Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with wonderful view. Reach breakfast, very good location next to the Sea Garden (park), 5. min. walking distance to the beach (perfect for early morning swimming 👍).

Breakfast was really good with huge variety. I travel a lot and I have to say this is definitely on my top list

Pro: Location - close to town and Sea Garden. Great view of the sea from our floor (11th). Good quality food for breakfast. Certain parts of the building need maintenance

I also treated my wife and myself to facials here which were quality and we both are very happy with the results. Specifically the oxygen infused ones. There is a separate room in the spa room with calming warm beds

Some staff would benefit from training in hospitality. Breakfast buffet was overwhelmed when the hotel was full. Overall a good choice in Varna

We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly reception. Very helpful to me making recommendations etc. They gave me a room with two windows at either side of the building (702) and it was fantastic with big Windows

Hotel room was big and spaceous. Interior was beautiful and comfortable. Personal was friendly, polite and helping, wanting to make your stay the best it can be. I will stay in this hotel again for sure

Breakfast is fine, eggs perhaps a bit dry. But there is enough choice, although perhaps a little more fruit would be good to see

The heart of the city! The service is great! Breakfast menu and is quite tasty! The bar is open around the clock! The sea is ten minutes slow. What else do you need for a good rest after a working day?

Quiet place and good location. Small hotel with good quality for short stay in Varna. Underground parking is too narrow if you arrive with bigger car. Generally I recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived after 3am and check in was fast and easy. The bedding and curtains were a bit dated. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Nice, small and quiet hotel between the central pedestrian streets and sea garden. In the heart of the center but not in the crowd. Room was small but comfortable

Not the cleaniest hotel.. i saw a dead coacroach on the hallway and the sheets were smellinh kinda weird.. it is expensive also

We enjoyed graffit gallery hotel very much. we were upgraded with no extra charges due to bday celebration. we didn't use the pool and sauna but it looked nice

The bellman was extremely helpful with our luggage upon arrival, and the amazing front desk staff, upon hearing that our trip had an unfortunate delay due to one of our kids running a fever on the morning of our expected departure, swooped in & made us a comfortable as possible by providing us with the location of a nearby doctor, allowing me to spend an hour & a half on the front desk phone trying...

The service was really above & beyond this time around, and although the aesthetics of this property are enough to provide five stars on their own, the service really came through on this stay and I can’t overstate that enough

Before leaving the states , I did a research on Varna best hotels. Girls are the reception have a MAJOR attitude. Not sure if it's an attitudes towards tourists or in general attitude is normal here

Either way , you don't feel "welcomed". Anyways , I did want to extend to 6 more nights , after a "lovely" talk with a a girl reception, I ended up to another Varnas best hotel in the area

the location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from Varna's recreation area. ) there is a bus station near the hotel (use 409 line- we traveled with him everywhere including airport)

Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis

Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view

Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking

Really nice resturant with good quality Bulgarian cuisine, pleasant staff. Well worth a visit for a family meal.

We visited the restaurant for a wedding and the food was delicious, the staff was very nice, the hall itself needs some maintenance. I can't comment on the hotel part of the complex though.

Rooms can definitely be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. That aside, the hotel is cosy, the staff is nice and the view is very nice. Food in the restaurant is not a one to be recommended

Looking very good from outside ! Try to get a room but all of them was sold out ! ? The receptionists was very beautiful and friendly with perfect English !

Lots of history with the first elevator used in Varna installed here. All the furniture comes from Western Europe. The room style is Old Baroque

Nice and beautiful hotel in the centre of the city. Behind the hotel the pedestrian zone and very close to railway station and sea port.

Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good

This is graded as a 5* hotel, but given the overall status of the facility, I'd rather rank it as a very good 3*(+)... Yet, given the offered price and the location, it was a very good value for money!...

He has a wry sense of humour and excellent English. The place has a small pool, which is excellent for cooling off in before a superb dinner

Lovely people Hotel is Old but comfortable the big problem ,they don't have refrigerator at room this is really crazy and unfortunately the road access is a real mess actualy, the sewage channel installation

There is everything you need for relaxation. The owner speaks English, Bulgarian, Russian. There is a chic bar, a dining room, the hotel room is spacious, the view from the window is inspiring

This is a great alternative to stay g on the beach. A short walk up the hill and you are away from the mayhem of the beach front. The host is a charming and softly spoken man

The restaurant is pleasant and with a rich enough menu. The swimming pool is big enough for the hotel. There is some free parking in front of the hotel. Prices are very reasonable for the area

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

They help people who have difficulty moving, very educated and most of all good and honest people! I hope they give them 5 stars of the hotel and the restaurant. It is close to Priboy, Rakitnika and Galata

Very VERY clean rooms and facilities. I have stayed there 5-6 times in the last 3 years and each visit was the same - clean and fresh, great sleeping due to the high class "Nani" mattresses

Love to open Windows to the street and listen to accordion, which often plays in the square in front of the hotel. Very romantic place, near a lot of nice restaurants and cafes

The windows in our room (room 22) were pretty small, so if you're claustrophobic, it can be a minus. No parking places, so this is also a minus if you are driving here. Overall, i do recommend staying at this hotel

In addition to the casino, this is a very nice hotel. Small, but comfortable rooms, all clean, very delicious Breakfast, also it is the center of the city. Regular customers always have discounts

The hotel is located on a pedestrianised area, so you can't drive to the entrance itself. You have to find a parking space in streets further away and then carry your bags some distance to the hotel

The bed is cozy, the tv has plenty of programs to watch and you can find a radio in bathroom. Cleaning is made daily, by request and the building has a small elevator (2 people can fit)

On check-in, the front desk gave us a free "Pay 10 Lev, get 20 Lev free" coupon for use in the casino. The check-in staff were fine, spoke good English, and were very helpful

Excellent place to relax and enjoy your time in wonderful Varna, Bulgaria. Great amenities with In/Out pool, tennis court, fitness, saunas, hot tubs, etc. Restaurant with unforgettable menu, friendly and loving staff

Highlights include being so close to Parmy restaurant where we ate twice due to the food & service being excellent (NB you must book for an evening meal in Aug), the extremely friendly waiter at breakfast who remembered our order & would always greet us with a smile, the tourist train from the nearest beach down to the main Sea garden 'strip' (only 1lv pp each way)

Despite these negatives we loved it and would definitely stay again. Even if it was just for the fresh fruit from the garden for breakfast each morning & the quiet oasis that is Mimi's place

We spent 6 nights here for our honeymoon & the resort is just want we wanted in terms of peace, tranquility, beautiful surroundings, breakfast buffet & proximity to the beach & restaurants

Great place to stay! Very cozy, it feels more like home than a hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the interior is made with lot of taste and style. The staff is friendly and helpful

The hotel is advertised as 5* but it isn't really. Unfortunately the drains smelt horrible, although the shower was good and we couldn't work out how to get the plug in, to take a bath

The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things

It's mostly a family hotel suited for adults with children. The beach is near to the hotel, around 10 minutes walk. There is only one shop nearby, that you can get everything, but cigarettes

Its not bad, but there were lot of small things that ruined my vacation. The shower was is water saver and the water was going fast and it feels like nidles

But when it was rain outside - it also was in my room because of the window in the roof and it was about to destroy my ebook with water (luckily it had a case) and as a surprise on the last night - a cockroach (reach me out if you need a video)

Very old hotel with old decoration and equipment. Bath towels were almost torn and the bath tub curtains were unpleasant

I have tested a lot of rooms - they are all okay - spacious and with salt for the bathrooms, set to remove the makeup and tea with tea kettle. The staff is pleasant and the breakfast okay.

An excellent hotel to stay in Varna. Great location wirh the great view of the cathedral. We stayed in a studio room for three nights

Nice family hotel. It should be borne in mind that it is far from the beaches and high above sea level. It is highly desirable to have a car. Well, or you have to, like us, ride a taxi.

It is located quite far from the sea, but we love to walk, so the location was not difficult for us, and daily walks to the bus stop among the gardens added positive emotions

The staff is very friendly, they speak good Russian. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The rooms offer a wonderful sea view. The room has everything you need

Unlike hotels located on the opposite bank, rooms are cleaned and linen changed every day

Hopefully the nice ladies, which was cooking it in 2017 are still there. Its literally home made food 😊 Its clean and super friendly place10 steps away of the beach. The only thing we hated was the road to the hotel

Great experience and great location to try. I recommend for a less crowded place. They have 3 jacuzzi and 1 sauna. It's great for a budget.

Been back after two years. Unfortunately no more cleanes. Only superficial cleaning. Breakfast repeating itself everyday.
