Nice and polite staff. I recommend that spa hotel. Clear rooms, the food is the best and coffee also. Good please to visit around.

Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

We used the Sauna different days and it’s so good;small though and might fit in max. of 4 people. (Please,to all using the sauna:educate yourselves on what you can wear inside the sauna. Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

The hotel needs improvements , customer service was great, specially in restaurant. Thank you to Ani, Valentine and others cooks and servers. Please forgive me for the names. The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. I was wrong. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. Had a lovely 5 nights here. Bedrooms huge and had X2 small double beds as singles. Fabulous seaview from the balcony. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and there is something for all. Disappointed of the Spa zone: overcrowded, Steam Bath out of order, infrared bath was not working properly...too cool, Salt room- out of order too... Please, take care about the mildew in bathroom...Lighting in bathrobe looks like home made, lamp is blinking and an electricity noice can be heard...doesn't seem to be safe. Dust over phoneset and furniture, dirty drain in bathroom- full of hairs; spots...

Great place and great service! Really loved the Holiday Program, the live music, and the bands! Also quite nice is the SPA Area with salt water.

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. Although my list of negatives is longer, the good far outweighs the bad and I would happily stay here again, although probably would...

We didn’t stay here, but used the restaurant twice. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. Was beginning to think all Bulgarians were rude after our experience at Via Pontica Hotel but staff at the restaurant at Penelope Palace have shown me otherwise. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Pomorie.

Room was big clean and spacious with modern amenities. Beds very comfortable. Wi-Fi very good. International TV channels via satellite. Balcony was clean and spacious with views over The Black Sea. Pool was very clean with a lot of sunbeds. Staff from the breakfast and reception very friendly and welcoming. On Saturday evening it was held a party at the hotel and the music could be heard until 1 AM...

the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie. It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third.

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

First line, decent food and rooms, but there are difficulties everywhere.
