We ended up here by accident, but we’re so glad we did! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, just a short distance from the airport. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious.

I attended a massive bemer conference at Estrel Berlin on 20th September 2025. It was for 1400 guests so not a small event. We enjoyed drinks all day a fabulous lunch buffet and a spectacular dinner. We had the opportunity to stay one night at this hotel during our little vacation The hotel as a good impression it’s beautifully. The rooms are very comfortable and moderns. Booked a double room with a queen bed as per the description above. I was forced to accept a twin room even though the issue was not of my doing. Apparently there was no other way to move me. Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Really like this Hotel. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market. Perfect location. Not far from Checkpoint Charlie.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Set in a fantastic location with outstanding amenities. The tiniest of down sides is the rooms are becoming dated. I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. The hotel is old, but well maintained for the most part. The rooms are average but are warm and the AC does not work well. The front desk staff at the hotel needs to get their act together, they come across inexperienced, cold and unbothered. Not a great experience!!

Not bad .. but not good either. You get kind of youth hostel vibes. Crowded, not very personal check in at a computer, long corridors, ok-isch food. You feel more than a piece that needs to be processed rather than a valuable guest.

It’s mid-priced and right in Berlin’s city center, next to the metro. The only room left had two single beds and wheelchair access, but they gave it to us for the same price—no problem. Staff were friendly. The room was big and very clean. Ask if you want your water bottle refilled. I didn’t try breakfast or other extras because we were out all day. Good value for the location.

Experience with staffs was great even when trip somehow made a mistake in my booking. Paid for 2 rooms for 2 night but the hotel can only find booking for 1 room. Had to pay extra for the second room. Hopefully Trip can sort this out and refund me the extra that I paid for

Cannot reccomend this hotel enough. This hotel has vintage flair but also new and modern charm. Our room was always meticulously cleaned, restaurant/breakfast was amazing, service staff all around the hotel were fantastic and helpful, flexible check in/out. The hotel is in a good location. It is an old-fashioned hotel. The rooms facing the garden are quieter. The rooms are not very big. But they are fully equipped. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card.

Fabulous hotel with an excellent location. We stayed here for five days in December as a family with two small children. The staff were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a wide selection of foods. Room was spotlessly clean. The pool was great too.

Nice hotel, in perfect location, but shower head was a bit rusty. Also Wi-Fi was awful - works 5 min, then doesn’t work 5 min, and these cycles never end, so it is impossible to join teleconference or video call. Staff weren't able to do anything with this problem, proposal to change the number was strange as this behaviour of wi-fi is presented in any part of hotel (lobby, restaurant, ...)

I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic. A lot of vegetarian options as well. Coffee and a good variety of cake options was served. Vegan milk options were available as well as vegan cakes. Thank you Maritim team!
