10 minutes walk to Potsdamer platz. Also bus right outside if you prefer that. We came as a family with two children (7, 10) and the family room was perfect for us. Just what you need if you are looking for a place to sleep in the central Berlin.

Clean and nice room. The food is good and the staff is nice. The location is also good.

It's a very well located hotel in a nice area. The room is big and clean. A comfortable bed. The bathroom's a bit small but still clean and it has everything you need. Didn't try the breakfast because it wasn't included and it's a bit expensive in my opinion. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, reasonable, great location and attentive staff. Breakfast is very generous, so pay for that. room was small, but had a desk and full bathroom and double bed, what else could you ask for. View was a parking lot but it also meant that it was quiet. Hot water pressure and internet speed were both good. Bathroom showed its age a little, but was fine.

The location is great for accessing the main areas of Mitte. The room had 2 single beds but unfortunately there was not much space in the room to be able to have much of a gap between the beds. The reception staff were very polite and the stay was otherwise good. I would stay again

This hotel is in a great location with even better transport links. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy and the rooms themselves are a good size which don’t let in much road noise from outside. Only negatives would be that the beds are too hard for me with pillows far too soft (I asked they don’t have any firmer pillows) and the shower randomly goes between boiling hot and freezing cold as noted...

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.

Everything was great, especially when we asked for extra pillows. The free drinks were a plus! However, just the water temperature in the shower was hard to get right - the actual water temp kept changing even if we placed the knob in the middle

The location is great, the transportation is convenient, and there are all kinds of restaurants around. It's a pity that the street is very noisy, but it doesn't matter if you close the window. The price-performance ratio is very high, I personally recommend it.

Very easy to get to. Right by the S-U bahn station. Lots of eateries and shops on the doorstep. Staff all spoke english and were pleasant. Room had working air conditioning. Daily housekeeping. Room was very quiet considering its in a high traffic area. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to have a kettle in the room (i was aware there wouldnt be one).

It's a nice place to stay for solo travellers. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Very calm and quiet neighbourhood. Near to the highway even thought the place is around 13KM away from city centre. S-Bahn (Ringbahn line) station is 600m away. The hotel reception was closed most of the time and you cannot even reach them on phone. That's the only problem I've faced.

Breakfast is very tasty, the Service is nice, the beds are folded and clean, and the rooms are clean and tidy.

Sometimes the front desk staff gives the key without checking, so in the case of female customers, it is a female-only room, but there are cases where the key of the mixed room is given even though they did not choose a mixed room. Other than that, it's a place that's attractive in terms of price, and it's safe and there's nothing stolen.

Called ahead to get a accessible room on ground Level but was given a room in second floor, stairs only... great for wheelchair users. Paper-thin doors, entertaining to listen to talks in the hallway. Rooms were clean and affordable but noisy. Good wifi

Good hotel for young people. Rooms are okey and quite cheap for the prices in Berlin. We stayed three friends in a 4 people room with our own bathroom. They also include breakfast in the room price.

Hotel 103 is not a fancy hotel however it is decent enough in terms of room size and facilities. I think the staff is what makes it special as well as its location. Breakfast is also free and is very good. I would stay here again 😊

No-nonsense hotel in a pretty central location. Really cheap while still having spacy, clean rooms. They don't have many facilities though, and especially the lack of airconditioning meant the room was very hot. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was included, making it amazing bang for your buck. I would say it is worth 4.5 stars.

Comfy hotel with lovely bar, child-friendly lobby and most important, very reasonable price. Although it's not in Berlin A zone, it's still convenient because of public transportation and shopping center nearby. Lovely little hotel, quiet and modern. A little far from the centre of Berlin (about 25min to Potzdamer Platz by Metro) but the Metro is only about 5 min walk away and it is quite close to the zoo. Somewhat clean rooms, although few sockets were broken and the bathroom smelled of piss. But it's right next to the train line to city centre, which is a big plus. Also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast service. This place is good if you're just looking for a simple place to rest after long day of touring the Berlin.

A double room with twin beds, a wardrobe and a table. Basic but clean. Shared showers and bathroom. Coffee machine costs 50 cents but a free hot water button for tea drinkers. Reception is only open between 1pm and 3pm. Late check-in via an outside key box and you will get the code via email.

As a female traveller on my own I felt safe and secure in this hotel. The room was cleaned everyday. It was very quiet and I slept soundly every night of my 4 night stay. Overall Very good location, in front of the train station and in very good neighborhood. The hotel is placed in an old beautiful building and there is no elevator and a long staircase to get to the reception and rooms. The breakfasts is good.

I was here only for a few hours, because my bus was starting at night 1:15 from ZOB. So I was searching for smthg quite and they gave my a quite room. Alano Pizza is only 5 minutes away: 2 EUR for a mini pizza, but they have also other pizzas. I should come back to here with some friends.

Das Zimmer war sauber und für 2 Sterne Verhältnisse passend eingerichtet. Ebenso das Bad. Auch wenn dies, selbst für Berliner Verhältnisse, mit einer Grundfläche von 1,5qm wirklich winzig war.
