Once you get your bearings you will find this hotel is very close to the centre of Varna. Good buffet style breakfast but cooked food could be hotter. A second coffee machine might help with the queue for hot drinks. Bed reasonable comfortable. Rooms were clean. Someone took the Pringles and I was asked to pay ! Finally no charge.

Very good hotel...some positive emotions

The hotel is not cost-effective, but the price of this hotel on Ctrip is too high. The price listed by the hotel front desk is just over 400 per night, and Ctrip's price is exaggerated. However, this city is a tourist city, and prices are high during the peak tourist season. But it was not the peak season when I went there, and I felt like I was cheated by Ctrip.

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna. It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach.

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach. I really liked our stay in Orchidea. The staff was super helpful, friendly, nice and well-mannered. The food was diverse and delicious. There was a small problem with the air-conditioning system for a couple of days, but they managed to fix it rather quickly. Also I would recommend investing in an outside children's corner. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

The interior is gorgeous. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay. So now here are some things to be aware of :) The hotel is not so close to the beach. There is a free shuttle bus every hour from 10 to 16 to the beach which is great, however I would like it to be at least till 21. Also the gym was small and with broken and old machines.
