Ok, so generally you'll be quite satisfied staying in this hotel 🏨. Food is quite tasty and it's plenty to choose from. Rooms are spacious and beds are really nice and comfortable. In my bathroom there was 🛁 and 🚿. You have few bars, two swimming pools to your disposal. It's about 5 min. to the ⛱️ which is clear and very 👍 Sun loungers and umbrellas on the hotel's fenced 🏖️ are free of charge. But there are some disadvantages which clearly decrease the overall opinion. First of all, forget to easy communication with hotel's staff in English. I had the impression that the only languages used in the hotel were russian or bulgarian. So pity 😭.
Another thing is the quality of bathroom. In mine, I found a huge mold 🍄🟫 almost everywhere. I am not demanding and generally it did not bother me but I am traveling with a 3 year old son and I am worried about his safety. As for a theoretical 4 star hotel this is a weak point of this 🏨.

This hotel is a shame for the bulgarian seaside, please people who are visiting our country THIS IS NOT HOW A 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD LOOKS LIKE !.
This is nothing to do with a 5 star hotel , it is not even 1 star .
I had a terrible experience in that hotel , dirty rooms , broken switches, no signal on the tv , old furnitures, carpets , peeled wallpaper, LEAKING ROOF IN THE ROOM ON TOP OF OUR BEDS , hoovering pond of water in the middle of the night in front of our room , I WILL NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE ETHNICITY OF POEPLE MAINLY IN THE HOTEL BECAUSE IT WOULD BE RACIST, rusty showers , hair left from previous people in the toilet, shower broken and prefixed with DUCT TAPE , horrible smell from the toilet , THE DOOR ON THE BALCONY COULDN'T CLOSE AT ALL , same food served for 2-3 days in a row , no variety, dirty pool chairs. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL , THIS HOTEL IS NOT LOOKED AFTER AT ALL , THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY WITHOUT INVESTING ANYTHING IN IT , ITS NOT WORKING LIKE THAT

Very good location! But the buildings and the rooms are in bad condition. Needs a total refreshing and reconstructing! Otherwise it's very near the beach. It has a pool shared with people from private apartments in the complex. Service is not very good! The quality of the food and the drinks was not very good! It's hard to be 100% sure, if the hotel will cover the given stars! I was there in the middle of September. The town was complitly empty! I July and August was alive! That's my experience! Make sure you will get what you want for your money!

Good location, town is a bit off, but nice. Staff hardly speaks Bulgarian and also almost nonexistent English, yet they are willing to help. Room furniture is somewhat old and unfunctional but just OK. There's no minibar in the room (it's ostensibly a 4-star hotel). Access to the beach is somewhat 500 m through a heavily built area. Food is OK. Cleanliness is average. Children might feel OK here.

Do not come here! Staff is absolutely unmotivated and do not care, it’s dirty and outdated. The food is literally the same everyday and although each meal has a 3 hour time window you get nothing if you don’t come right at the beginning of the meal time. Very unprofessional hotel and management. It’s ridiculous to praise themselves with 5 stars. Food also doesn’t taste good. For 24€ you would expect a better meal.

My family and I stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for 7 days, in the middle of August. Although we did not have high expectations, we were thrilled. We got a huge apartment with a terrace and a nice view. everything was clean, the towels were changed every three days, but we demanded new towels every day, so we got it. The food is perfect, great choice whenever you come, really no one will stay hungry. The whole All inclusive package is great, besides a regular meals, it includes a good snack, plenty of fruit, icecream and good drinks. We had secured parking in the yard of the hotel, which is not included in the price. There are two pools, big and clean. The beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk and we always easily found free sunbeds. We really enjoyed, all the recommendations for Primorsko del sol.

This is definately not a 5-star hotel. The door in the bathroom was broken also the hanger, there was a leak from the fridge. Most of the things and facilities look old. The only thing that I am putting 3 star is because of the spa center and room maid. The guys in spa are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this spa, amazing service. The room maid has changed sheets almost every day. Apart of this I will give this hotel no more than 3 stars.

The hotel is no where near 5 star. The room wasn’t ready at the check in time and we waited 5-6 hours without any explanation. The staff is very rude and the room is not clean to say the very least. The food looks like it’s at least 7 days old. Definitely won’t come here again.

My worst vacation, and I managed to find out in 24 hours on the territory of this "5 star" hotel. The food is bad and cold, the same every day! There are no parking spaces! The hotel is not on the first line, to get to the 30 umbrellas on the beach, you have to walk 15 minutes! There is no beach bar from the hotel. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, IT IS AWFUL!
