Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with wonderful view. Reach breakfast, very good location next to the Sea Garden (park), 5. min. walking distance to the beach (perfect for early morning swimming 👍).

Breakfast was really good with huge variety. I travel a lot and I have to say this is definitely on my top list

Pro: Location - close to town and Sea Garden. Great view of the sea from our floor (11th). Good quality food for breakfast. Certain parts of the building need maintenance

TL;DR: More like a 4 star hotel. 5 Star hard product, 3 star soft product, bad English from staff. This is beautiful and comfortable hotel ant a great location. Fabulous views, big rooms, good spa and reasonable prices

The hotel is very nice. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was the big with a very nice view and a balcony. Staff were very professional and helpful during our stay. They have an underground garage (25 leva per day).

Incredible experience!! I am here as part of a group and everything is going so smooth! One of the best rooms I have even been too, very clean and so comfortable! The buffet is very good with many choices! Best value for money! Highly recommended!!

This hotel is amazing, good staff, good food, very clean rooms and very convenient going to the beach to supermarket and central plaza just walking around and by car about 5mins going to the mall its very accessible.

The rooms are functionally furnished, comfortable but cleanliness needs to be improved. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is nothing, not a beautiful area. The main attractions are about 1 km away

Overall slightly high price for the Bulgarian average even if in Varna the prices are higher. Definitely worth considering if you need to park your car as finding a parking space in Varna is a nightmare

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well

However, the communication with the hotel was excellent. They reassured us that we could arrive at any time since the reception is open 24 hours

Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. Just to point out, when booking a room, if you want a sea view you need to book a room with a sea view

The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic

Quiet place and good location. Small hotel with good quality for short stay in Varna. Underground parking is too narrow if you arrive with bigger car. Generally I recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived after 3am and check in was fast and easy. The bedding and curtains were a bit dated. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.

They were there for us in our time of need. Flixbus dropped us off an hour earlier than expected at 3am. We had no sleep on the bus whatsoever due to no AC on the bus (30+ degree heat)

For example, a 250 ml bottle of a good wine was less than 2 euros. The staff at the hotel was always friendly and efficient. So if you need a very affordable hotel in a superb location, this could be your choice

Personnel - 5 starts; the perfect staff, they know how to make the guests to feel comfortable, they do their work fast and with great quality! Breakfast - 4 stars; I didn't liked the tables, they are good for a cafeteria, but not for eating, maybe serving the breakfast in the restaurant will be a much better and practical solution

There is also a good cafe, where we used to have our free breakfast, or a coffee during the day, and where we could meet our visitors. The hotel itself and the room were comfortable enough

Good location. The room was clean and beautiful with modern design. The breakfast was very delicious. The stuff is very helpful, it's a good hotel!

The gym is tiny, the equipment is very old, yhe elliptical machine is broken, and weight selection is dismal and lacking standard equipment, so you have to improvise quite a bit to get a good workout, but it'sbetterthan nothing at all

The breakfast buffet is ok - a lot of baked goods and deli meats. I asked if I could have a freshly made omelet but was told no. The air conditioning works well and the staff are very polite & helpful

Big hotel and casino directly at city center within the pedestrian zone. Great staff that helps you with everything you need. In direct vicinity are several restaurants and you have only 800m to the beach.

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

The windows in our room (room 22) were pretty small, so if you're claustrophobic, it can be a minus. No parking places, so this is also a minus if you are driving here. Overall, i do recommend staying at this hotel

On check-in, the front desk gave us a free "Pay 10 Lev, get 20 Lev free" coupon for use in the casino. The check-in staff were fine, spoke good English, and were very helpful

The hotel is located on a pedestrianised area, so you can't drive to the entrance itself. You have to find a parking space in streets further away and then carry your bags some distance to the hotel

There are not many rooms, so I suggest to make a reservation earlier. The rooms are big and cozy at the same time. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby

This is the newest jewel in the historical part of Varna, that not many people know is the old Turkish neighborhood called "Talyana" (fishing net)

All in all there is no better small hotel in Varna at the moment. Coffee is great, so is Simona, her smile makes the experience even better

Highlights include being so close to Parmy restaurant where we ate twice due to the food & service being excellent (NB you must book for an evening meal in Aug), the extremely friendly waiter at breakfast who remembered our order & would always greet us with a smile, the tourist train from the nearest beach down to the main Sea garden 'strip' (only 1lv pp each way)

The hotel is advertised as 5* but it isn't really. Unfortunately the drains smelt horrible, although the shower was good and we couldn't work out how to get the plug in, to take a bath
