Reviews
We had lunch a few times and the food was good. I liked the location. It’s close to a few nice coffee shops for a morning stroll and not that far in a cab to Limassol old town.
Overall, nice and friendly staff during normal circumstances. Decent food options and presentation.
Perhaps the staff can be trained and be empowered to make decisions on the requests that are outside the normality.
To conclude, this hotel is good however, we would not repeat our stay here.
The view is amazing!
The hotel has a nice breakfast and a nice pool outside, and indoor pool and gym.
This is one of the best hotels I have ever been too.
During our stay, we encountered a significant issue that impacted our vacation. While swimming in the pool with my family, we noticed a concerning situation: a child’s feces in the water. This alone was disturbing, but what made it worse was the staff’s lackluster response. After reporting the incident, the staff simply removed the contamination without taking further action. There was no immediate closure of the pool, no thorough cleaning, and no clear communication about how they intended to ensure the water was safe again. And you understand that it’s summer and it can be infectious.
Having worked at a Hilton hotel, I know that in such situations, a more rigorous cleaning process is necessary, including temporarily closing the pool and thoroughly sanitizing the entire area. Instead, the staff here just added chemicals and called it a day. It took me insisting on a more thorough cleaning and pool closure before any real action was taken, which left me frustrated. I should not have had to manage this on my vacation.
While the hotel offers a pleasant stay overall, the incident with the pool and the staff’s inadequate response significantly marred our experience. This is something the management needs to address if they want to meet the expectations of guests looking for a high-quality stay.
But everything else was quite good, thanks God. So I have nice vocation.
Overall, amazing experience!
Great rooms, cleanliness, food, swimming pool!
Me and my 4yo had amazing time.
Restaurant:
Great breakfasts, fresh juices and fried eggs are the best, very nice stuff. Sparkling wine (rose) is of an excellent quality.
You will die for the evening desserts! I felt like i was in France, amazing pastries…
Japanese restaurant: the best sashimi!
Amazing service! Shame I tried it towards the end of my stay, otherwise I would eat there every day.
Suggestion:
Bread:
Sometimes Bread buns were from yesterday. You can always find the fresh ones, but it was very disappointing to find the ones from yesterday.
Sunday roast:
Meat from the lunch was served during the dinner. Nothing wrong with that, but it was obviously not fresh and very dry
Swimming pool:
Great heated swimming pool. We loved it there. The best stuff at the pool bar.
Cold fruit/jelly during the hottest time.
Beach:
I would add some suggestions here:
Not the cleanliness beach to be honest. Sometimes in the morning I was picking up rubbish from yesterday’s parties. I understand that the beaches are public in this region, but I believe the hotel has a responsibility to clean the beach regularly. There are some beautiful rocks on the beach. But they are very gross: full of beer cans and cigarette butts. It made me very sad. I would recommend cleaning the nearby areas. It would take fifteen minutes, but it’ll be a huge difference.
I was staying at this hotel one time long ago and I was happy to see so many kitties that are being well taken cared of by volunteers and rescuers.
So disappointing to know the current situation…
Please be aware and stay away from this place….
Special shout out to Mohammed for a very professional check in, and Rafael for superb restaurant service. But everyone was lovely.
They have a few in house restaurants. All bar one require booking and that's not my style, so I skipped them. But the one that didn't was actually really great, much better than (for example) the Syrian restaurant opposite. This was our fave place to eat at in Cyprus, which is unusual to say for a hotel.
We had a sea view but actually the other side of the hotel has great views of the hills in the distance too.
They also provided us with two birthday cakes!! And balloons.
Free parking, plenty of it (in February).
Slight gripe is that the double room is two single beds with a gap, but it's no big deal.
Highly recommended.
