the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

First line, decent food and rooms, but there are difficulties everywhere.

Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

The rooms were very clean which is the main consideration for me. Beds were fine. The restaurant of the hotel has excellent food. However, the hallway and elevator smelled strongly of urine. The spa facilities need paint and updating. The breakfast area not very clean.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. First, booking and check-in were organized effectively, we had no problems even though our flight landed late in Bourgas. The room was spotless, with a perfect view. In general, Pomorie is very nice for a family vacation, if you want to focus on the beach and the sea. Perfect rooms, very spacious and clean , kind hotel staff that go out of their way to help with an excellent restaurant serving cheap but delicious food( Afanasi was excelent!!!)can walk along the river just outside or just a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach. Perfect stay for relaxing and enjoying the sun, everyone peaceful with no loud drunk people anywhere, Perfect stay oh and free WiFi!!!!!

We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. Excellent food, all rooms are very nice, big and clean. The restaurant is the top piece of the hotel, really recommended! Parking is not the best, they could improve that one. And this is 4stars hotel, not 2 as google shows.

Great quiet place, very close to the beach. Had nice food and drinks. Sometimes the food was a bit cold or dry but its was fine. I Hope You geteto have a pleasure eatung their apple pie or fried cheese - the best. The stuff was always nice and helpful. Even when we asked for a sticking plaster, the very kind lady offered her own set. Will remember this vacation for quite some times.

It is my second time here and since last year I was somewhat disappointed because of the lack of room cleaning and I got food poisoning, this year was a different story. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed daily, the food was good and a big more diverse than in 2022. There are not enough parking spaces for all guests (and parking is hell in Pomorie). Rooms are fine but the studio I paid like an apartment was a standard double room with a chair-bed. Other than that it is quite cozy.

This is an aparthotel. It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market. Apartment with two bedrooms. Impressions are ambiguous. Pros: a huge terrace where you can relax, large room area, 200m to the sea, low price (280 € 7 nights). Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, but the bed was very unconfortable...The bath-hub was stucked(the water didn went away).The food was not good at all and it was the same every day...The price is too high for what you receive.

Amazing what a beautiful area

Very clean, staff friendly, food good. Had many a good night in the Green Bar connected to the hotel. Short walk to the beech and water park . Small supermarket near by. For me the only negitive is there is no actual Bar . You can get drinks with your meal or at the small pool bar but nowhere to sit and socialize. But me and my family had a great time!

First time visiting this complex. Amazing place. Great pools, bars and restaurants. Everything you might need is available on-site. Next year we will be back for sure!

The hotel presents itself a s 5 star hotel. Maybe it was so once, not now. There is a good Spa and a good breakfast, however the maintenance of the room could be better, the breakfast is good with a big variety of food, fruits and even Vegan options, but not at the level of 5 star hotel. Strange thing is that the hotel locked some entrances leaving the only one, which demands a kind of detour.
