MAP Boutique Hotel

Had an amazing CBD massage at their spa by Constantina. Was absolutely amazing and would definitely go back again for another one. Good location in central Nicosia but needed to pay for parking.

This well located, beautifully appointed hotel was perfect in every way. Our room was elegant, well designed and oh so comfortable. The hotel is spotless throughout and the staff were lovely. The freshly prepared breakfast was a real treat. We appreciated the free parking, too. Highly recommend.

New building, modern and functional design, nice large and very clean rooms with all possible amenities, efficient and kind staff. Good restaurant on site. Parking included. At walking distance from the city centre and the crossing for the Turkish side of Nicosia. Worth exploring both sides of the green line of this city with such a long, complex and fascinating history.

The hotel was excellent, I highly recommend it. Not only were the rooms and the facilities clean, comfortable and elegant, but the whole experience was extremely pleasant. More than the beautiful rooms, what made the difference was the hotel's lovely personnel. The young men at the restaurant were polite and helpful (they offered us coffee of our choice when we got there on the first day). The ladies at the reception were equally helpful and also very polite. We had a full day at work after our check-out and left our luggage there. We got back in the evening to get them and they suggested we go to the gym to take a shower and use the locker rooms to change for our trip home. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. There is no buffet, we chose out dishes from the menu and we were served what we wanted - omelette with avocado toast and fruit salad for me. It was delicious.

Great place we really enjoyed the time there. Also a good bad downstairs you must try. The breakfast was good and the hotel is in good area.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. I would only recommend refining the A/C system, since it only worked for heating, though outside was not that cold.
Other than that — comfy bed with high-quality bed linen, upscale cosmetics, coffee and water available.
Also a la cart breakfast was tasty and nutritious.

We've been fortunate to visit several countries and stayed in a lot of hotel rooms. MAP was by far one of the best hotels we've stayed in. There is not a single, small complaint to think of. The rooms are amazing and very spacious, the service is top notch, and the breakfast was 100% the best we've had (yes, beats even some 5-7 stars we've stayed in). The location is prime and equidistant to many things. If you're in Lefkosia/Nicosia- look no further. You must stay here.

Excellent hotel . Clean and staff are extremely welcoming. The food is excellent and prices are very good. 5 star all round. In-house spa and gym add to the experience. I really enjoyed my short stay but the hotel will be top of my list if I return to Nicosia.

The Map hotel is new, it’s spotlessly clean, the beds are excellent, the staff are so helpful and the breakfasts are amazingly good. Plus, the hotel is central and a very short walk away from everything that’s interesting in the city. There is safe free car parking opposite the hotel too. For those interested, there is a spa … and the same high grade Elemis spa products are available free in the room - an excellent touch. Best of all, was definitely the breakfast - possibly the best in any hotel ever. It was incredible. 100% score with 0% complaints. Just perfect. Thank you Map hotel.
