MAP Boutique Hotel

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. I would only recommend refining the A/C system, since it only worked for heating, though outside was not that cold.
Other than that — comfy bed with high-quality bed linen, upscale cosmetics, coffee and water available.
Also a la cart breakfast was tasty and nutritious.

We've been fortunate to visit several countries and stayed in a lot of hotel rooms. MAP was by far one of the best hotels we've stayed in. There is not a single, small complaint to think of. The rooms are amazing and very spacious, the service is top notch, and the breakfast was 100% the best we've had (yes, beats even some 5-7 stars we've stayed in). The location is prime and equidistant to many things. If you're in Lefkosia/Nicosia- look no further. You must stay here.

Excellent hotel . Clean and staff are extremely welcoming. The food is excellent and prices are very good. 5 star all round. In-house spa and gym add to the experience. I really enjoyed my short stay but the hotel will be top of my list if I return to Nicosia.

The Map hotel is new, it’s spotlessly clean, the beds are excellent, the staff are so helpful and the breakfasts are amazingly good. Plus, the hotel is central and a very short walk away from everything that’s interesting in the city. There is safe free car parking opposite the hotel too. For those interested, there is a spa … and the same high grade Elemis spa products are available free in the room - an excellent touch. Best of all, was definitely the breakfast - possibly the best in any hotel ever. It was incredible. 100% score with 0% complaints. Just perfect. Thank you Map hotel.

The Map is our new favourite hotel in Nicosia. We have stayed three times and each time has been absolutely fantastic! Super comfy beds, delicious breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and excellent service. All very hard to find in Nicosia. Well worth a visit even if you aren’t staying:)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an experience worth every penny. The modern aesthetics of the rooms caught my eye, each offering a fantastic view that captures the vibrant life of the city and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast was a la carte, with each meal being delicious and well-presented, complemented by rich coffee. Parking was conveniently close, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Dining at Scale, the hotel’s restaurant, was a major highlight with its innovative and delightful dishes. Located right in the heart of downtown, access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops was extraordinarily convenient. This hotel is the perfect combination of modern amenities, exceptional food, excellent service, and prime location, making it my go-to accommodation for every visit to Nicosia.

This hotel was booked for me for my business trip. Reception is very nice, explained everything . The rooms were very nice and all automated, and that is my only objection. You have to familiarize yourself with all those buttons and touch screens. You don't know when something (AC for example) when it switches on or off. Also finding the panel and touching the right button when you wake up in a dark room is a new experience... maybe getting used to.. but my stay was only 2 days. The Scale restaurant , part of the hotel, had a very good a la card breakfast. Food was excellent and huge portions. Dinner was also very good in that restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff... For me a bit more than the 4 stars but not 5 stars....Anyway... highly recommended

MAP Boutique Hotel has exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed for 4 nights in order to celebrate our wedding which took place in Nicosia last week. Level of cleanliness, convenience, professionalism, amenities, location and staff truly deserves a rate of 10/10. Having stayed in numerous hotels around the world, I can easily say that MAP is one of the best hotels in the world. A very well done to the Team managing the hotel. Keep it up!

Great view, modern rooms, centrally located to explore the old city
Especially we loved breakfast, it was really a quality one.
To be mentioned: parking for the hotel is the public parking opposite the hotel. They don't charge you if you're a hotel guest.

Fantastic hotel and service! Staff were super friendly and helpful, gave us lots of tips and made arrangements for us. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, the shower even had a special feature of a nespresso type capsule to add scent to the running water. Breakfast was plentiful and very delicious- a la carte with as much as you wanted including avocado toast and banana peanut butter pancakes! Finally the location was excellent for exploring the old city and they also offer free parking subject to availability. Highly recommend.
