The hotel was just like the photos on the internet, we were not expecting them to be as good but we were pleasantly surprised.We were greeted by the lovely Aneliya who is the guest relations Manager She was so friendly throughout the trip and we cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. Overall the hotel was fine, clean and staff were extremely friendly. We arrived at around 22.30 and had to come up the lift which I knew about because of the previous reviews. The problem we had was when we got out of the lift there were no lights on in the courtyard leading to the reception. Our family trip at Festa Via Pontica was one for the books! The hotel had just opened its doors for the upcoming season and everyone and everything was fully ready and excited! Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. We didn’t stay here, but used the restaurant twice. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. Was beginning to think all Bulgarians were rude after our experience at Via Pontica Hotel but staff at the restaurant at Penelope Palace have shown me otherwise. This is an aparthotel. It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market. Apartment with two bedrooms. Impressions are ambiguous. Pros: a huge terrace where you can relax, large room area, 200m to the sea, low price (280 € 7 nights). Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains. Microwave, hair dryer, toaster, oven declared at the time of booking are not available...

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, but the bed was very unconfortable...The bath-hub was stucked(the water didn went away).The food was not good at all and it was the same every day...The price is too high for what you receive.

Very clean, staff friendly, food good. Had many a good night in the Green Bar connected to the hotel. Short walk to the beech and water park . Small supermarket near by. For me the only negitive is there is no actual Bar . You can get drinks with your meal or at the small pool bar but nowhere to sit and socialize. But me and my family had a great time!

The first time I have been to marina cape was at 2009 and I love it ... One of the best hotels in the area, with clean spacious rooms, good service and perfect sea view!

I stayed for 3 days and as a weekend getaway I actually didn't hate it. It's a nice resort that's kind of remote but still close to a few restaurants and shops. Well, this place gets 4 well deserved stars. Quiet (with some exceptions) and suitable for family vacation. Parking could have been arranged better, though.

Very nice, cosy and quite place. Perfect for children. The rooms are clean and the pools are excellent. The food is nothing special, but that is a small disadvantage that I personally do not care much about. I recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. One last thing, very friendly staff! Which, unfortunately, is a rare thing nowadays.

Stayed in an adjacent property, but got lost when we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful, had dinner in the property a few nights later, staff very friendly and good food, my son even got a complimentary ice cream, not needed, but in line with their customer friendly approach, good place and very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Good for those who wants to relax and be in a quiet place away from the busy towns and clubs, but also a short bus trip to the beach and shops. Transport to Hotel: There is a bus stop right outside the resort (after a short 5 min walk to the main road) with busses going towards Aheloy, Nesebar and Sunny Beach approx 20 min ride...

Excellent for rest and holiday. You are away from big noise of Sunny Beach, but if you want to go there and join some partiesx you might travel only 10 km. Only one bad thing I spottes - in computer room there are no computers, only video games with coins.

Excellent place for complete relaxation and restoration during your holiday. It has all the important facilities including swimming pools, spa, restaurants and shop.
