The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel. This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a. —we were initially worried about late check-in

Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. Just to point out, when booking a room, if you want a sea view you need to book a room with a sea view

I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay. The room was spacious, with a bathroom floor that prevented stumbling, and the bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well

Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis

Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking

Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view

Okay for the price it's asking, hotel for the people who are not expecting luxury. Breakfast was included, and was edible. The room was okay, not too old looking, often cleaned. Beach is very far from the hotel

Really nice resturant with good quality Bulgarian cuisine, pleasant staff. Well worth a visit for a family meal.

We visited the restaurant for a wedding and the food was delicious, the staff was very nice, the hall itself needs some maintenance. I can't comment on the hotel part of the complex though.

The gym is tiny, the equipment is very old, yhe elliptical machine is broken, and weight selection is dismal and lacking standard equipment, so you have to improvise quite a bit to get a good workout, but it'sbetterthan nothing at all

The hotel is relatively close to the beach and attractions (short walking distance). If you are looking for a budget hotel, this place will be satisfactory to you

google does not yet know everything. This Hotel is called AMIRAL since about 2 years now. New renovated place, fantastic valuefor your money. I stayes only 2 nights, unfortunatly I did not start my holiday there.

There is a parking, it is right next to a main road, the room was clean, the staff are responsive and kind, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The problem is that there is no actual door for the bathroom

There is just a blurred sliding glass that leaves a huge gap in the end, so everyone can see and hear everything in the bathroom, which leaves no privacy for the person

Overall, the hotel is a great choice if you are staying in the city for a night or two during a business trip

Looking very good from outside ! Try to get a room but all of them was sold out ! ? The receptionists was very beautiful and friendly with perfect English !

Nice and beautiful hotel in the centre of the city. Behind the hotel the pedestrian zone and very close to railway station and sea port.

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street

Lots of history with the first elevator used in Varna installed here. All the furniture comes from Western Europe. The room style is Old Baroque

Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good

This is graded as a 5* hotel, but given the overall status of the facility, I'd rather rank it as a very good 3*(+)... Yet, given the offered price and the location, it was a very good value for money!...

The room was nice, clean and very, very spacious - definitely one of the larger hotel rooms I remember staying in. Overall a really good experience!

Situated in a typical local neighborhood, not in the centre but close enough to it by public transport or car. Excellent transportation and there is a bus station very close to the hotel

A great and cosy hotel! Staff was super pleasant and helpful and even helped us print some bus tickets. The hotel is close to a really nice beach as well. Breakfast was really good as well

There is parking and excellent service. There is a Mall very close on case of any emerging needs. The hotel stuff is excellent and the room extremely clean, comfortable and spacey

It's mostly a family hotel suited for adults with children. The beach is near to the hotel, around 10 minutes walk. There is only one shop nearby, that you can get everything, but cigarettes

The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things

A nice hotel, with amazing staff, has its own pool and pool area, where one can relax. The rooms are clean, and I would recommeng geting one with a balcony as per the sights

Its not bad, but there were lot of small things that ruined my vacation. The shower was is water saver and the water was going fast and it feels like nidles

We were in transit staying at this hotel. The position is ok being close to the seashore. The rooms are a bit shabby, the walls are corroded, you can hear what is being said in the next room

Hopefully the nice ladies, which was cooking it in 2017 are still there. Its literally home made food 😊 Its clean and super friendly place10 steps away of the beach. The only thing we hated was the road to the hotel

You definitely can’t find a more central location in the sea garden if you are out in Varna for short stay

On one hand, the hotel is beautiful and the idea is great, the location in the sea garden is beautiful, although a bit remote (but you know that if you’re looking at it)

We found it here a few steps from the beach, an exceptional place around which we find several amazing restaurants

When I addressed it at the reception, they were not surprised, it’s a known issue for them, yet not fixed. The solution they offered was to move us 2 times in different rooms in order to “hopefully” have a connection

To their credit, they can’t do much about the noise, but the advertising is misleading, positioning the hotel as a calm and quiet retreat in the Sea Garden. Overall, we are with mixed feelings

We are used to looking for comfort outside ourselves - in the general topic of conversation, the pleasant surroundings, the comfortable car, the tidy home

It is clean and great location just across the street from the beach. The main one where the reception is and has the rooms with sea view, and a second one just behind where they have the rooms with garden view

Even though they said I had nothing to worry about, and in the end everything was ok. Also, there are beach clubs near by so don’t expect a silent and quiet stay. 30pm, staff seemed annoyed at my questions during check in

It's nothing more than a 3-star hotel, but clean, spacy and comfortable. Workers were extremely polite. But the room required to use air conditioner to warm up, windows are pretty thin.

Room was ok, personel was great - very welcoming, very warm. The prices seemed a bit steep, but I guess warranted by the location. Parking was a bit of a downside, but overall quite enjoyable and indeed good service!

The second building has an entrance through a door on the street that is open 24/7, no key or password, so basically the door key is the only lock to your room. As a female solo traveler I didn’t feel safe

Excellent sea view, but difficult to reach. Overcooked and too salty food, terrible bathroom with no soap.

Recommenable! Amazing view, and an amazing service! The food was alright - fresh fish right from the ocean. The way to the restaurant was difficult, but yet worth it.

A location which was once upon a time very beautiful (location, views etc.), but now is forgotten and nobody invested here any money for lots of years. What a shame !

Really beautiful place. Unfortunately it is closed this year. Anyway you can take the stairs down to enjoy the view.

If you fancy visiting the old part of San Sebastian or the beach, they are no more than 10 mins walk away. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful

Pro: It is close to the beach, the apartment surface with 2 bedrooms and one livingroom is around 60 square meters. They have air conditioning in each room

The staff helped us immensely in booking tests, and when there were no test times available in the city labs, they offered that the Hotel would cover the expenses for the taxi, so that we could get tested at a hospital just outside of the city

We stayed at Hotel Villa Katalina for 2 days and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best hotel experience we have ever had! The room was exquisite with lots of space, nice interior, a nice double bed

I have never before experienced such high level of service! All in all, we can only highly recommend Hotel Villa Katalina. The staff, location and hotel were all excellent. We give the experience a 10/10
