Viva Mare Beach Hotel by Santa Marina

The rooms are very nice, everything is provided completely. The food is delicious. Seafood is ideal. I will stay again when I come to Bulgaria again. My wife liked it too. We were very pleased. Quiet and calm nights.

It's the English couple here, room 301 2.9.24 to 9.9.24 We have just had a fantastic week in Bulgaria staying at the Viva Mare Hotel in Sozopol. I believe this hotel is new to Jet2 customers and I wanted to let say how good it was. The hotel was brand new and the rooms were larger than normal hotel rooms and full of switches for lights, curtains and even one to signify whether we wanted our room cleaned or not - very high tech. We had a mini bar, kettle and coffee machine, TV and a large balcony overlooking the sea. The food was good quality and the service was excellent. The resort was huge with three pools and restaurants and sea was only 100 yards away with excellent water sports e.g. Jet Ski, E-Foil and Surfing.

We particular want to give a big shout out to Tihomira on Reception because you were fantastic - always really happy and welcoming and helping us out when we couldn't get our A/C to work or the Safe went crazy beeping continuously. You are a credit to the Hotel and you deserve many thank yous.

Nice and light large rooms, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The service is excellent, and some minor details can be improved, but overall, for Bulgaria, the service is quite good, and the staff is well trained and accommodating. Automatic curtains are an excellent touch. The open view from/to bathroom/bedroom is interesting but not for everyone. What I would add are bug nets on the windows.

We’ve stayed in highlight room - the room had a lot of features (automatic curtains, heated floor, a lot of control of the lights), the terrace was big with very nice view. The staff was very friendly, there was variety of food. There are golf carts per request to pickup you. You have dedicated parking spot with this type of room.

Everything was very nice. Thanks to the friendly staff! Definitely will come again.

The rooms are very clean, modern and stylish. The automatic curtains are a brilliant feature. All the staff members and the manager were very polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is located at walking distance from Sozopol old town. The breakfast is great too. The hotel has a small private beach ⛱️ 🌊 The pools of the neighboring Santa Marina complex can be used by the guests of Viva Mare. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at Viva Mare Beach Hotel.

The rooms are great, nice, clean and spacious.

The hotels staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel itself was super clean, comfortable and nice, they have lots of swiming pools, best one is Apolonia. The staff at the hotels restaurant was very rude, talking to us like we are just a burden. Didnt clean our table, didnt suggest anything from the menu and the restaurant is very expensive, compared to others around.

One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in my life. Bathrooms, cleaning, views, space, aircon etc; all great

Breakfast was nice too.

Only problem is that there was very limited parking. We got there in the end though, but requires patience.

Would definitely go back and keep using short taxi trips to dinner, when leaving the resort.
