The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel. This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a. —we were initially worried about late check-in

Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. Just to point out, when booking a room, if you want a sea view you need to book a room with a sea view

The massage was fantastic, providing much-needed relaxation after a day of travel. The skilled masseur left a lasting impression, prompting me to book another appointment on my next visit to Varna

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well

You definitely can’t find a more central location in the sea garden if you are out in Varna for short stay

On one hand, the hotel is beautiful and the idea is great, the location in the sea garden is beautiful, although a bit remote (but you know that if you’re looking at it)

We found it here a few steps from the beach, an exceptional place around which we find several amazing restaurants

When I addressed it at the reception, they were not surprised, it’s a known issue for them, yet not fixed. The solution they offered was to move us 2 times in different rooms in order to “hopefully” have a connection

To their credit, they can’t do much about the noise, but the advertising is misleading, positioning the hotel as a calm and quiet retreat in the Sea Garden. Overall, we are with mixed feelings

We are used to looking for comfort outside ourselves - in the general topic of conversation, the pleasant surroundings, the comfortable car, the tidy home

Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis

Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking

Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view

Okay for the price it's asking, hotel for the people who are not expecting luxury. Breakfast was included, and was edible. The room was okay, not too old looking, often cleaned. Beach is very far from the hotel

Really nice resturant with good quality Bulgarian cuisine, pleasant staff. Well worth a visit for a family meal.

We were in transit staying at this hotel. The position is ok being close to the seashore. The rooms are a bit shabby, the walls are corroded, you can hear what is being said in the next room

Hopefully the nice ladies, which was cooking it in 2017 are still there. Its literally home made food 😊 Its clean and super friendly place10 steps away of the beach. The only thing we hated was the road to the hotel

The staff, especialy The ladies from The reception were verry friendly and help with any info s. You can hear The waves from The bed, close to The sea. Good bed, mattress and pillow

Very Good location,front of the beach ,excellent place for families with kids. The negative thinks are the breakfast and the cleaning staff. Every day the food was the same with no hand made dishes

Recommenable! Amazing view, and an amazing service! The food was alright - fresh fish right from the ocean. The way to the restaurant was difficult, but yet worth it.

A location which was once upon a time very beautiful (location, views etc.), but now is forgotten and nobody invested here any money for lots of years. What a shame !

It's mostly a family hotel suited for adults with children. The beach is near to the hotel, around 10 minutes walk. There is only one shop nearby, that you can get everything, but cigarettes

A nice hotel, with amazing staff, has its own pool and pool area, where one can relax. The rooms are clean, and I would recommeng geting one with a balcony as per the sights

The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things

Its not bad, but there were lot of small things that ruined my vacation. The shower was is water saver and the water was going fast and it feels like nidles

Pro: It is close to the beach, the apartment surface with 2 bedrooms and one livingroom is around 60 square meters. They have air conditioning in each room

We stayed at Hotel Villa Katalina for 2 days and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best hotel experience we have ever had! The room was exquisite with lots of space, nice interior, a nice double bed

If you fancy visiting the old part of San Sebastian or the beach, they are no more than 10 mins walk away. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful

The staff helped us immensely in booking tests, and when there were no test times available in the city labs, they offered that the Hotel would cover the expenses for the taxi, so that we could get tested at a hospital just outside of the city

I have never before experienced such high level of service! All in all, we can only highly recommend Hotel Villa Katalina. The staff, location and hotel were all excellent. We give the experience a 10/10

We visited San Sebastian during the summer of 2021, where COVID-19 was still an issue. Coming from abroad, we found it quite difficult to figure out where and how to get tested for COVID-19

The only thing we didn't catch and what surprised us was that it is fifty meters to the sea, but also fifty meters above sea level 😅 So the journey to the sea takes about 5 minutes

Our room is clean, big enaugh, it smells like wood, it has everything you need. The villa is located exactly in the Promorsky Park, very nice. The garden is nice and rustic, you can see the sea

You also can use the small swimming pool during the summer. It would be nice to be able to park the car here, but we are not allowed to

The pool was in very poor condition (water not properly treated) Really small rooms with unsuitable bathrooms. it seemed as if they made us a pleasure to give it

Situated in a typical local neighborhood, not in the centre but close enough to it by public transport or car. Excellent transportation and there is a bus station very close to the hotel
