The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have always enjoyed having a quick chat with them.
The room is comfortable, spacious, with a huge wardrobe! It also provides bottled water.

Very good accommodation experience, the hotel is not big, the location is good, you can walk anywhere, very convenient, very close to the subway station to the train station, turn left and it is 30 meters away, the express line to the airport is not available, turn left and turn left again and walk for 10 minutes. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room attendant has a good attitude.

The room is exquisite. Breakfast is also very exquisite. The hotel front desk is also very exquisite. The hotel's bar and steak house is said to be very famous in Vancouver. Unfortunately, it seemed to be reserved on the day we stayed, so we didn't go in. Very good experience, will go again in the afternoon.

The hotel is in a very good location and has convenient transportation. You can take buses or subway to the airport, Stanley Park, and nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Shampoo and shower gel are good. There are also delicious chocolates on the bed

We have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us.
They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

Great Gastown location, comfortable historic old hotel. Dining available and breakfast included. Enjoyed our stay very much and close to cruise terminal.

Loved staying five nights in this hotel. The breakfast was one of a kind..3 varieties no wastage limited but good. Rooms clean & the bathtub great after long walks in the city. Complimentary two bottles of water & chocolates was a sweet gesture too. Helpful & attentive staffs. One of the best multi grain toasts that I have ever taken.

This was our first time in Vancouver and we chose St. Regis! We were very pleased with the location, room and breakfast! The breakfast was very good and far exceeded our expectations :) Brent was very pleasant and helpful with our luggage and helping us put the tags! Will definitely recommend the St. Regis hotel
