Viva Mare Beach Hotel by Santa Marina

We’ve stayed in highlight room - the room had a lot of features (automatic curtains, heated floor, a lot of control of the lights), the terrace was big with very nice view. The staff was very friendly, there was variety of food. There are golf carts per request to pickup you. You have dedicated parking spot with this type of room.

Everything was very nice. Thanks to the friendly staff! Definitely will come again.

The rooms are very clean, modern and stylish. The automatic curtains are a brilliant feature. All the staff members and the manager were very polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is located at walking distance from Sozopol old town. The breakfast is great too. The hotel has a small private beach ⛱️ 🌊 The pools of the neighboring Santa Marina complex can be used by the guests of Viva Mare. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at Viva Mare Beach Hotel.

The rooms are great, nice, clean and spacious.

The hotels staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel itself was super clean, comfortable and nice, they have lots of swiming pools, best one is Apolonia. The staff at the hotels restaurant was very rude, talking to us like we are just a burden. Didnt clean our table, didnt suggest anything from the menu and the restaurant is very expensive, compared to others around.

Only problem is that there was very limited parking. We got there in the end though, but requires patience.

Would definitely go back and keep using short taxi trips to dinner, when leaving the resort.

The hotel is located in the complex "Santa Marina", 15 minutes walk from Sozopol. Very beautiful and maintained place. We visited it in August 2021 and were satisfied. I recommend staying there mostly to families with children, because the access to outside cars is forbidden because of the wonderful "kids club". The girl who made the best impression on us was called Cathy and she took great care of our son.
The food in the restaurant is at a good level. Salads are always fresh and there is a great variety. The coffee is from a non-coffee machine. My personal preference is to offer more grilled products. During our stay we were offered mostly fried products.
Compliments of the management, because baby purees are offered. I have been visiting high class hotels around the world for 15 years and I have never seen such a service anywhere.
The complex has its own beach, and to get there, only one street is crossed. Free umbrellas and sunbeds are provided. Drinks such as good quality beer is free for all-inclusive hotel guests. The quality of soft drinks on the beach is controversial and is available in diluted form. Drinks such as coffee, frappe, etc. are not included on the beach, and I highly recommend the management to rethink this shortcoming. However, the price per night for a double room in the range of 270 levs should cover goods with a cost of 20-50 cents. Another recommendation is to offer potato or pizza food as part of the all-inclusive package on the beach. That way, there will be fewer visitors to the main restaurant at noon and no higher costs will be registered.
There is free wifi in the restaurant, the hotel and on the beach.
A sauna and a steam bath can be used free of charge upon prior request. Fitness too.
Free parking is available next to the hotel. There is also a municipal parking lot for 6 levs in one or several places, right in front of the hotel for 15 levs per day.
The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious.
