Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

Had a lovely 5 nights here. Bedrooms huge and had X2 small double beds as singles. Fabulous seaview from the balcony. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and there is something for all. Disappointed of the Spa zone: overcrowded, Steam Bath out of order, infrared bath was not working properly...too cool, Salt room- out of order too... Please, take care about the mildew in bathroom...Lighting in bathrobe looks like home made, lamp is blinking and an electricity noice can be heard...doesn't seem to be safe. We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. We didn’t stay here, but used the restaurant twice. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. Was beginning to think all Bulgarians were rude after our experience at Via Pontica Hotel but staff at the restaurant at Penelope Palace have shown me otherwise. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Pomorie.

The hotel is situated right next to the sea and offers great views to its guests. The room was nice and clean and from the balcony we could look at the beautiful Black Sea. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they make you feel at home. Thank you! We will definitely come again!

I like it very much. It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea. That works too.

Nice hotel, the top floor has view of the sea. The only problem is the lack of adequate curtains - it gets bright in the room very easy

the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.
