Sentido Cypria Bay by Leonardo Hotels in Paphos

Had a very pleasant stay there. Nice fitted hotel, with a real "all inclusive". 1. Maintance team 24/7, all the staff is welcoming and helpful (extra thanks and hello to Julia, cafe administrator). 2. Bar is working most of time, all the reasonable drinks are included to all inclusive (though if you want extras - you can upgrade to silver membership, which doesn't make any sense there, as for me.) 3. Great food, changing daily! Have snack zone which works between breakfast and lunch. 4. It was very clean around and in the room! Deepest thanks to all the cleaning team. 5. Swimming pool is very nice, my 5yo child enjoyed it. Also good pirate ship playzone. Jacuzzi, warm indoor swimming pool - is an extra support when you go here in the end of autumn, though I would be happy if they wold be opened a little longer, rather than closing at 6 pm. 6. Had different entertainments for kids in the evening after dinner, such as shows or animations. Kids club is also existed, shame my daughter wasn't fancy of that. Overall great experience for a family trip! Then disadvantages: 1. Poor "booking restaurant" experience. They have different restaurants, such as Sushi, which worked only during weekends - where almost impossible to book a space. Plus, food there doesn't worth it. We were giving a small plate of sushi for a family of 3. Long waiting times, and rush and urgentness - is a huge NO. 2. Breakfast food is repetitive, and every day is the same (compared to lunch and dinner, which were great). I would change it. Plus mains are "english breakfast". Like cmon, get some individuality! 3. Slim room doors, hear a lot what's happening in the hall. In our room the door didn't closed tightly, so there was a hole, bothering. 4. Get lots of noise from outside as well. Our windows were on a neighbour hotel, they had singers everyday, and everyday we couldn't properly sleep because we could hear all the songs coming from other hotel... 5. TV flashlight is too bright when it's off. Lightning the whole room in night time. Also a fire alarm is flashing quite bright - killing! One more thing, which is not a hotel problem, but I can't not to mention it - there is no hotel beach! We went for a beach holiday, and, yes, the sea is just right there, but there is no entrance, no proper beach itself to use! We had to walk to other beaches around, and it wasn't a nice past time, honestly. P.S. Sunsets are really a thing there!

Our first time in Cyprus and what a lovely place to celebrate my birthday, the staff are lovely especially Abishek, spotlessly clean, nothiing too much trouble the only thing I would say is the food could be warmer and the pools heated but that's trivial, will be going back thank you for a lovely week and my birthday cake

Lovely hotel & nice area. Nice staff & nice food plenty of choice would stay here again No rush on sun beds, very chilled holiday

Overall this hotel was great . The rooms are comfortable but feel they need a little updating . Bed was comfy and large . Wardrobe was spacious but could do with more drawers especially is staying for more than 7 days as struggled with storage . Room was cleaned daily apart from the cleaner took the bath mat on day 5 so had to use the small towel to stand on after showering . The animation team are amazing especially Michel he was so encouraging and friendly to take part on the activities which we did daily . Evening entertainment was good too love the Vegas night playing black jack was our highlight . Pool area is great as lots of sun beds to choose from didn’t need to get up early to get one either . Food was lovely love that the chefs like the food to have some spice which was right up our street . The à la carte restaurants were good too our fave was the Asian . Overall a great stay will be back as loved it ! Thanks

Thanks to Anna and Liza for the intense treatment at the aegeo spa… … excellent roomservices and we also got a cake and drinks as a birthday present for our son…. very kind!!! … nice barkeeping… …and bathtowels at the pool given by a lady with such a charming smile… Greetings from Austria!

Highly recommend.Everything was brilliant.Staff very friendly. Spa was good especially body massage with Anna and Liza.
