-The toilet flush broke down twice in a week in 2 different rooms. One of the taps could not be closed easily. You had to twist it at a certain angle, otherwise the water would keep running. +the rooms look pretty. The receptionists are nice and there to help you. The cleaning lady is very nice as well

Hotel is showing his age. Overpriced (140 eur per night) for the room quality and age. Spa and gym not working from Covid times.

The rooms are huge but no power sockets near bed! It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to stay on the floor to charge my phone. Some of the staff were polite and helpful and others quite rude. I also got robbed in front of the hotel so be careful

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street. Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good. Will definitely visit again!

The rooms were amazing! Huge! Service was not so good during the day, but the night manager was excellent. Everything was almost good, the elevator from the underground car park to the hotel didn't work and there were no signs to reception, we had to drag all our stuff up the stairs ourselves and when we spoke to the reception staff we were simply ignored!

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later. I stayed for a week and the balcony view was good. I will probably stay here again in the future.

We stayed for one night in transit. Convenient location. About 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was clean on the 12th floor. The staff was polite and attentive. There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a.m. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor.

Our sea view room was a great choice. The view was perfect, looking out at the Black Sea. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size, not cramped. The sofa was great to take advantage of the view. The only thing missing, was not having Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is not cost-effective, but the price of this hotel on Ctrip is too high. The price listed by the hotel front desk is just over 400 per night, and Ctrip's price is exaggerated. However, this city is a tourist city, and prices are high during the peak tourist season. But it was not the peak season when I went there, and I felt like I was cheated by Ctrip.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are big enough, same as the bathrooms. The Breakfast is perfect and I liked it, even if I am a fan of the Swedish Buffets. If you plan a visit here, try the Bulgarian Breakfast. The toast in it is really strange and delicious at the same time!
