My stay for one night was an emergency stay. The reservation and check in was uncomplicated. The room was quite small, breakfast was ok. It is a basic hotel without special luxury.

They were there for us in our time of need. Flixbus dropped us off an hour earlier than expected at 3am. We had no sleep on the bus whatsoever due to no AC on the bus (30+ degree heat). The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Employees are very kind and speak english. Toilets are very clean but not enough the minibar. Anyway, I recommend you to come here.. Nice place i like it.

Nice place for its price range. The room is clean and tidy. We needed a crib for our baby and they were able to provide everything. Nice and polite staff, they were able to answer all my questions.

Staff is friendly, close to the bus station and the malls, it is placed away from major roads, so it's pleasantly quiet. There is a good pizza place 5 min walk away.

Very old hotel with old decoration and equipment. Bath towels were almost torn and the bath tub curtains were unpleasant. The location is perfect.. the check in experience was good but check out experience was not as good, they kept us waiting for long for a simple invoice printing. The breakfast was very poor

Nice view from the window, very good location. But we realized that not reasonable price for out of season period, interior is vintage, which is nice, but the bed and mattress are very low. In addition, the room heating is not enough for cold nights in November and on TV all channels are for Bulgarian speaking people.

Great hotel, nice atmosphere, very comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, great service, the manager is super nice and helpful, and the location is very convenient, and right next to the beautiful Cathedral of Varna! Bus stop to and from the airport is right next to the hotel too!

Nice hotel. Clean, daytime staff very pleasant. No facilities apart from in the room it's self. Nicely appointed rooms. Good price. Location was good for exploring, however walking back at night can feel a little vulnerable.

Brilliant place to stay on Varna.

Generally an alright hotel, but the biggest problem for me was the bed. It must've been really old and i woke up with a sore back every day.

The location is good and the staff were always nice. The room however had 2 major issues. The air-conditioning didnt work and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no bed frame and the bed was on the floor and you can feel the springs in the mattress. It is a lower priced hotel so i feel my 3 star rating is accurate and fair but all thing considered i would not return.

The free parking offered by this hotel is a massive plus although cannot be booked in advance. Rooms are clean service is good and 24/7. Air conditioning is a bit antiquated but still a decent option especially if needing to stay near train station

Great little hotel in the city center. Professional employees, nicely decorated comfortable rooms, minibar, free toiletries, fast free WiFi, tasty breakfast with delicious coffee.

Good hotel in case you need somewhere to spend a night in. 26$ for 1 bed suite. You get what you paid for. Towels, bed, all clean, some refreshments in the minibar, hair dryer, AC. Maybe some additional attention for bathroom dust cleaning would be nice, but as I said - it's ok for the price you've paid for.

The staff and management is cooperative, friendly and helpful. Critical feedback is received in a decent manner and solutions are found.

There is only one bad district in Varna, and hotel is there... also the first women that confirmed our booking was quite rude (professional, but bulgarian style rude). Other stuff seemed nice on the other hand. Also they proposed us to change the room because first one was in a basement and smelled... basementy. The hotel itself is ok for the price I have paid. The room is small, but clean; bed is comfortable. There is also a reasonably good wifi. The staff at the reception desk were helpful. The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi. I did not get a chance to go to the Varna city centre, as I was staying there just for a layover, so I can't say how well the hotel is connected...

Have stayed a couple of time. Better than some hotels that claim to be 4 star. I was arriving and departing at unusual times due to flight and staff very understanding. For the city it is a little out of the way but this has the benefit for a quieter sleep and parking right outside. Situated in a typical local neighborhood, not in the centre but close enough to it by public transport or car. Excellent transportation and there is a bus station very close to the hotel. I stayed at this place for one night during a business trip. The room was nice and soundproof, which was a plus. The only downside was the shower area with sliding doors that allowed water to escape, creating a bit of a mess. The breakfast was very minimal, but it was all right. We have been in Varna many times and we always choose Hotel Amiral! The rooms are always clean, the service is great and the breakfast is well prepared and delicious!

The hotel located inside an apartment complex, hard to locate. We were 5, we took 2 rooms. One room is spacious having a big sofa and big balcony. But the other room, I have never seen a room like that before. The washbasin is being placed not in toilet, it's on room. That's something crazy. The breakfast is okay. The staffs are friendly also.

We had a room with a separate entrance in the cellar of the hotel, which was great. The room has everything we need and way clean and had a nice bathroom. However I don't give 5 stars because for this price I would definitely expect a way better breakfast as well as a hint that the distance to the beach is bee line.
