If you dont like to sleep and just chill, that's definitely your place. Music is very loud almost all day long,you can't even talk to someone by the pool because of music. Hotel strong 2 stars,it's funny to see 5 stars. Old carpets ,old furniture in corridors, etc, and always security smoking and seating outside of the building

The complex is great. Only the corridors and the rooms need some renovation.
Some rooms have improved, but there is a massive issue with the coffee service. 800 visitors are served only from two coffee makers and it takes 20-30 minutes for breakfast to get the coffee.

We were accommodated in an apparently clean room, but it wasn't. All surfaces were dusty, moldy and sticky. Although the hotel was not busy, I was treated badly by the reception staff. Every morning the food was the same,disgusting, boring. We drinks only and must to pay in local restourant foe lunch. 3 days stay

Soo let me told you more about our UNplesant stay at this AWFUL HOTEL! Attached you can see some photos from our room. It was very miserable! There were hairs on the floor! There were ants in our bathroom! This is unacceptable for the price that we pay to stay in Ravda village! When you want to take a shower you only see mold everywhere! The staff is very unprofessional and rude! We stayed for three nights and on the second night I fell sick. They said that they can’t give us our money back for the last night and if we want they can give us a voucher for future use ( i don’t want a stupid voucher, I don’t want to go there ever again!!!). I think there aren’t something good actually, the food in their restaurants was always cold and the breakfast was with the most cheapest products. In conclusion if you want to stay in a dirty room, eat old food and just throw you money in the trash you can choose this hotel!

The receptionists are very unwilling to work. Security is poor. I saw several people who were not even staying at the hotel come in and use the pool without any problem. My room was very dirty. I had to clean it because I couldn't breathe properly due to the large amount of dust. The pool is very nice, but it has recently undergone renovations and it was not well done. My daughter cut her leg in the pool on the poorly repaired stairs and on the third day of 5 her vacation ended because of the large wound. I imagine there are better hotels. I do not recommend it. The nursery is very good and that is why I give it 2 stars.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Super dirty rooms with broken lamps. Our bed was dirty. Our bathroom as well. Prices are through the roof. The ladies in the restaurant told us to basically get the hell out and can’t order because they were finishing in 40 minutes. Had to go outside the hotel to eat. Drinks were terrible. The only positive was the guy who welcomed us. Spa dirty. For the same money or less you can go to far better hotels with far better service and facilities

Seemingly a nice place, but had to change rooms several times. Feels worn out and with poor maintenance. The entertainers were good, but even they complained about the bad sound and acoustics. The food menu was better than anticipated after the initial hiccups, but the overall service needs improvement.

Very good hotel, however breakfasts are horrible especially for vegans and vegetarians. Breakfasts really are not 5 star hotel level but more like motel/hostel. Spa needs servicing on details like showers are not working partly, toilet seats are broken, needs some maintainance on details. Feels like its just been cleaned but not maintained.

I'm here specifically to relax. They have a jacuzzi there for which you pay 30 Leva... after 5 minutes there were 7 children inside. The first time the staff said something, they left after 5 minutes and no one cared! I was there last time!!!!
