I recently stayed at Hotel Marvel All Inclusive and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is renovated and looks great! But there are lot of things that they should improve like, the free private beach is only in theory because if you don’t find a pair of sun beds in the right side, you have to sit in the left side where you have to pay extra. There is no beach bar , the pool is very very small and there is the same problem with the sun beds! You have to wake up at 5 o clock in order to reserve them with towels! The food and the drinks I can give maximum 3*. In the room there is a mini bar which is empty! I would expect a minimum of 2 water bottles! And the big problem is that there are more rooms and guest than the restaurant can handle! Is almost a fight to find a table and take some food! If you want a relaxing and quiet vacation find another hotel!

The front desk manager Nasko is an absolute gem, 1000000 stars to whoever hired him.
Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location.
The staff is just amazing, the animation team did a great job of keeping kids and adults entertained.
As a picky eater I can say the food was absolutely delicious.
Only negative was beach did not have enough sunbeds and umbrellas.

The hotel itself is nice few minor issues the fixings in the toilet aren’t screwed on they’re glued on so they all came off. If you speak English be prepared to repeat yourself an awful lot and point at what you’re wanting and do a lot of hand gestures whilst speaking slow. The food isn’t to great so if you’re thinking of going all inclusive make sure you’ve a good stomach. There’s very good restaurants all around the hotel along the beach. Cleaning staff were brilliant room cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Don’t ask for any cocktails that aren’t on the menu I asked for a pina colada and got a very weird look so I googled it and showed them on my phone to which I was handed the inclusive drinks menu sitting on the bar. Bar manager was very cheeky and 6 days in he showed up to work with a black eye. The 3 lifts up to the rooms are shocking you’ll be waiting for ages to get back and forth to your room. Hotel stops serving drinks at 11pm. And the entertainment for the kids isn’t to good and it’s the same every day same with the late night entertainment. Bring a speaker with you too as there is no music by the pool. Don’t think I’ll return to this hotel in future.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Good variety of food each day. My daughter is a fussy eater but had plenty each day. Didn't have to worry about getting up early to reserve a sunbed as there are loads by the pools. Close to the beach and bars etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, decent food, they try to keep it clean. The towels were changed every day (we visited at the beginning of September 2019) and the bed sheets were also changed once. Outside in the restaurant, the tables are dirty, the dishes leave much to be desired, they are poorly washed, so that’s what they put on.

Clean hotel, staff very efficient, near beach and all local amenities, bus 2 min walk to nessebar. Rooms a little dated but fit for purpose. Good choice of drinks, food is what you would expect for cost of holiday. Great value hotel. Went with adult sons and wife. Staff very nice. Beach white perfect sands.

After a cancelled flight and another delayed flight at our local airport in the UK, we arrived at Marvel Hotel Sunny Beach Bulgaria at 3am in the morning. We were met with a friendly staff team, some fruit, sandwiches and a cold drink... Okay, the bit you want to know. Nasko (Front Office Manager) and his team made our stay comfortable and pleasent for the time we were here. The bar staff and catering team are fast and efficient, and present to deal with any request. The room was very spacious and cleaned to a high standard, with fresh towels every day. The pool is big, with a small toddler pool, and I have to say, very reponsive life guards. Okay, what is more to say... thank you Nasko, you are a fantastic hospitable manager, you can see this reflected in your dedicated team.

A ok hotel, was staying there for a week and room at 6 floor. Positive is that the hotel has own sunbeds on the beach, be aware most og the sunbeds on this big beach you need to pay for them, very easy to get tricked by the guys watching these beds, very expencive.
Pool area is like every hotel all the sunbeds are taken 07 o'clock.
The rooms are ok. But cleaning is not the greatest. We had all inclusive and food is the same every day. Bummer!! All and all thats why it gets 3.

We stayed there from 8th august for one week hotel room is dated and basic food is cold all the time you spend all the standing around waiting for a table the all inc is only from 11am til 11 pm most of the items the hotel stays it as on its site do not exist room is never cleaned or restocked they don’t even put water in your room for you when you go to reception to speak to manager you get know we’re or they just make out they do not understand you we have tried to get a move but like I said before they just I get you everything in this hotel is bad the food is always cold even the coffee is undrinkable I have only drank water for the last two days as the food and drink have coursed me to be sick but as I said before it’s not worth complaining as they don’t want to know I booked with love holidays will not be doing so again you don’t even get a love holiday rep here as we have tried to complain to so please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOLIDAY YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST HOLIDAY GOING BOOK SOME WERE ELSE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
