Good hotel in the center of Varna. But the prices for 1 night unfortunately are expensive.

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street

Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good

The rooms are huge but no power sockets near bed! It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to stay on the floor to charge my phone. Some of the staff were polite and helpful and others quite rude

Hotel is showing his age. Overpriced (140 eur per night) for the room quality and age. Spa and gym not working from Covid times.

I also got robbed in front of the hotel so be careful

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with wonderful view. Reach breakfast, very good location next to the Sea Garden (park), 5. min. walking distance to the beach (perfect for early morning swimming 👍).

Breakfast was really good with huge variety. I travel a lot and I have to say this is definitely on my top list

Pro: Location - close to town and Sea Garden. Great view of the sea from our floor (11th). Good quality food for breakfast. Certain parts of the building need maintenance

TL;DR: More like a 4 star hotel. 5 Star hard product, 3 star soft product, bad English from staff. This is beautiful and comfortable hotel ant a great location. Fabulous views, big rooms, good spa and reasonable prices

Some staff would benefit from training in hospitality. Breakfast buffet was overwhelmed when the hotel was full. Overall a good choice in Varna

the location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from Varna's recreation area. ) there is a bus station near the hotel (use 409 line- we traveled with him everywhere including airport)

Stellar stay: comfortable suites with great design, good spa experience, 4-minute walk to the city center, 8-minute walk to the beach.

We enjoyed graffit gallery hotel very much. we were upgraded with no extra charges due to bday celebration. we didn't use the pool and sauna but it looked nice

unfortunately, because it wasn't the season we couldn't have a massage (the guy wasn't there every day). the stuff was really nice and helped us with every question we had

Either way , you don't feel "welcomed". Anyways , I did want to extend to 6 more nights , after a "lovely" talk with a a girl reception, I ended up to another Varnas best hotel in the area

Ideally located for access to the town centre, the local bus service and the beach which is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel

This hotel is amazing, good staff, good food, very clean rooms and very convenient going to the beach to supermarket and central plaza just walking around and by car about 5mins going to the mall its very accessible.

We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Spacious and ellegant roms, excellent matraces, very good location if you are with a car, parking place, excellent service.

Cons: WiFi struggled (video calls no good), gym is pretty basic, location could be better as a 15minute walk to things. Sunset from 8th floor was beautiful

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and it was cleaned daily. Location is close to the center

On check-in, the front desk gave us a free "Pay 10 Lev, get 20 Lev free" coupon for use in the casino. The check-in staff were fine, spoke good English, and were very helpful

The bathrooms seems to have been modernised and are quite good, with modern fittings. The only problem we had was with car parking near the hotel

In addition to the casino, this is a very nice hotel. Small, but comfortable rooms, all clean, very delicious Breakfast, also it is the center of the city. Regular customers always have discounts

Love to open Windows to the street and listen to accordion, which often plays in the square in front of the hotel. Very romantic place, near a lot of nice restaurants and cafes

The windows in our room (room 22) were pretty small, so if you're claustrophobic, it can be a minus. No parking places, so this is also a minus if you are driving here. Overall, i do recommend staying at this hotel

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well

The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic

Nice location and okay hotel. The rooms were a bit old - especially the bathrooms, the showers are bad. Breakfast is included and is quite good with a selection of local food options

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel. This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a. —we were initially worried about late check-in

However, the communication with the hotel was excellent. They reassured us that we could arrive at any time since the reception is open 24 hours

It was so soft and cozy—I didn’t want to leave! The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the center of Varna

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Employees are very kind and speak english. Toilets are very clean but not enough the minibar. Anyway, I recommend you to come here.. Nice place i like it.

They were there for us in our time of need. Flixbus dropped us off an hour earlier than expected at 3am. We had no sleep on the bus whatsoever due to no AC on the bus (30+ degree heat)

We arrived looking for a bed, and the lovely lady found us one, with a great shower and functional AC. For a very fair price too, around £40 for the two of us

in a double room they would add one more chair, ideally they would make good internet which is practically non-existent. (wi-fi) they would change the breakfast diet. everything is monotonous every day

The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. The location of the hotel is great too. On television there are Russian-language, Ukrainian and Belarusian channels

There is also a good cafe, where we used to have our free breakfast, or a coffee during the day, and where we could meet our visitors. The hotel itself and the room were comfortable enough

For example, a 250 ml bottle of a good wine was less than 2 euros. The staff at the hotel was always friendly and efficient. So if you need a very affordable hotel in a superb location, this could be your choice

Personnel - 5 starts; the perfect staff, they know how to make the guests to feel comfortable, they do their work fast and with great quality! Breakfast - 4 stars; I didn't liked the tables, they are good for a cafeteria, but not for eating, maybe serving the breakfast in the restaurant will be a much better and practical solution

It is very clean and they have kept it old fashioned style, you could be walking onto a second world war movie set. Good price and well worth the visit

One nice surprise was when we came to the hotel in the middle of the night and I wanted to have a drink before going to bed. The minibar was well-stocked and, what's important, prices were very low

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

They help people who have difficulty moving, very educated and most of all good and honest people! I hope they give them 5 stars of the hotel and the restaurant. It is close to Priboy, Rakitnika and Galata

Very VERY clean rooms and facilities. I have stayed there 5-6 times in the last 3 years and each visit was the same - clean and fresh, great sleeping due to the high class "Nani" mattresses

The bar tender really knows his stuff, including arcane off-menu cocktails and differences in how drinks are served across the Atlantic. Highly recommend for any American traveling through Varna!!

There are not many rooms, so I suggest to make a reservation earlier. The rooms are big and cozy at the same time. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby

This is the newest jewel in the historical part of Varna, that not many people know is the old Turkish neighborhood called "Talyana" (fishing net)

All in all there is no better small hotel in Varna at the moment. Coffee is great, so is Simona, her smile makes the experience even better

This hotel is litle diamond in centre of Varna. Very clean, litle rooms but heavy lux and hotel is like the same in Italy.Staff is really nice. The price is very good. From 1 to 10 I gave 10.

Nice family hotel. It should be borne in mind that it is far from the beaches and high above sea level. It is highly desirable to have a car. Well, or you have to, like us, ride a taxi.

It is located quite far from the sea, but we love to walk, so the location was not difficult for us, and daily walks to the bus stop among the gardens added positive emotions

Unlike hotels located on the opposite bank, rooms are cleaned and linen changed every day

The heart of the city! The service is great! Breakfast menu and is quite tasty! The bar is open around the clock! The sea is ten minutes slow. What else do you need for a good rest after a working day?

Highlights include being so close to Parmy restaurant where we ate twice due to the food & service being excellent (NB you must book for an evening meal in Aug), the extremely friendly waiter at breakfast who remembered our order & would always greet us with a smile, the tourist train from the nearest beach down to the main Sea garden 'strip' (only 1lv pp each way)

Excellent place to relax and enjoy your time in wonderful Varna, Bulgaria. Great amenities with In/Out pool, tennis court, fitness, saunas, hot tubs, etc. Restaurant with unforgettable menu, friendly and loving staff

The hotel is advertised as 5* but it isn't really. Unfortunately the drains smelt horrible, although the shower was good and we couldn't work out how to get the plug in, to take a bath
