Regarding that this is a 2 star hotel our experience was quite good! The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room we got was very spacious and clean. The only bad experience we had that the bathroom was very smelly and the room was very cold (as the cleaning lady always left the windows open)… Other then these, this place is a good value for your money!

We had a wonderful stay at this city hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city!

Perfect hotel in Varna centrum. Lovely hotel with clean room. We come again. Great location close to the beach. Staff were all friendly. There have 24 hours Supermarket. Bus station, 5min on the See garden. Upon departure we received a souvenir from the hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel. There is everything you need for relaxation. Beautiful nature. The owner speaks English, Bulgarian, Russian. There is a chic bar, a dining room, the hotel room is spacious, the view from the window is inspiring

This is a great alternative to stay g on the beach. A short walk up the hill and you are away from the mayhem of the beach front. The host is a charming and softly spoken man. He has a wry sense of humour and excellent English. The place has a small pool, which is excellent for cooling off in before a superb dinner.

My favourite hostel in Varna - I tried Nomado and others, I just love the interior and location on the walking street - no cars, quiet for sleeping, good to meet other travellers in cosy kitchen. 4bed rooms with AC (cheaper 8bed room won't have AC..just so you know). Got expensive for Bulgaria (paid 20eur/night in summer..3 years ago only 7eur/night) - maybe worth 10-14 eur.

Thank you for the hospitality of the hosts! Friendly staff in every way. They also accepted our puppy with great heart, after other hoteliers lied to us on the phone that it was possible with a dog, but in the end it was not possible on the spot. It was peaceful and cozy.

It is very nice 3 star hotel near the seaside. perfect for family with kids especially because there is a big park with playground for the kids and spacious place for outdoor games. the down restaurant is perfect with very tasty menu

Expensive for what it is. Bathroom needs renovation. AC is extreamly noisy from other rooms. They close the parking entrance at 22h and leave, so we had to park our motorcycle on the street. And we booked specifficaly because it had closed parking. Can't pay wit a card too.

Nice and clean! Bus number 409 takes you directly from the airport to 2 km far from the hotel, but walking to the hotel is direct and easy.

Good value for the low money spent. Quiet little hotel, not much of a view, comfortable beds and pilloes. Bathrooms really need shower curtains. Nice and cleqn little pool. South of Golden Sands it's a place with narrow and bad looking streets and Golden Sands resort has a shore with aleways high ways and deep waters. Better to go to Albena for beach and sea.

It's perfect for what it is, being to the bus station. The room has everything you need and the double has a balcony which is nice. Also mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a price of course).

A beautiful hotel with wonderful service! The staff proved accommodating beyond all reason and made our brief stay here a pleasure. Its not bad, but there were lot of small things that ruined my vacation. The shower was is water saver and the water was going fast and it feels like nidles. The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things.

A nice hotel, with amazing staff, has its own pool and pool area, where one can relax. The rooms are clean, and I would recommeng geting one with a balcony as per the sights. The FOCUS Hotel was my wedding - small but exciting and memorable. Everyone in the hotel took care of that. I was in Varna for a week, and i booked at Palitra. Very nice people there. A completely safe and calm place. Just 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. The only thing I suggest is to contact the hotel if you expect to arrive after 8PM. Because there is no one at the reception after 8PM until 8:30AM.

The hotel has great location and architecture with great views towards the sea and the surounding parks. There are drawbacks but they have nothing to do with the hotel itself but the newer hotels which are built directly on the beach and ruin the nature. The staff can be a bit more friendly but overall its a nice place to stay for its price.

It is a very well located hotel as if it is next to the beach and almost in the centre of the town. It is very high building so the upper floors offer a great view of the sea and of the entire place. It is also recommanded for the numerous parking lots. On the other hand, it offers to its guests a thermal water swimming pool that is great for everyone.

There are some old reviews complaining about uncomfortable mattresses, I'm happy to report those reviews are obsolete! Dionis was a great stay when all you need is a place to stay for a few nights.

Less than 5 minutes from Station and a lif. Nearby supermarket with a bunch of Pringles. The only problem is seeking the plug everywhere that was located only undet the table. So I use a chair to put on my gadgets to charge. It falls few times because it's still far to.

Hard to beat price per value including free parking on site. Located within close proximity to the train station and the main pedestrian street. Generally an alright hotel, but the biggest problem for me was the bed. It must've been really old and i woke up with a sore back every day.

The location is good and the staff were always nice. The room however had 2 major issues. The air-conditioning didnt work and the bed was very uncomfortable. Very old hotel with old decoration and equipment. Bath towels were almost torn and the bath tub curtains were unpleasant. Good hotel in case you need somewhere to spend a night in. 26$ for 1 bed suite. You get what you paid for. Towels, bed, all clean, some refreshments in the minibar, hair dryer, AC. Maybe some additional attention for bathroom dust cleaning would be nice, but as I said - it's ok for the price you've paid for.

There is only one bad district in Varna, and hotel is there... also the first women that confirmed our booking was quite rude (professional, but bulgarian style rude). I stayed at this place for one night during a business trip. The room was nice and soundproof, which was a plus. The only downside was the shower area with sliding doors that allowed water to escape, creating a bit of a mess. The breakfast was very minimal, but it was all right.
