The hotel is in a good location, very close to Potsdam Square, very convenient for going out for a walk, the streets are relatively quiet, there is no noise at night, as a short-term trip, the price-performance ratio is very high

My accommodation fee included breakfast. On the third day of my stay, I reported my room number at breakfast. A waiter asked me to wait and checked whether breakfast was included on the computer. However, he did not check other people's room numbers and went straight to eat. What happened?

I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging. They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. But overall, I liked it. Especially the staffs are always helpful. I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation

It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel. There was hair dryer, shower, there were everything that I needed. It was good staying.

The facilities are too old, and they feel worse than those of more than 200 hotels in China 😅, but it is indeed close to the FESPA exhibition. I walk to the exhibition every day, saving taxi fare.

The twin room I booked was the same as the picture, the area was OK, the front desk could help me store my luggage, there was lemonade, and I could buy food. There were subways and buses around, and the location was right next to the Berlin Central Bus Station

Ibis hotels often have some weird things. This time the itinerary changed. The room was clean, but the towels were dirty. My skin was itchy after using them. I woke up feeling nauseous.

Environment: A relatively poor experience. The shower water cannot be adjusted at all. After adjusting it, it is sometimes cold and sometimes hot. I have never encountered such shower conditions. Service: The front desk lady is quite enthusiastic. I registered for all membership and got 2 days of breakfast.

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.

Everything was great, especially when we asked for extra pillows. The free drinks were a plus! However, just the water temperature in the shower was hard to get right - the actual water temp kept changing even if we placed the knob in the middle

Great hotel, was in a great location right by the station, made it easy for us to get around when my husband did the marathon. Rooms are comfortable and clean, they're basic but perfect for what we needed. My husband had breakfast but didn't think it was worth the €17 price he paid.

Very easy to get to. Right by the S-U bahn station. Lots of eateries and shops on the doorstep. Staff all spoke english and were pleasant. Room had working air conditioning. Daily housekeeping. Room was very quiet considering its in a high traffic area. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to have a kettle in the room (i was aware there wouldnt be one).

It's clean enough and it is right next to the U8 line which will take you down to the main areas in Alexanderplatz. Local area maybe a little bit too outside of the city zone for some people.

I give 4 star due to its a 3 star hotel. But the location is near to Messe and hotel recept is professional in service, language and providing directions. Oh yes, its not beside to Tegel airport, but its makes its fun to travel on the Bahn. The rooms are spacious but no bath tub. Since I was only there one night a guest, I can't say much except, the welcome very friendly, the rooms were sufficient and clean. The Breakfast the next Morning was varied and plentiful.

It's a nice place to stay for solo travellers. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Very calm and quiet neighbourhood. Near to the highway even thought the place is around 13KM away from city centre. S-Bahn (Ringbahn line) station is 600m away. The hotel reception was closed most of the time and you cannot even reach them on phone. That's the only problem I've faced.

It has been quite a pleasent experience. The service could be improved upon; but the ambiance could be improved upon. However, for the price I believe one could do better.

Got the room no 5. Stayed all day in bed and couldn’t sleep at all due to the extremely loud noise from the people in the restaurant above (also part of the hotel) which lasted up to 12:30 at night. Could hear them speaking, walking, running. Moreover none of the guests there seemed to care about not yelling on the hallway.

The rooms are not soundproof, every little noise can be heard all over the floor. No wifi in rooms, and you need a special code for every device that you put in every time you connect. Breakfast has very limited options and quantity. Shower is inconvenient, and towels are 3.50 Eur. This is more of a hostel than a hotel.

The staff of the Hotel is really good, very helpful to the guest before any request. The rooms are a little small and maybe the lights of the room should be a bit more. Besides that I enjoyed my stay in there. I can recommend it a friend who plans to visit Berlin for the forementioned and the the proximity to the Central Station (8 minutes by walking and 2 by bus).

The rooms are very nice for hostel rooms, no massive dorms, cozy common rooms, and proper bathrooms.
