Kefalos - Damon Hotel Apartments in Paphos

First time at the Damon in September...WOW....fantastic place. Spotlessly clean,warm,friendly and the staff are amazing. Did struggle slightly with the food but thats because I'm fussy...lol...great choice daily. The boys in the restaurant go above and Beyond and are always friendly,happy n extremely polite. Reception staff are fab especially Aavie and Coralina, we're amazing. Cleaners do an amazing job and there's always someone on hand if you need extra towels or room cleaned. Pino, the entertainment staff are hysterical, he made it for us. John,the bartender..fantastic...I taught him a bit of Welsh and he taught me a bit of Japanese. Don't listen to thr bad reviews,you can't please everyone. I'm really fussy but would go back there tomorrow. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE OF the STAFF THERE. You made our week.... See you Soon. Sam XXX

First time at The Damon and I can honestly say we had a fabulous time.
The apartment (324) was huge! Kitchen/diner and living area with balcony was spotlessly clean and spacious. Two double bedrooms were massive with ample storage. The bathroom was small but efficient.
The staff couldn’t do enough for you, were friendly and helpful.
There was always a wide range of food choices and it was cooked to perfection. The salad options were delicious and the soups were to die for.
The location was perfect for a lovely walk into paphos or along the shops to the Mall.
Would highly recommend

Rooms are basic and could do with some updating however saying that you have everything you need. Staff are very attentive and friendly people who are happy to help should you require anything.

Location is very central to bars, restaurants, public transport (bus station approx 2 min walk away) with access from the airport all the way to corallia bay albeit you may need to change buses.

Food is a bit hit and miss at the hotel but usually there is something for everyone, although this visit is was disappointed with the food choices apart from BBQ night on the Tuesday

This was our 5th visit to the Damon and we are already booked to come back twice next year. Rooms are clean, pools are lovely although it was like getting in a warm bath. Staff were so much friendlier than previous visits especially in the restaurant. We ate at the Divine peak for the first time and so glad we did, food and service was top class and view was amazing. Pino and the entertainment is really what keeps us coming back to this place and can’t wait to return next year

This was a first family holiday to Cyprus for myself, my husband and 2 teenage sons (18 year old and 15 year old) and this holiday did not disappoint! The staff at reception were wonderful! The bar staff most of them are friendly some that work the day shift in the 38 degrees heat not so friendly but you can’t really blame them! The restaurant staff are absolutely out of this world and are so welcoming . But the main attraction is Pino and James the entertainment staff, these guys are just amazing, they meet you once then remember your name for the rest of your stay. My husband and sons joined in with nearly every activity that was available and i even joined in to play shuffleboard ( didn’t know what it was but I won so there :) James does need a Casio calculator watch to keep score so if anyone is going out there and has one spare please take it to him ; ) the best fun has to be the “random night” that turned out to be battle of the sexes! This was so much fun and just about everyone got involved. We made so many new friends whilst there for our weeks holiday and it took us a while to get all our goodbyes said before leaving on our final day. You definitely need more than a week here so we have booked for 11 days next September and we are bringing the grandparents with us this time too! I can’t fault this hotel at all. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. We never had a problem with getting sunbeds by the pool. The location I next to the bus station so easy to explore. Had a great night on Wednesday at the pitstop pub ( entertainment has a day off in the hotel on Wednesday) only a 5 min walk away. There’s a 24 hour bakery across from the pub if you’re feeling peckish too. The food in the hotel is outstanding and plenty of choice even for the fussier folk. Drinks are decent and vodka is palatable.. after one you can’t taste it … buts it’s definitely in the cup so don’t be fooled lol! We came to Damon hotel as a family with older teenagers. We arrived early in the morning, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Sandwiches and drinks were left in our fridge which was fantastic as we were hungry by the time we got there. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was immaculately clean and very spacious . Food was great, something to eat throughout the day. Not many vegan options for my eldest but good choice of vegetarian. Three pools which were always busy, people were putting towels down early in the morning. Entertainment every night, not our cup of tea but lots of people really enjoyed it. The location was brilliant, bus station round the corner, journeys are €2 and go to harbour, watermark and old town. There's a big shopping centre down the road which has most things you'd need in it. Would definitely come back if we return to Cyprus.

Another fantastic holiday at The Damon Hotel, we stayed all inclusive and couldn’t fault the food, there was plenty of choice for everyone and of good quality, we always found something that we liked. All the staff are so friendly and work really hard, Harum in the restaurant always friendly and smiling. The dream team of Pino and James kept us all entertained and the Damon wouldn’t be what it is without him. This hotel is like a home from home for us and that’s why we keep coming back every year, we have made so many friends here, old and new over the years. Well we have just come back after having 4 weeks stay here.I normally dont write reviews but on this occasion i felt i had to. We normally go to our friends Apartment but this year it was unavailable so we decided to go for a All Inclusive Hotel. After a search and also been reccomended by our friends who live in Cyprus we decided to book the Damon. Well I must say we were not disappointed. The food ,The staff, amenties were first class. The room was very clean as well as all the Hotel areas. The pools were very clean and there were plenty of sunbeds! We would not hesitate to come back to this Hotel. Great central location. We would also add that Pino and James were the highlight of our Holiday. They were the best Entertainment guys we have seen throughout many countries we have visited. Without them the Hotel would just seem like any other. Pino as a great sense of humour which spills out to all that meet him which is a great asset and also as others have said he remembers everyones names which is very warming and his games of Bingo are so hilarious. Also we would like to say a special thank you to Sagar and Manoon for being very professional waiters and were lovely to talk to everyday and looked after all our needs in 4 weeks. We would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone. Stuart & Angela

Had a fantastic stay here just back after 11 nights complex lovely entertainment great could be doing for something more for teens also James and pino were Fantastic the only downside was having only one key if daughter went to bed she either had to go to room with no electric or we had to ask at reception to let us into room which the night staff were not happy at all to do but that was only fault

What can I say been coming here for 5 years now and the staff are so friendly and helpful Big shout out to the reception staff Ann-Maria and Evi. Who are very helpful. Restaurant staff are on hand to help you out. There are three pools to choice from and two bars. It's a close walk to the bus stop and if you walk the other way you go to the mall for all your shopping needs. The little shop in the hotel is very reasonably priced and has everything you need. Oh and if you cross the road its a slow walk to the beach.
