5 star hotels in Varna

Hotel is showing his age. Overpriced (140 eur per night) for the room quality and age. Spa and gym not working from Covid times.

The rooms are huge but no power sockets near bed! It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to stay on the floor to charge my phone. Some of the staff were polite and helpful and others quite rude. I also got robbed in front of the hotel so be careful

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street. Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good. Will definitely visit again!

Good hotel in the center of Varna. But the prices for 1 night unfortunately are expensive.

The rooms were amazing! Huge! Service was not so good during the day, but the night manager was excellent. During the day, it was quite an effort to get anything out for the receptions staff other than a grunt. Breakfast was diabolical. Stayed many times here, but I feel quality of service is decreasing. Not a good option during festive season when restaurant/Cafe are either closed or too busy.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed the design and cleanliness. Unfortunately swimming pool area especially restroom next to the grill restaurant was extremely dirty and smelly. It definitely needs to be cleaned more often. This is our second summer in a row with two babies. Pros - Great location, modern nice hotel with amenities, friendly staff, the breakfast is a great deal, free access to Aquahotel, etc. Cons - Friday and Saturday can be quite noisy from parties outside or wedding in the hotel, rooms are getting a little big aged, etc.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Location is close to the center. We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Not the best not the worst. The pros are that the hotel is in central place in Varna, nice room nice breakfast. The downside is that it's on top of a casino so the whole building smells like cigarettes, thus the low review.

In addition to the casino, this is a very nice hotel. Small, but comfortable rooms, all clean, very delicious Breakfast, also it is the center of the city. Regular customers always have discounts.
