Amazing family experience at the hotel
We visited the hotel as part of a family vacation, and there are no words to describe our satisfaction. From the very first moment we received warm, courteous and personal service from the staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and cozy, with everything you need to feel comfortable and the location was perfect.

I wanted to emphasize the special and personal treatment we received from all the staff at the hotel – from the reception staff, through the customer service team to the charming instructors in the children's activity room. Each of them made us feel welcome and important, and this certainly added significant value to our experience.
We enjoyed the variety of experiences the hotel offers – the heated pool, the soccer and tennis courts, and my 10-year-old son especially enjoyed the Teens room, where he found fascinating activities and was enthusiastic about every moment. The staff even surprised us by organizing a personal birthday party for him, a lovely gesture that touched our hearts.

The food at the hotel was great – high quality, varied and, above all, delicious. The main restaurant offered a selection of fresh, high-quality dishes at every meal, the American diner was beautifully designed and served great burgers, and the snack bar was the perfect place for snacks and desserts throughout the day.

During our stay, we also enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, a pampering spa and professional massages, and in the evenings we joined the entertaining performances of the hotel's talented singer-dancer group, which made every evening a refreshing experience.

We would certainly be happy to return to this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation with personal attention and unforgettable experiences.

Loved this place. Very friendly and helpful staff from cleaners to bartenders, waiters and management. A big shout to the hard working entertainment team too.
We stayed Christmas/New Year in weather that wasn’t too good, but with plenty of food and drink, nice people around and a great new year party. Would definitely come back here again. Recommended.

Booked a room for myself, with a walk in shower. Found that this was not so. Informed reception, who did a lot of blame shifting ( to jet 2 ). Then said " we don't have any vacant, but we can let you have one tomorrow. ( I was only there for 1 week ) So I accepted the offer, only to find the next day that the shower did not have a seat. I have always found that a tip- up seat to be an integral item in a walk in shower. So as we were now approaching the 3rd day of our 7 days, I had to accept, and be content with sitting on the toilet using wet flannel !

We are here slightly off season, only buffet, Italian and American Diner restaurants open. Buffet has so much variety though and all really good quality. The buffet has different themes throughout the week, and also a couple cooking stations limiting monotony. The smash burger at the American Diner is so much better than the average UK gourmet pub/restaurant burger. The Queen show was outstanding. Staff are also so friendly and helpful, especially keeping the drinks flowing. We have a few more days here, and only expect it to get better!

Extremely good resort. Staff members and service is exceptional. Location is absolutely almost on the beach. Nice, clean big hotel. Its truly good experience. Most important, all inclusive means true all inclusive . Everything unlimited including drinks. Christmas celebrations were out of the world and perfectly arranged. If i could i would give it 6 out of 5

The hotel wildly exceeded our expectations. Beautiful hotel and grounds, comfortable and spacious rooms, spotless throughout, unbelievably good food and drinks. Really enjoyed the shows and our young family members loved the children's entertainment and activities - especially Bella the Elephant and friends.
We were part of a large family group attending our son's wedding, and the main buffet restaurant accommodated us all every day which was some feat. But our biggest thanks go to your exceptional staff who were all first class - friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Elena M our room attendant went above and beyond with a cheerful smile, even when we had to ask for both our beds to be changed after our granddaughter had a little accident on them. All the waiters were good, but Matej needs special recognition for excellent service all week. And the two waiting staff who looked after us all at the evening Wedding Meal were fabulous. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, we don't know how you do it in that heat!!!

Wow. What an amazing stay. Got back a few weeks ago from a 10 night break here, and this hotel is something that you really don't get when you stay somewhere else. The staff are all clearly passionate about where they work, and as a team, they pull together to deliver excellent customer service. The small details are also there. For example, they all put their other hand behind their back when pouring drinks and always ensure your glass doesn't run dry whilst you are having your meal. This attentiveness makes all the difference to your experience within the hotel. The facilities are to a very high quality and I really like the idea of allocating you the same sunbeds for your entire stay so there is no fighting for them at 5 o'clock in the morning. There is lots to do for the kids with loads of fun activities for them to do in the kids club. There are plenty of pools and some water slides which were actually quite fun, even for the adults. When we go to all-inclusive's, the food is usually good but it has a certain taste which I can't really describe. But here, the food is like what you would find in the top restaurants around the world. The head chef is always out talking to people and is happy to talk to you through any queries you have about the dishes. The a la cartè restaurants are also very good. However, we did feel rushed to leave after we finished our meal as the staff were stood nearby, ready to clear the table the moment we stood up. I can understand that they probably need the table for the next guests, and even though this happened, it didn't ruin the experience. We did much prefer eating in the main restaurant which we did for the rest of our stay as the food there was always fantastic. The guest services here really did it for me as well. They were all so lovely and were happy to help with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms were really nice and modern and had everything you could ask for, like tea and coffee making facilities, a daily restocked minibar, and all the amenities you need in the bathroom. I also really liked the chocolates and turndown service each evening, which is a really nice touch. The only issue we had with the rooms was the position of it. We were looking over the bins, and where the deliveries were dropped at 6 o'clock every morning, which was very noisy as the lorry's reversed into the hotel. I do, however, understand this can't be helped as it is how the hotel is built and it was still a really lovely and large room. This is still a 5 star review from me, and we will definitely be back within the next year or to. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff makes this place a lot better.
We came: 3 couples with children for a week. We had a great time. We've been to more luxurious resorts, but for the price, this resort's value is up there.
Winter is perhaps not the best time to come because the swimming pool is not heated, the shows at night are not to rate and time are just ok, but the food is delicious and the staff were amazingly accommodating with our special requirements. That made all the difference for us.

The hotel staff and facilities provided were excellent. The hotel lobby and pool area was well designed and grand. The pools were EXCELLENT. The children’s pool looked beautiful therefore the adults didn’t kind sitting alongside it during the day. The waiter service was professional, friendly and polite. Evenings were beautiful sitting on the outside veranda. I would recommend this hotel to others.

A couple of points I did want to mention, however:

My daughter’s foot (toe) got trapped under the sliding door when entering the main lobby. This had a sharp exposed metal edge with no protection at the bottom of the door and sliced her toe. Had her foot not been in the middle of the doors it could have serrated her toe entirely however we were fortunate this did not happen. Your hotel manager said there should be a protection strip which was not in place. Please replace this before it happens to someone else. The first aid staff were great and called us the next day to check our daughter and provide additional dressings for her foot.

Unfortunately the evening entertainment was very poor. Inside the auditorium was basic and poor entertainment therefore we sat outside which also had poor entertainment however at least we were outside with the beautiful views. The outdoor lobby was well designed and nice to be sat in.

This was our third visit to the Olympic Lagoon Paphos.
We never go back to the same place twice, so this is testament to how nice this hotel and its staff are.
Staff cannot do enough for you, the hotel is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and is very well maintained.
If you want a holiday that gives you that all inclusive experience then this is the place to visit.
Only a short walk in to the town with a wide selection of eateries.
The people are so friendly, we feel very safe in this area.
It is well worth a visit. To us it is beginning to feel like we are going home.
Staff recognise us now, and are always happy to chat with us.
