The St. Regis Hotel

Loved staying five nights in this hotel. The breakfast was one of a kind..3 varieties no wastage limited but good. Rooms clean & the bathtub great after long walks in the city. Complimentary two bottles of water & chocolates was a sweet gesture too. Helpful & attentive staffs. One of the best multi grain toasts that I have ever taken.

This was our first time in Vancouver and we chose St. Regis! We were very pleased with the location, room and breakfast! The breakfast was very good and far exceeded our expectations :) Brent was very pleasant and helpful with our luggage and helping us put the tags! Will definitely recommend the St. Regis hotel

We had a nice stay at the St. Regis Vancouver. The staff members we encountered here were professional and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed but on the small side. Shortly after checking into our room, we noticed a strange odor that smelled like mothballs. We called down to the front desk and within minutes, an employee set up an ozone generator to clean out the odor. We appreciated the prompt response. We'd happily stay here in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis in Vancouver and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The bathroom in my room was absolutely stunning, with luxurious amenities and a spacious layout that made me feel like royalty. And the breakfast was simply amazing - every dish was perfectly prepared and presented with care. I especially loved the selection of fresh juices, which added a refreshing touch to the meal.

I only have good things to say. Stayed here for a few days for a work trip. Spacious room, didn’t hear much noise from the neighboring rooms, and the included breakfast was tasty and a benefit to start the day. As a solo female traveler, I found the overall area to be very walkable and had easy access to multiple modes of transportation. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Spent two nights at St Regis. Staff is helpful but interactions can be a awkward. The rooms are tastefully decorated, there’s nothing in the rooms that looks like it doesn’t belong. The heated floor in the bathroom is a great feature. Big comfortable shower and quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel offered. Bed is comfortable, with good quality linens. There also was a full length mirror which I appreciated a lot. The location is pretty good too, I found it very easy to walk or Uber where I wanted to go. I recommend for short term stays.

Wow, the service was outstanding! Every interaction with staff was very courteous and productive; everyone wants to help make your stay the best in can be! In addition, our room was really nice. Well designed with good amenities and nice natural light through all the windows! Breakfast is great and we enjoyed the pub. Great location for downtown Vancouver experience.
