the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

I feel amazing now, no pain and straight back! I bought the package of 5 massages and will do it in a future again :) The SPA managed was super friendly and helpful; helped me reschedule my appointments and suggested the correct timing for the best experience

The spa was lovely with a 'rain walk' and 'salt pool' which you could float in and totally de-stress

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

We got the names of everyone we were served by which was much appreciated. Easy walk across the bridge directly onto the beach. The pool areas were spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet for such a large hotel

Never a problem getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Only used the jacuzzi in the spa but found it very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again

But just keep in mind, not like in other hotels, you are not only relax here but you become healthier! If you will do at least the package of massages, you will leave the hotel as a different person - younger and healthier

The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel

We had most of our meals at the hotel restaurant - the breakfast included in the reservation was a delight, there was an assortment of perfectly chosen cheeses, meats, vegetables and fruit, along with a variety of options, such as croissants, cakes, eggs, sausages, etc

Lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the Church of St. The price includes swimming pool, steam rooms, salt caves. Additionally, you can take courses, a SPA and massage. All issues the staff is nice and friendly

Perfect rooms, very spacious and clean , kind hotel staff that go out of their way to help with an excellent restaurant serving cheap but delicious food( Afanasi was excelent!!!)can walk along the river just outside or just a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach

The dinner was even more impressive - a combination of traditional Bulgarian dishes, fresh seafood and examples from international cuisine, everything cooked to perfection. In summary, we totally will visit again

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. First, booking and check-in were organized effectively, we had no problems even though our flight landed late in Bourgas. The room was spotless, with a perfect view

Rooms are big and spacious, being cleaned every single day. Not just folding your towels but replacing them daily. Restaurant is also pretty good, has a variety of dishes

We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1

Staff is exceptional! From the waiters to receptionists to house keepers they are all amazing! Super friendly, always with a smile on their face and willing to satisfy your needs

Good resort and fill of opportunities. The owned beach area is a gift and clean. Every morning is cleaned like the outdoor pools. The chef is great and very good

Great modern hotel with lots of pools, wide beach strip, but sun beds are paid

A beautiful resort, lots of pools, near the sea, good and fresh food. The only thing that disturbed my happines was one frustrated woman at the reception

The Aqua park owned by the same resort is a plus for guest who can enjoy a good time. The à la Carte restaurant is a good choice if you want to avoid the high traffic at the lunch movement

I think I'd come back to Bulgaria but not to Pomorie/Festa via Pontica Pros: Modern room with nice view of garden & side of pool

Everything is very well organised, tasty and fresh food,beautiful beach. Rooms are carefully clean and they changed our sheets and towels every day. The animation team is very friendly and implicated

We are for the second time in this hotel and we are grateful for what we find here. Hope that it will not be the last time

Load music until 4am in the mornings and when this stopped it was other guests being disrespectful & loud. I'm not a fussy eater but definitely got bored after a few days. Beds made but room not cleaned

I wouldn't say it was the worst holiday but it certainly wasn't the best ever. There were a few things that let this hotel down which I will list below

Bedding not changed at all during our stay. 2 small supermarkets nearby but that's it

Good place for a family holiday for the price.

There are not enough parking spaces for all guests (and parking is hell in Pomorie). Rooms are fine but the studio I paid like an apartment was a standard double room with a chair-bed. Other than that it is quite cozy.

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

Incredible place! Super location - 2 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the center. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean with everything you need (incl. There is a balcony with a table and chairs for morning cafe

And the host is an exceptional person, who created an incredibly cozy and artistic environment. He directed us very precisely to restaurants and places with delicious and fresh food

He made sure that we had an amazing vacation. My daughter did not want to leave in the end. I would visit them again and again for the positive charge they carry

A pleasant hotel in a quiet, yet communicative place. It is located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center

But in this, old and close to the old part of Pomorie, the redevelopment and related lack of green spaces, as well as the special summer bonus of cars parked everywhere, crowded beaches and crowded restaurants, is brutal

Very neat and clean. Staff is always helpful and very friendly. Is right on a small beach! Perfect for families with children, there is even a small playground! Is recommended and I will come again!

The hotel is wonderful! Excellent maintenance of hygiene - cleaning of the rooms every day, friendly and responsive staff, reserved parking space for the car, normal prices, great location near the beach, pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants

The hotel is a modern and partially self-service facility, which does not have a restaurant, but it is quiet, calm, clean and is located in a location that is very close to everywhere

And to the beach and to the promenade and to the salt lake. We have supermarkets, cafes, bakeries and fruit and vegetable stalls nearby. To the beach ten minutes on foot, calmly

There is also a bus stop just a few minutes from the hotel. We are rested (and that's what we wanted the most), tanned and we want to come back

The place is not the fancyest place in Pomorie but it's good for the money paid. 5 mins walking to the beach, 4 mins walking to nearest minimarket

Only issue is with the bath but as mentioned above, it's great value for the money

The craze to save sunbeds is towels and it applies here in full force

Very close to the beach, has an indoor outdoor pool. About an hour's walk to the center and 15 minutes by car or public transport.

The son of 10 years old stood by the pool, waited for me and took a tube to play for swimming, from which, by negligence, water poured onto a flower standing nearby

We bought an apartment here. It is a nice residential building. The service is good.

It’s a huge stress for a child to get into a similar situation !!!, while the administrator, after my appeal to her, mumbled: “Well, I’m sorry, you won’t do anything to me anyway,” she says, I care about the owners
