fine but the studio I paid like an apartment was a standard double room with a chair-bed. Other than that it is quite cozy.
