The hotel is very nice. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was the big with a very nice view and a balcony. Staff were very professional and helpful during our stay. They have an underground garage (25 leva per day).

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Location is close to the center. We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

I stayed there for a conference. Good meeting rooms. Recently rennovated. I stayed in a basic room which was not very spacious but had everything needed and was clean. Comfy bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location. Avoid the highest floors, some colleagues complained they could hear the music from a bar or a restaurant.

Not the best not the worst. The pros are that the hotel is in central place in Varna, nice room nice breakfast. The downside is that it's on top of a casino so the whole building smells like cigarettes, thus the low review.

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna. It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach.

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach. I was on vacation in mid-August. The administrators and staff tried to show attention and fulfill all requests and wishes. The food was normal, dirty dishes were quickly removed, trays with fruits, sweets, and food were always replenished. Thank you for a great vacation

The hotel hosts well known MD Emilova clinic for health ,wellness and weight loss. The clinic has helped many including my wife,( reduced 25 kg and kept it afterwards)very good choice for a new health conscious health start.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. The interior is reconstructed, but part of the outer shell is from the last century. First class food and service. Rooms small but cozy.
