We really enjoyed the place. We attended a wedding there. Great view of the sea, large spacious rooms. The food was great. we had no time to check the SPA, but it was also available.
The breakfast could have been a bit more complete, e.g. I couldn't find ayran. There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction with the staff, the keys for the room .
I would probably go back again, but off season.

We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. All inclusive but water only, meat is the cheapest type, almost non edable. Fish is from the freezrer, cheapest type and the list goes on...

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel.
Some things are just annoying:
- Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!).
- having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room..why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel..

Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

I really would like to give 5* to the hotel, but an issue with the cleaning of our room explains the 4* only. Maybe it was just bad luck in our case, because they had just opened that day.
But apart from that, this a very nice resort, in front of the ocean.
Staff is very friendly, the rooms are quite spacious, well decorated and with a big balcony.
The outside areas are very good and very well maintained, with several pools, including an infinity pool with ocean view.
They also have a very good Spa with heated indoor pool.
The breakfast is quite good, not amazing but still good.
Although it is in a isolated area you can quickly drive to Sozopol, the nearest town.
We really enjoyed ours days here.
But apart from that, this a very nice resort, in front of the ocean.

Fantastic place with top-notch facilities, remarkable views and amenities. However, the management is not interested in finding reasonable solutions to make all guests comfortable, but would rather impose ridiculous rules in the rudest possible way three times within ten minutes only creating further friction and tension. They need to seriously re-examine what hospitality actually means and work with all guests rather than fostering conflicts.

5 stars really? I don't think so!
- Upon arrival - there is no possibility to park in front of the entrance to unload the bags. We had to carry all bags on our own (three ladies) from the parking lot to the check in/ room.
- check in: clerk was friendly but short on information, didn't really care, we had to ask for eberything
- room: thick layer of dust, sink in the bathroom dirty one bed skirt was dirty (brown and black stains everywhere)
- restaurant: no reception, we had to walk after the staff to ask for a table. My 9 yr old daughter ordered "shopska salad", it was served to her with a hot chili pepper in the salad, which she ate by accident and caused a lot of pain and stress - no information on the menu, the waitress did not inform us prior or upon serving!... (the manager did not even apologize)
- second restaurant closed for the season (Sept 6th)
- check out: beware, they charge for the coffee pods in the room, which you make yourself in the machine and which produces a ridiculous half espresso cup of cheap coffee (2 lv) also, take good care of your key card, because if can't show it upon check out, you are being charged for it (10 lv)
Overall badly disappointed! For a 5 star hotel and 5 star priced - this a 2 star experience at its best!

One of the best hotels in Bulgaria with blue flag and clean sea. But sometimes the sea could be wavy in that time you must pay attention to the advices of the lifeguards.

It was nothing like a 5-star vacation, far beneath our expectations for hotel with such ranking. The air conditioning was not working on the entire floor, we could hardly stay in the room in the afternoons. It turned out this was problem known for weeks but they didn't take any action. It was also almost impossible to stay outside in the evenings because of the so many mosquitoes - obviously they didn't take any measures, e.g. to treat the area with some insecticide. The hotel was fully occupied and it seemed as if this was enough for the management and they had no incentive to handle whatever client complains. Apart from all this the food in the restaurant was very good and it was great to have a free shuttle to the Arkutino beach every 30 minutes.

The rooms were great, the food wasn't bad at all either. The private beach was an another great addition. However, the swimming pools closed at 18:00pm, and you can easily get shouted at for being outside your room after dinner.
Beware of swallow nests, snakes, mosquitoes and sea bugs.
