Dimyat has a standard breakfast fare that opens early and the rooms are spacious, modern, cool, and comfortable. There’s a basic gym and a small pool, which unfortunately has a group class at 9

The pool, fitness and sauna are perfect but close at 20. Location is in between the center and the sea. I can recommend this place for businessmen in varna

Rosalyn Dimyat is close to the south side of Varna beach and just opposite the Pantheon memorial park

There is also a changing room by the adjacent pool, so it was very comfortable

This hotel is located within 20 meters of the sea gardens with only pedestrian walkways in front of it. Also has views to the sea from some rooms

The location of this hotel couldn't be better: right where the main pedestrian street enters the sea garden

I think this hotel has a great staff, it's location couldn't be better, and it needs just a little improvement to become Varna's Black sea pearl!

For example, a 250 ml bottle of a good wine was less than 2 euros. The staff at the hotel was always friendly and efficient. So if you need a very affordable hotel in a superb location, this could be your choice

One nice surprise was when we came to the hotel in the middle of the night and I wanted to have a drink before going to bed. The minibar was well-stocked and, what's important, prices were very low

There is also a good cafe, where we used to have our free breakfast, or a coffee during the day, and where we could meet our visitors. The hotel itself and the room were comfortable enough

Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis

Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking

Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view

We visited the restaurant for a wedding and the food was delicious, the staff was very nice, the hall itself needs some maintenance. I can't comment on the hotel part of the complex though.

The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to the beach (10 mins) and all the attractions nearby. The hotel had 2-3 free parking spots on the side street (first comes, first serves)

A car was helpful if you wanted to visit Nessebar or other beaches. But the #409 bus takes you pretty much everywhere within Varna. The entire hotel was renovated three years ago

A small but though comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The location is quite central, you can easily reach Sea Garden and the pedestrian area on foot.

Everything was so efficient, and there was never a wait for anything. The dining area provides additional seating throughout the day if you need to work on your laptop

Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind! And the location (across the Obshtina Varna) is with a five minute walk to the central town, pretty close by.

There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later

We stayed for one night in transit. About 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was clean on the 12th floor. The staff was polite and attentive

Perfect hotel in Varna centrum. Great location close to the beach. There have 24 hours Supermarket. Bus station, 5min on the See garden. Upon departure we received a souvenir from the hotel

perfect location in the center of Varna. 100 meters from the wonderful sea garden. the bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the service for a two-star hotel

The restaurant is pleasant and with a rich enough menu. The swimming pool is big enough for the hotel. There is some free parking in front of the hotel. Prices are very reasonable for the area

The standard breakfast of the restaurant is very poor, there is no buffet. Those staying at the hotel must use a car or taxi to get to the city/beach, about 15-20 minute drive

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

There are not many rooms, so I suggest to make a reservation earlier. The rooms are big and cozy at the same time. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby

This is the newest jewel in the historical part of Varna, that not many people know is the old Turkish neighborhood called "Talyana" (fishing net)

All in all there is no better small hotel in Varna at the moment. Coffee is great, so is Simona, her smile makes the experience even better

It's mostly a family hotel suited for adults with children. The beach is near to the hotel, around 10 minutes walk. There is only one shop nearby, that you can get everything, but cigarettes

Best location in Varna! Less than 5 minutes to the beach and right in the center of the city on the main pedestrian street. The lady at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, helpful and patient with us

The hotel is right in the city center and near the sea. You get a nice-sized couch and a fridge with plenty of different drinks and treats. Receptionist were friendly when checking in or asking any questions

The room I was in was not renewed, but still looked okay, the location was great, everything was 5 min by walk, the parking can be problematic at sometimes, that's why I went to the local municipality parking for 12 leva per day
