Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with wonderful view. Reach breakfast, very good location next to the Sea Garden (park), 5. min. walking distance to the beach (perfect for early morning swimming 👍).

Excellent modern building, good facilities, close to the park and beach, nice staff. Great for a quiet break and just a short walk you from busy tourist filled streets.

Pro: Location - close to town and Sea Garden. Great view of the sea from our floor (11th). Good quality food for breakfast. Certain parts of the building need maintenance

The hotel's main advantage is its location - opposite the Sea Garden and within walking distance of the centre of Varna. Otherwise, the area is completely forgettable

The hotel is very nice. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was the big with a very nice view and a balcony. Staff were very professional and helpful during our stay. They have an underground garage (25 leva per day).

Nice, although a bit aged, hotel. Newly refurbished rooms, sufficient service and excellent location. Used to have a great breakfast, but recently, it worsened and now is only "good"...

The shower room is very spacious. Everything is freshly renovated. Separately, it is necessary to note the buffet. The only downside is the parking. But, although in the very center, by the sea, it already speaks volumes

Big hotel and casino directly at city center within the pedestrian zone. Great staff that helps you with everything you need. In direct vicinity are several restaurants and you have only 800m to the beach.

thanks and I would also like to have a towel coil in the bathroom and I would like something on the balcony for drying bathing things after the sea. Thank you for cleaning every day

Nice and cosy rooms, very clean, helpful staff. Very good city and port view. Hard to find double room with double bed in high season.

in a double room they would add one more chair, ideally they would make good internet which is practically non-existent. (wi-fi) they would change the breakfast diet. everything is monotonous every day

The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. The location of the hotel is great too. On television there are Russian-language, Ukrainian and Belarusian channels

The location of this hotel couldn't be better: right where the main pedestrian street enters the sea garden

This hotel is located within 20 meters of the sea gardens with only pedestrian walkways in front of it. Also has views to the sea from some rooms

I think this hotel has a great staff, it's location couldn't be better, and it needs just a little improvement to become Varna's Black sea pearl!

For example, a 250 ml bottle of a good wine was less than 2 euros. The staff at the hotel was always friendly and efficient. So if you need a very affordable hotel in a superb location, this could be your choice

One nice surprise was when we came to the hotel in the middle of the night and I wanted to have a drink before going to bed. The minibar was well-stocked and, what's important, prices were very low

There is also a good cafe, where we used to have our free breakfast, or a coffee during the day, and where we could meet our visitors. The hotel itself and the room were comfortable enough

Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis

Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking

Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view

Okay for the price it's asking, hotel for the people who are not expecting luxury. Breakfast was included, and was edible. The room was okay, not too old looking, often cleaned. Beach is very far from the hotel

Really nice resturant with good quality Bulgarian cuisine, pleasant staff. Well worth a visit for a family meal.

We visited the restaurant for a wedding and the food was delicious, the staff was very nice, the hall itself needs some maintenance. I can't comment on the hotel part of the complex though.

Room was nice, though a strong smell of smoke in ours. View isn't very pretty, but the hotel is otherwise well positioned with the beach as well as all shops you might need only being a short walk away

The only bad experience we had that the bathroom was very smelly and the room was very cold (as the cleaning lady always left the windows open)… Other then these, this place is a good value for your money!

The restaurant is pleasant and with a rich enough menu. The swimming pool is big enough for the hotel. There is some free parking in front of the hotel. Prices are very reasonable for the area

An important detail, it customary to celebrate birthday parties at the hotel which last until late hours, it is very noisy and it makes impossible to sleep with open window- a shame, because there is very pleasant breeze from the sea

The standard breakfast of the restaurant is very poor, there is no buffet. Those staying at the hotel must use a car or taxi to get to the city/beach, about 15-20 minute drive

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

The hotel itself is impeccable in its design, preserving the old facade of the building, while providing all the luxury one can wish for. There is a small spa on premises, where you can relax and have a massage

The bar tender really knows his stuff, including arcane off-menu cocktails and differences in how drinks are served across the Atlantic. Highly recommend for any American traveling through Varna!!

There are not many rooms, so I suggest to make a reservation earlier. The rooms are big and cozy at the same time. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby

This is the newest jewel in the historical part of Varna, that not many people know is the old Turkish neighborhood called "Talyana" (fishing net)

All in all there is no better small hotel in Varna at the moment. Coffee is great, so is Simona, her smile makes the experience even better

It's mostly a family hotel suited for adults with children. The beach is near to the hotel, around 10 minutes walk. There is only one shop nearby, that you can get everything, but cigarettes

The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things

A nice hotel, with amazing staff, has its own pool and pool area, where one can relax. The rooms are clean, and I would recommeng geting one with a balcony as per the sights

Nice hotel. Head's up The shower is the whole bathroom. Do everything in the bathroom gets wet. Right on main center of Town walkway to stores etc.

Needed to a bit cleaner for 5 stars. However located in a great area and the staff are very friendly

The room I was in was not renewed, but still looked okay, the location was great, everything was 5 min by walk, the parking can be problematic at sometimes, that's why I went to the local municipality parking for 12 leva per day

The room and the bathroom are spacious and have everything you might need. It's clean, comfortable and quiet despite the noise coming from the nearby bars and restaurants

50 square metres rooms, large windows, relatively silence (except pedestrian street noises), good prices.

Greated us every time we went outside and came back. Allthough we went during the high season and the price was not cheap - which is understandable considering the demand, we enjoyed our stay

The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to the beach (10 mins) and all the attractions nearby. The hotel had 2-3 free parking spots on the side street (first comes, first serves)

A car was helpful if you wanted to visit Nessebar or other beaches. But the #409 bus takes you pretty much everywhere within Varna. The entire hotel was renovated three years ago

A small but though comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The location is quite central, you can easily reach Sea Garden and the pedestrian area on foot.

Everything was so efficient, and there was never a wait for anything. The dining area provides additional seating throughout the day if you need to work on your laptop

Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind! And the location (across the Obshtina Varna) is with a five minute walk to the central town, pretty close by.

3 weeks time I will be back at the Villa Sophia just outside of Varna. This will be my 3rd visit here and I even have the same room as I have stayed in before. To say it's like a second home is no overstatement
