We stayed as the last customers for 2024 off-season. Superfriendly customerservice and everybody spoke/understood english as well. We never felt like we were in the way even if they were closing for the winter. We even got a late checkout for free. Lovely place with the most friendly hosts! A dream-come-true vacation on the seaside with amazing sunrise view. There was good variety of food in the restaurant's menu. Currently staying here from 12th to 22nd for 10 days. Room/suite is massive and def can't complain and has a great sea view. Weather early season so far has been a bit hit and miss but kind of expect that. The food is good, I can only say good as its typical all inclusive stuff and definately not exceptional. Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! You have to be fair and judge a hotel or holiday by how much you paid. At £417 for flights, hotel all inclusive meals and drinks for 2 weeks I feel this represents excellent value. Food compares very well against other Bulgarian hotels. Rooms spacious with extras such as free safe and fridge.

My favorite hotel in Nessebar. I will definitely be coming back next year! The apartments are the best choice, especially for longer stays. The hotel and its staff are most welcoming, there are many options for an extremely comfortable stay. There's great care for the customer and you have freedom to order food from different places.

Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Towels changed every day and room cleaned. We’ve been to the pool just once as water was cold. Breakfast option was good yet every day the same food so a bit boring. Came here for a no fuss break with my daughter for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel around midnight along with around 45 other passengers from our flight to find just one receptionist, so check in was lengthy.
