We’ve had a lovely stay here. The hotel is a series of little blocks of apartments set amongst beautifully manicured hedges and flowers. We stayed in block 34 and had the most incredible sea and pool views. The sunsets over the sea were unbelievable and a real spectacle every evening. Have just returned for our stay at Avanti Village had a wonderful time thank you to the staff and animation team! Always activities during the morning and afternoon! Just back from a fantastic 2-week stay and would definitely recommend Avanti Village, especially for families. The rooms are spacious with generous balcony space, and the beds are by far the comfiest I’ve ever experienced on holiday. Rooms are cleaned five times a week, but we noticed bins were still emptied even on non-cleaning days, which was a nice touch. Fresh towels (and beach towels if needed...

Just back from a great 2 weeks at Avanti Holiday Village. Apartments are a really good size for us (2 adults & 2 children) with towels and bedding changed regularly! The apartment was clean but quite dated, the apartment facilities could also do with updating. The reception staff were consistently helpful. The area was a bit mixed, quite a few closed shops and hotels. There were always sufficient sun loungers (just), the hotel information said towels would be removed on unused loungers, but they never were.

Super resort. Good size pools for teenagers and lots of space. Great rooms, good size with lovely outside space. Air con works a treat. Restaurant serves delicious food. Generous rooms and a good price. Some problems with having enough hot water but possibly due to unusually cold weather when we stayed. Overall very pleased with our stay.

We've just returned from a 4 night stay at Paphos Gardens, it was fabulous. The staff that we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after midnight. Had a good week, and they have many activities, both in the day time and in the evening, The food is fin, and the all inclusive bar god has a nice enough selection, and they don't cheap on the drinks mixing. And the bar keepers was really nice.

Lovey little hotel here in Paphos. Would definitely come here again, not too far from the beach and shopping area and has a lovely little pool. There's a bar hat does amazing mock/cocktails and a restaurant with fantastic food choices. Would 100% come back and I recommend this place. So rooms are a bit dated and the shower has a tendency to soak the whole toilet are which is very small. However our terrace and rest of the room is ideal, very quiet free parking and the beds are comfy enough. We have a full kitchen and giant fridge freezer so full range of choices. Brilliant service all round. From arriving to leaving, where extremely helpful in all aspects. Whether it was taxis or places to eat, they showed you on maps ... and even gave you maps of surrounding areas of interest.

Stayed here for 7 days. Great reception staff, close to all amenities. The main positive was all the friendly cats that live in the complex. The apartment I stayed it needed some TLC but aside from that it's generally a good place with an onsite gym, spa facilities, 2 outdoor pools and one indoor. There's also a launderette on site

We are very happy with our 2 weeks here. Yes, the buildings are not in the best of state and having a car is a must, but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped and the view is amazing. Also the swimming pool is very clean and we had a great time there.

Super apartment for the 28 euro/night. Our apartment had a super view if the city and sea. You need a car to get there, not sure any busses go. Room is fairly clean and there was always hot water for shower. Sure the rooms are used and not perfect. Depending on the price you get very recommended.

While sitting in our room at around 9pm, someone used their key to open our door and enter. After going to reception we found out the receptionist gave the new guest OUR rooms spare key. We then have to ask that receptionist for every one of our rooms spare keys because the kids got really scared. In one of our rooms, only two of the electric hobs were working which was inconvenient. We went to cyprus to attend a wedding at another hotel but it was out of our budget so booked this. Good price for all inclusive and the photos looked decent. Reception staff weren’t that friendly, asked for local restaurant recommendations and said I don’t eat here and walked off, best I got was grunts from the rest of them. Air con and safe is extra. The hotel is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean with lots of sunbeds to rest on. The location is excellent with the bus station virtually on your door step, so able to access all areas for a 6.50 Euro day pass. I was staying at Tasmaria during my short holiday. What i can say? The rooms are really clean, and big. What i find quite bad was the mattresses, they are hard as rock. That's the only change i can recommend. Beside that, the staff from the hotel and bar are absolutely amazing. Helped me with all my enquiries, and made me feel safe trough my staying.

Can't wait to return. Tasmaria could not be better located right next to the bus station. The apartment was adequate for my needs. It may not be of the Ritz or Hilton standards but then neither is the price. It is self catering so everything you need from toiletries to washing up liquid is your own responsibility. My husband & I have only recently returned from a week's stay at Kefalonitis hotel apartments. It's good value for a lovely clean 3 star run by friendly helpful staff. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very clean & spacious. The housekeeping changes your towels & bedding every 3 days. They empty the bins, tidy the beds & sweep through daily apart from Sundays or Wednesdays as they don't work...

arrived on the 21st june for 10 nights we stayed in a 1 bed apartment 201 .the apartment complex is very clean and tidy aswell as the rooms which are cleaned everyday a large pool and plenty of sunbeds .the staff were amazing always there to help and very friendly. Everything about this place is functional, it just works. If your looking for somewhere not to expensive but close to all amenities then trust me this is the place. Great WiFi, free air conditioning, plenty of sunbeds and brilliant staff. Don't expect 5 star, expect homely.

The hotel itself is nice, friendly staff around, nice swimming pool, family friendly environment. Still have a bit to improve as in a morning we wake up and have a cockroach in the bath. More cleaning needed in the hotelroom, however cleaners come only in every 3-4 days to clean around and change the towels. But still, don't trust their cleaning. .

I wouldn't have called an Elegant residence. They need to up there game when it comes to the apartments. Oven front was broken. Extractor fan non functional. Broken chair on balcony. As with all the other reviews,we had a great time here . Lovely hotel ,nice big room with a fantastic view (303), enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony. This place has so much potential but is massively let down by the pool and the majority of people that use it. The name 'oracle exclusive resort' suggests that the pool and all the facilities are for the sole use of the guests living or staying in the apartments but no! It's not the slightest bit exclusive at all. Infact, the owner or manager of the resort has decided to open it up to the general public...

Well....A little tired could do with some TLC. A lick of paint, sun beds renewing, the onsite kiosk has been shut this year apparently. Not a big issue for us. 10 minute walk to local small supermarket, 15 mins from old town and 30 mins from Paphos harbor.

Stayed here on numerous occasions in rented private appartments. some apartments were part of hotel however it is no longer part hotel. All apartments are now either privately owned or are long term rentals. Private owners rent their properties out and the three we have stayed in were very good. We got this place at very low discount courtesy of Google filter search :) it was a whole apartment with two big rooms, kitchen and hall. Couldnt use the swimming pool as it was off season and it was already cold. Receptionist was kind enough to wait for 1 hour more though reception closes at 5PM and gave us a warm welcome and explained everything about the stay and shops nearby. Just one heads up...

I'm here at panareti paohos resort, its our last day of a weeks stay after reading lots of reviews we were very worried..! Was even thinking of booking into another hotel once we got here if it was so terrible..! But gladly this was not the case as id taken into account what we paid, the hotel is very clean and has a traditional feel to it, the staff are lovely people and you couldn't want for a better...

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

The Resort & staff were excellent but ALL of the facilities except the Taverna,at restricted hours, were closed. The Resort is a little isolated but with a car should not be a problem. It is long overdue an updating.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfotable and the residence is in a quiet area of Paphos named Chloraka. Near the residence you can find cheap and good restaurants. George, the owner was very kind and helpful. Excellent experience.

We only stayed one night but it was more than enough. Perfect for people who want to stay a few days. Kitchen, with gas burner stove, utensils, dishes and washing machine. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Words cannot express what a beautiful place this is, immaculate apartment beautiful surroundings, close to grocery, quiet safe beautiful area. Management and staff are lovely nothing is too much, worth penny will be returning next year. Highly highly recommend.

Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

My husband and I stayed at Zoe's Court for 6 nights: very relaxing place, quiet, safe and clean. Staff was polite and they also offered us coffee and fresh fruit. They also allowed us to use their pc and helped with some problems that we had with the car rental company. Its clean. Large rooms, but old furniture from a past time. Here and there the renovation could be needed. However, Everything works except of WiFi and there is sometimes a problem with hot water. The room was warm in February. The kitchen is the minimum equipment for cooking. I was satisfied. My studio had 2 balconies from both sites of building. Nice service and good location in Paphos.

Visited this hotel before new manager eager to help the reception staff are so helpful and the waiters and waitresses are the best you will find they are amazing also the cleaners are room was cleaned and sheets changed every day .A great big thank you to the chef the food is fantastic you will not be disapointed the lamb and beef melt in your mouth and the snack bar is brilliant

I loved this hotel! Receptionists were very kind (a Romanian lady the night we checked in, and a scottish lady the morning after), room was also nice, furniture a bit old, but I was happy with it. Apartments were clean and spacious, we booked a room for two, but got a studio with 4 beds. Water was a little bit colder and since we were there in March it was cold in apartment itself. There were 3 AC units in the apartment, only one in second bedroom worked. We were there just for two days so I didnt mind, but I think they would've sorted it out if I told them. Staff was kind, breakfast was delicious...

Only stayed here as a day room awaiting the late flight. Not bad served the need clean tidy, friendly staff. As a few of us an extra key would be a good hit but just the one

A great place both for couples and families. Friendly, helpful staff willing to assist you and open to suggestions for improvements. Most importantly clean tidy rooms, pool and outdoor areas. Excellent location!

Clean and tidy apartments, with brand new furniture and elegant decoration. Friendly staff and great service!! Wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended!!
