The hotel wildly exceeded our expectations. Beautiful hotel and grounds, comfortable and spacious rooms, spotless throughout, unbelievably good food and drinks. Really enjoyed the shows and our young family members loved the children's entertainment and activities - especially Bella the Elephant and friends.
We were part of a large family group attending our son's wedding, and the main buffet restaurant accommodated us all every day which was some feat. But our biggest thanks go to your exceptional staff who were all first class - friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Elena M our room attendant went above and beyond with a cheerful smile, even when we had to ask for both our beds to be changed after our granddaughter had a little accident on them. All the waiters were good, but Matej needs special recognition for excellent service all week. And the two waiting staff who looked after us all at the evening Wedding Meal were fabulous. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, we don't know how you do it in that heat!!!

Wow. What an amazing stay. Got back a few weeks ago from a 10 night break here, and this hotel is something that you really don't get when you stay somewhere else. The staff are all clearly passionate about where they work, and as a team, they pull together to deliver excellent customer service. The small details are also there. For example, they all put their other hand behind their back when pouring drinks and always ensure your glass doesn't run dry whilst you are having your meal. This attentiveness makes all the difference to your experience within the hotel. The facilities are to a very high quality and I really like the idea of allocating you the same sunbeds for your entire stay so there is no fighting for them at 5 o'clock in the morning. There is lots to do for the kids with loads of fun activities for them to do in the kids club. There are plenty of pools and some water slides which were actually quite fun, even for the adults. When we go to all-inclusive's, the food is usually good but it has a certain taste which I can't really describe. But here, the food is like what you would find in the top restaurants around the world. The head chef is always out talking to people and is happy to talk to you through any queries you have about the dishes. The a la cartè restaurants are also very good. However, we did feel rushed to leave after we finished our meal as the staff were stood nearby, ready to clear the table the moment we stood up. I can understand that they probably need the table for the next guests, and even though this happened, it didn't ruin the experience. We did much prefer eating in the main restaurant which we did for the rest of our stay as the food there was always fantastic. The guest services here really did it for me as well. They were all so lovely and were happy to help with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms were really nice and modern and had everything you could ask for, like tea and coffee making facilities, a daily restocked minibar, and all the amenities you need in the bathroom. I also really liked the chocolates and turndown service each evening, which is a really nice touch. The only issue we had with the rooms was the position of it. We were looking over the bins, and where the deliveries were dropped at 6 o'clock every morning, which was very noisy as the lorry's reversed into the hotel. I do, however, understand this can't be helped as it is how the hotel is built and it was still a really lovely and large room. This is still a 5 star review from me, and we will definitely be back within the next year or to. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff makes this place a lot better.
We came: 3 couples with children for a week. We had a great time. We've been to more luxurious resorts, but for the price, this resort's value is up there.
Winter is perhaps not the best time to come because the swimming pool is not heated, the shows at night are not to rate and time are just ok, but the food is delicious and the staff were amazingly accommodating with our special requirements. That made all the difference for us.

The hotel staff and facilities provided were excellent. The hotel lobby and pool area was well designed and grand. The pools were EXCELLENT. The children’s pool looked beautiful therefore the adults didn’t kind sitting alongside it during the day. The waiter service was professional, friendly and polite. Evenings were beautiful sitting on the outside veranda. I would recommend this hotel to others.

A couple of points I did want to mention, however:

My daughter’s foot (toe) got trapped under the sliding door when entering the main lobby. This had a sharp exposed metal edge with no protection at the bottom of the door and sliced her toe. Had her foot not been in the middle of the doors it could have serrated her toe entirely however we were fortunate this did not happen. Your hotel manager said there should be a protection strip which was not in place. Please replace this before it happens to someone else. The first aid staff were great and called us the next day to check our daughter and provide additional dressings for her foot.

Unfortunately the evening entertainment was very poor. Inside the auditorium was basic and poor entertainment therefore we sat outside which also had poor entertainment however at least we were outside with the beautiful views. The outdoor lobby was well designed and nice to be sat in.

This was our third visit to the Olympic Lagoon Paphos.
We never go back to the same place twice, so this is testament to how nice this hotel and its staff are.
Staff cannot do enough for you, the hotel is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and is very well maintained.
If you want a holiday that gives you that all inclusive experience then this is the place to visit.
Only a short walk in to the town with a wide selection of eateries.
The people are so friendly, we feel very safe in this area.
It is well worth a visit. To us it is beginning to feel like we are going home.
Staff recognise us now, and are always happy to chat with us.

Final day of a four day break at this amazing hotel, with my daughter and I can not find a single fault or be happier with this hotel. The food, service, entertainment, atmosphere has all been absolutely first class. This genuinely is a five star experience; the staff are all superb and can’t do enough for you. The food in all the restaurants has been amazing; some of the best burgers I’ve ever had at the diner. The Asian was better than most any I’ve ever had and the 7 course menu at the Italian restaurant was sublime. Even the buffet for breakfast and lunch was superb and definitely the best I’ve ever experienced. Cocktails were all superbly crafted and served in decent sizes. The hotel is very classy, but not at all pretentious; beautifully manicured gardens and well maintained throughout. I travel a lot for pleasure and don’t tend to do the same place twice…. We’re booking to come back in October, that’s how good the Olympic Lagoon resort is!

Excellent hotel overall, definately 5 star food! Great selection with daily changes. Room was perfect, decent size and cleaned everyday. The service was okay... the staff were all friendly but could have done with more staff during meals and taking drinks orders Sat at the outside bar. Comparing it to other 5 star hotels, it would be good to be able to order drinks to your Sun beds or someone to come and ask while you are on your sunbed. Great for kids of all ages too!

I loved staying at this hotel. The food and the restaurant itself is amazing. It did not feel like a usual all inclusive hotel but a real restaurant. Families with children had their own area in the restaurant. That made the rest of the restaurant a quiet and romantic place.
We also especially loved the fresh burgers in the Diner available during the day. The selection of all inclusive drinks is awesome. They use high quality liquors and other beverages (unlike other all-inclusive hotels I’ve stayed in before).
The rooms are okay. Furniture seems a bit old. Especially the door. There was a gap through which you could see into the hallway. The room was located a few floors above the lobby bar. Because of the free air space between lobby bar and hotel room floors it was really noisy. Sometimes even until late night, so sleeping was barely possible.
Nevertheless we loved the service and surroundings of the hotel and would like to come back in future.

Wow Factor on arrival. Great job done by the porters always around when you need them. Excellently managed hotel, all the staff work as a team to insure this is a warm friendly homely place to spend your holiday. Any issues swiftly sorted. My daughter lost her new tablet in the entertainment lounge and hotel proved very honest and caring and we soon got it back which made my daughter so happy. We loved the entertainment, and you must order an addiction cocktail delicious. Great restaurant food, meet and great always very well done. Cleaners and room service keep the place absolutely SPOTLESS people cleaning everywhere all the time. Excellent massages, and management present greeting guests. Very hard to fault this hotel. To be picky maybe a drinks menu out showing what drinks are available in evening and air con should be available if requested in rooms at night time if needed as can get hot and dehydrating at night. We will be back one day.

We recently returned from our holiday at Olympic Lagoon. The hotel is very clean and modern. The service was efficient and friendly without being over the top. We loved the outside bar area - they turned the heaters on in the evening which was very cosy. They have delicious cocktails which you can order from the menu - quality drinks you would expect in a nice bar/restaurant, not the usual "all inclusive style" cheaper versions if you know what I mean.

The food was lovely - all fresh and tasty. There wasn't rows upon rows of different options, it was definitely a quality over quantity approach which I absolutely agree with. We always found something to our liking. The main restaurant looked lovely too, all the staff were very attentive and great with children.

The kids club looked nice, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved the fact that it was a fully enclosed area where you needed to buzz in to enter - felt safe leaving my little one there. I loved the idea with the buzzer they give to parents at drop off - if you child wanted to be picked up they'd buzz you up and you'd come over. This definitely gave reassurance to our son who was not sure about staying there to begin with. It gave us, the parents, peace of mind too and we didn't feel the need to check on him constantly.

Unfortunately the outside pools were freezing cold (mid February) so we were unable to use those. However there was an indoor pool which was heated but still felt quite chilly.

The room was functional and clean. You can see some wear and tear to certain things in the rooms but everything worked fine. We were pleased to see that the TV in the room was a smart TV so we could use Netflix, YouTube etc.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It was easy to get to the old town and shopping centre by taxi - both about 10 mins by taxi. There is a lovely promenade right outside the hotel - perfect for long walks by the sea.

All in all we had a great time at this hotel and would definitely consider coming back.
