This hotel has a very good location - just on the opposite site of the train station, close to the center of the city. It's a busy hotel with large enough clean and tidy rooms. The stuff is really friendly. I've been there several times and I'll keep staying there during my next visits in Varna.

Very nice, clean and central hotel in the heart of Varna. I recommend it definetely, the breakfast was good, the room was spacy and the food was amazing. It is near the Sea Garden in Varna and close to every place in the city. I will definetely come again, because I am really very happy with this hotel and its staff. Great location, bed are very comfortable, clean and quiet. A little bit of bad smell in bathroom from shower, maybe was a bad luck. Breakfast was perfect, better than many other places. Divers fruits, good coffee, cereals, cheese, eggs, butter, sweets, etc. Keep up the good job!

I stayed at this place for one night during a business trip. The room was nice and soundproof, which was a plus. The only downside was the shower area with sliding doors that allowed water to escape, creating a bit of a mess. The breakfast was very minimal, but it was all right. On the bright side, the reception staff were quite friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better: right where the main pedestrian street enters the sea garden. Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking.

It's a very clean, well kept hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with our booking but it was sorted in an hour and we were given our rooms. Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view.

Great for short stay It was great for a short stay, only a 2 minute walk from the beach, there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance, there is a restaurant close by, but only takes cash, so, ensure you have some. Nice hotel on a charming little beach, mostly frequented by Bulgarians. Large room with sea view. A few beach restaurants nearby, including a very nice one right in front of the hotel (the one with a name written only in Bulgarian and a beautiful terrace). Be careful: the hotel is very far from the center of Varna. 30 minutes easy.

There are some old reviews complaining about uncomfortable mattresses, I'm happy to report those reviews are obsolete! Dionis was a great stay when all you need is a place to stay for a few nights.

Less than 5 minutes from Station and a lif. Nearby supermarket with a bunch of Pringles. The only problem is seeking the plug everywhere that was located only undet the table. So I use a chair to put on my gadgets to charge. It falls few times because it's still far to.

Hard to beat price per value including free parking on site. Located within close proximity to the train station and the main pedestrian street. Liked the fact that rooms were super clean and warm, and also had a very convenient small fridge. The only comment I can make is regarding the cleaning stuff which was really loud early in the morning right infront of our door.

Generally an alright hotel, but the biggest problem for me was the bed. It must've been really old and i woke up with a sore back every day.

The location is good and the staff were always nice. The room however had 2 major issues. The air-conditioning didnt work and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no bed frame and the bed was on the floor and you can feel the springs in the mattress. It is a lower priced hotel so i feel my 3 star rating is accurate and fair but all thing considered i would not return.

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

Room isn't perfect but exactly what is needed for a quick city break. Our shower didn't seem to drain properly so the floor in the bathroom was wet and a lack of ventilation in the basement rooms doesn't help. Cheap and cheerful.

Small hotel with excellent location in city garden. Hotel is with comfortable beds, very nice service - reception, cleaning etc. Room, bath and public areas are clean with everything you need for your stay. Medium quality. Not so good, but not bad at all.

Its not bad, but there were lot of small things that ruined my vacation. The shower was is water saver and the water was going fast and it feels like nidles. The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things.

A nice hotel, with amazing staff, has its own pool and pool area, where one can relax. The rooms are clean, and I would recommeng geting one with a balcony as per the sights. It's mostly a family hotel suited for adults with children. The beach is near to the hotel, around 10 minutes walk. There is only one shop nearby, that you can get everything, but cigarettes.

The hotel has great location and architecture with great views towards the sea and the surounding parks. There are drawbacks but they have nothing to do with the hotel itself but the newer hotels which are built directly on the beach and ruin the nature. The staff can be a bit more friendly but overall its a nice place to stay for its price.

It is a very well located hotel as if it is next to the beach and almost in the centre of the town. It is very high building so the upper floors offer a great view of the sea and of the entire place. It is also recommanded for the numerous parking lots. On the other hand, it offers to its guests a thermal water swimming pool that is great for everyone.
