Simple but clean. Nice location. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
The WiFi is not very smoothly in my room, but I don’t stay in the hotel room very long so it seems fine for me.

Avoid this place. It's not a hotel, it's a dormitory. Absolutely nothing to do with a hotel except the price. WiFi was laughably inadequate, beds are stiff and lumpy, the pillows an insult. Booked by swarms of kids, it has that old school middle-school lunch-break flair, if you're into that.
Our room wasn't ready by 3PM, despite the booking stating otherwise.
Dear Aletto managers or whatever you are, hotels all over the world pride themselves on doing a bit extra for the guest, in this case having the rooms ready before the booked time, as a nice gesture. Maybe look into that. Don't bother replying.

Clean, modern hotel in good location (transport links). The staff are lovely; Francesco was especially sweet and helpful. Thank you for the great stay! 👍🏻

Great hotel. Close to the station. Nice staffs. All the amenities were good, comfy, and warm welcome. I spent 3 nights there and love it!

I enjoyed my stay a few years ago at their Potsdamer branch, so I decided to try Kudamm this time. The building has a rich history, and it looks beautiful. The room was simple, modern, and clean—exactly what I was looking for.
The staff were helpful and kind, and the location is excellent, making it easy to move around the city. Their breakfast is fairly priced, and they use Starbucks beans.

Great choice for a reasonable price. We've stayed here with family for the 2nd time, and we are always enjoying the convenient location, cleanliness of rooms, and friendly service.

This hotel has left a bad taste in my mouth and I write this review whilst still a guest.
I asked ahead of time to turn a non refundable twin room booking to a room that sleeps 3. I was told yes this is possible for 10 euros more per night. I arrived and checked in and was told this was not possible. Why did your staff lie to me!!!???
The rooms are tiny, have zero amenities. No fridge, no ironing board, barely room to get around the bed. You don't even allow guests to use netflix!!!
Smell of smoking from the ground. Reception gave me a key for my room and gave me the wrong room number. Your other guest was shocked to see me trying to open their door. 3 more attempts were needed to give me the correct key. What is this nonsense. How does a hotel run this way?!

The location is convenient but the neighbourhood is rough, smelly and dirty but this is true for most of Berlin.
Honestly for the money this hotel charges, stay somewhere else.

Convenient, but noisy location - generated by both public transport and groups exercising little self-control.
Our room was pretty dark, but this is not the common case.
Bathroom was quite spacious and with thermostatic shower mixer. Unfortunately, it was stinky too.
Breakfast is with a good variety and over the weekend is for an extended period.
Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated the early check in.

Excellent location. the staff are also nice. we were also given a room that was spacious and had extra beds.

I really liked the room. It was my second time there and I would do it again. The first time I went to the catering for breakfast it was yummy 😋 I was a bit in a rush this time and I couldn't make it for breakfast. The staff who served me was ok he helped me out with my bill and I asked for a special request, I think, his name was Bruno from the Canary Islands. Thanks, Bruno 🤗 I was kinda tired, exhausted to be honest so I wasn't very talkative but I did appreciate his help. I said hello to the other members of the staff on my way to the room and they answered back 🙃 I didn't catch the name of the lady who helped me with my check out but she was friendly as well. 100% recommended 👌
