Stayed for 15 nights in July.

Pro:
Location - close to town and Sea Garden.
Great view of the sea from our floor (11th).
Size of the bathroom.
Good size closet.
Excellent housekeeping.
Very comfortable bed.
Good air-conditioning.
Good quality food for breakfast.

Con:
Abysmal car park.
Certain parts of the building need maintenance.
Some staff would benefit from training in hospitality.
Breakfast buffet was overwhelmed when the hotel was full.

Overall a good choice in Varna.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with wonderful view. Reach breakfast, very good location next to the Sea Garden (park), 5. min. walking distance to the beach (perfect for early morning swimming 👍).

This is the review only for the spa center. The sauna and steam room were big and spacious. What was shocking was that they did not provide towels! You have to bring your own! I’m lucky I brought one because I was going to the beach after otherwise I would have had to cancel my visit. I also treated my wife and myself to facials here which were quality and we both are very happy with the results. Specifically the oxygen infused ones. There is a separate room in the spa room with calming warm beds. That area is very relaxing. There is also fresh quality water that you can refill anytime. Just bring a water bottle.

TL;DR: More like a 4 star hotel. 5 Star hard product, 3 star soft product, bad English from staff.

This is beautiful and comfortable hotel ant a great location. Fabulous views, big rooms, good spa and reasonable prices. Even the cheapest economy/classic rooms are big and comfy. However, the service is not up to five star or even four star standards and the staff needs training. Breakfast is acceptable but lacks variety.
Receptionist at check-in was the most disinterested I've ever seen. She only said "ID" and gave the room card. No welcome, no introduction, she didn't even mention the breakfast hours. Also English is poor. Same can be said about the spa receptionist. Bad English (this is the norm throughout the hotel) and lack of training. The spa area, especially the relaxation room, has also seen better days. There was also renovation works in the restaurant area which produced a lot of noise from 08:30.
Would I return again? Yes, if the price is right. But set your expectations - this is not a 5 star

Nice place. Some parts are under renovation, but otherwise clean and tidy. Recommended

The hotel is very nice. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was the big with a very nice view and a balcony. Staff were very professional and helpful during our stay. They have an underground garage (25 leva per day).

Nice, although a bit aged, hotel. Newly refurbished rooms, sufficient service and excellent location. Used to have a great breakfast, but recently, it worsened and now is only "good"...
