Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront

While not particularly stunning rooms, we did have an excellent view and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was pretty good as well. It was nice to be able to open the window to get fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. Very convenient location in the heart of downtown Vancouver only 5-10 minutes away from the very lively strip of shops just east of the hotel down the road behind it. The hotel has direct elevator access to a public parking garage next door. The price was very reasonable for the hotel as well.

Great Harbor front location. Some rooms have the water view. Hotel is only 18 floors.
Has good gym, indoors pool & hottub all in the same area.
One restaurant that serves breakfast to dinner with bar.
Rooms are.large with enclosed.balcony where sliding windows can provide fresh air.
The furnishings. Carpet are a bit loud.
Lots of elevators to service floors. The house keeping staff is receptive.
Parking is Public next to hotel. Best to gave the parking validated by front desk for in and out privileges.
Good Indian restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel overall was pretty good. The lobby was really nice and there were very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located around a half of a kilometre from the nearest skytrain station and is close to bus stops which makes it great for people who want to travel by public transport. The only problem was the room which had damage on the doors, curtains and was quite dark. It didn't have a very modern style but did have a balcony which was empty. It would have been nicer with a plant or seating. The view was really good though.
Overall it was a nice place with good views but maybe needed nicer rooms.

We stayed in the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in Vancouver twice on our recent trip to Canada, once the night before our trip to Whistler and then again on our return from Whistler before we boarded our cruise. Both times were great, and the staff were very friendly, attentive and go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The hotel itself is in a prime location, close by the waterfront near Canada Place which made it very easy to walk to the cruise terminal when it was time for us to join our cruise. It was also very convenient for exploring areas such as Gastown, Robson Street for shopping, and Stanley Park.

Both rooms we had were very spacious, modern and had huge windows making it lovely and bright. They were clean and well maintained as were the communal areas of the hotel. The bed was huge and very comfortable with a choice of pillows, and the room had a fridge, safe and powerful hairdryer which was great.

I would highly recommend staying here on a trip to Vancouver and I would definitely stay here again in the future if I returned to Vancouver.

Great place, comfortable and spacious rooms with a coffee maker which we love. Beds are comfortable. Parking is insane at $40/night. The pool and hot tub are nice but definitely could be upgraded. The hot tub was closed for maintenance the day after we checked in, which is weird because we used it the day of check in. The location is good and close to the sky train as well, as we were staying in town for a concert. The restaurant food is delicious and all of the staff is very friendly. Would recommend.

I LOVED my stay! I sent a message to the hotel beforehand mentioning that I was going through a hard time personally and the staff were all so kind and generous. The location and view are great and the room is very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub (although the hot tub was closed one evening for maintenance, which I see has been a common feedback from other guests). I hope to stay there again next time I'm in Vancouver, and am happy to recommend Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront to others. Thanks for everything!
