Booked a double room with a queen bed as per the description above. I was forced to accept a twin room even though the issue was not of my doing. Apparently there was no other way to move me. I got to the room to find leaking iron and a faulty fan in the bathroom. Both were dealt with very quickly and didn't have any other issues after that but it started the trip on a negative. Would recommend due...
The room was nice , clean and comfortable.. staff was very helpful and walking distance to everything.. would stay there again
Calls were not attended by staff.
The location is very convenient as a base to explore all the attractions in Berlin as it is well connected with metro, tram and trains. There are also many shops and shopping malls around the area. However, the restaurant is very crowded during breakfast and the food is quite limited.
Great location. Their staff were very friendly, especially Victoria at the reception. I think she deserves a raise.
Nice central location (30 min easy walk to Brandenburg Gate but underground and train station just outside the hotel). Very clean hotel, staff are very helpful. Breakfast is really good - served 6am to 11am and a huge variety of food, constantly restocked even near 11am.
Close to all must see thing in Berlin Breakfast buffet was SO good Small room but wery nice Excellent cleaning Check in took a Long time - but wery helpful people

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice,...
The hotel is old, but well maintained for the most part. The rooms are average but are warm and the AC does not work well. The front desk staff at the hotel needs to get their act together, they come across inexperienced, cold and unbothered. Not a great experience!!
Unfortunately my room was not entirely clean upon arrival. Also one bottle of water was already emptied by a previous visitor. The staff members were very friendly though and cleaned the room quickly (but the bottle was still empty and I never figured out if there are any amenities?).
Beautiful hotel and location. The mattress is fantastic! Enjoyed our stay
The staff was super friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we were happy
Very nice hotel in a central location. The room is a little bit old but overall very nice place to stay.

The room is clean, spacious. But the check-in process is really a pain in the ass, the guess-service (they have replaced the front with bunch of monitors) is hidden in the corner, which is very hard to find when you first visit the hotel. Also I requested one of the employees if I could store my luggage, and they just said find other employee to that effortlessly giving me the directions. I had to...
Good hotel, great location, but disappointed with the service… either you stay for one night or 4 nights they will only put once water in your room when you first arrive. Which is not fair for people who pays for several nights. I asked the front desk and they simple said no. Same about the Sauna… there is a sauna in the hôtel but it’s only open from 6pm!! Til 11pm. That means we cannot go at all...
Nice hotel, very good location - you can walk to zoologische garten and KaDeWe area
Good experience! The hotel is not that far from the city center and the main tourist attractions.
Good location. Convenient transport. Check in and check out was very easy.

Clean and nice hotel. Good location. There are many restaurants around. Just a few minutes walk to kudamm and kantsstr. Note: if you want your room cleaned, you have to inform the receptionist in advance. The downside is that we were not informed about it until the next day when I didn't see the room cleaned and asked again. The receptionist should have informed the guests when checking in!
The hotel staff really made this stay memorable for me. Not only was the service efficient and polite, but they also remembered small details—like how I like my coffee or my room temperature preferences. That kind of attentiveness goes a long way. The room was clean and well-lit, with modern furnishings and an extremely comfortable mattress. There was also a small desk, which was perfect for when I...
Highly Recommended – Excellent Stay at NH Hotel Ku’damm We stayed at NH Hotel Ku’damm from June 5th to 8th and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location—convenient, central, and easy to access all the main attractions. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and practicality. The breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious...
Because the hotel was fully booked when we arrived that night, we were upgraded to a small suite at the NH Hotel, which was closer to the city center, and they also called a taxi to take us there for free.
Rooms were great, big windows. All needed in the room, bed was so comfortable. My room had a view towards the railway which some people may find noisy but for me it was perfect.
This place is an average hotel in Berlin. Ordinary service for our stay this time.

This was a great find in a city that is still finding its way. Located a short walk from Potsdamer Platz station, and an easy walk to Tiergarten, Jewish memorial, Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. Plenty of spots for a beer and food on the way, very safe area to start to explore and get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and a good size bathroom...
Hotel was good and not so good. Decent location, close to Potsdamer Platz (for transportation to airport not too bad, not too good), walking distance to most sights. Room bare minimum. For the price unacceptable. We got the chance to check in early for some extra euros which we accepted. Room wasnt ready (third bed not prepared and no towels for third person, it was me, son and husband), so we had...
Ok mid level hotel. Two gripes: our rooms were cleaned without us asking (stayed only two nights and didn't require or ask cleaning. We thought their policy is that they do NOT clean unless you tell them to. Secondly bathroom-toilet had a coloured glass window which is kind of stupid, because when you use it during the night, light spills into the bedroom which might wake others up. Reception gave...
Great hotel, suitable for big events, too. The rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent, while dinners were perfect. The staff is very polite and responsive.
Very central hotel, walking distance to Brandenburg and quite in a active corner of the city. Breakfast is amazing with so much variety! they have also a special corner for the kids and for those who have a special diet. Rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. Great hotel, just little bit noisy from big street
A wonderful stay! I particularly enjoyed the spa area! The rooms and the entire building were also very clean and stylishly furnished.
The hotel itself is absolutely worth recommending for a good price! The cleanliness was okay, but could be better for a 4-star hotel. I particularly noticed dust and limescale residue in the shower. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and the air conditioning wasn't particularly cold. The spa is fantastic! All in all, we would come back if the offer was right.
It's not too expensive for two people. It's quite comfortable. The hotel is also very big. There is a kettle in the room for boiling water. There are also slippers, which is very convenient. It's also very convenient to order food.
The room was very clean, but I missed a refrigerator!!! Kind regards, your loyal guest Jan Stark
Great location if you know your way around Berlin. Very comfy rooms, clean and with cool lighting options. Stuff is friendly and always available. I took away one star from room rating because I could not turn off the light above TV so I had to unplug it manually.

I’ve stayed here several times in the last 10 years. Great hotel. Central location. Easy transport. Great AC in the summer. Big powerful showers. Great cleaning staff. No key needed for elevator.
Rooms were nice! Service is average, they have only sparkling water that they keep in the rooms! they have free car parking facilities which makes it attractive and the location where in 50meters there is a great Street of Shops, Restaurants, Malls etc
It’s mid-priced and right in Berlin’s city center, next to the metro. The only room left had two single beds and wheelchair access, but they gave it to us for the same price—no problem. Staff were friendly. The room was big and very clean. Ask if you want your water bottle refilled. I didn’t try breakfast or other extras because we were out all day. Good value for the location.
Stayed in a spacious suite with a king bed and futon — very clean, with excellent housekeeping. Beds, sheets, and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel is modern and in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Only downside: the bathroom had no door, which was awkward since I was staying with friends. Really nice hotel in a central location. Everything is accessible by public transport which is all within
Location is very convenient as it’s within 10 mins of station. The reception staff need some work on their customer service / attitude as when they checked me in, they weren’t very friendly at all. However, you would rarely interact with the reception thankfully. The room was satisfactory and was good for a 4 day stay!

I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for a regular trip. The location is excellent right in the city and very convenient for exploring. The only problem was that the floor had not been swept or cleaned. Dirt and crumbs. But the location was everything… it looked clean to be a hotel near the airport. Very convenient.
Good hotel, especially its location. It was a trip from work, but not business trip. Breakfast included. I enjoyed the stay (Thursday- Sunday). I just missed a cattle and cups in our room. Great location near the Berlin Zoo. Good accessibility to the Xmas markets and the shopping districts on foot. The hotel is lovely. Rooms are probably in need of a revamp. Overall welcoming at reception and room available early and 12pm checkout with facility to leave bags if leaving later. Found concierge a little rude. Asked a question and was he looking over my shoulder and appeared not to care. Did not buy breakfast as overpriced at €35 pp. Small coffee shop across road as alternative. Appears to be more business focused. Easy access by bus and rail
The hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant. I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located near the train station, which was convenient for me. My room was clean, though the carpet could use an update. The bed was firm, which I prefer. The bathroom was clean with good water temperature. Staff were polite and check-in/check-out were quick. Breakfast was basic, but I appreciated the fresh bread and coffee.
The hotel room was really nice but service was so poor. Bcoz there was no telephone in the hotel room , no amenities provided by the hotel. When we asked toothbrush then they said, u can come go to reception and pick🤦🏻‍♂️ Breakfast section was too tiny and had to pay 18€ only for some breads😀 But the view from room was wonderful Such amazing . And try to hire some employees
Good experience overall. The breakfast seems to be all organic, which is amazing, but was a bit all over the place, when busy. The room was small, but clean. Decent place with modern design, and very convenient location. No luxury, but price is quite reasonable. Could have been nice with fridges in the rooms
Clean, renovated and nice staff! Great location and nice view of the city (was on the 13th floor) ✌️ Liked that in the lobby there’s a big table with sockets where digital nomads can work comfortably and have some interesting conversations with each other 😄 The price was relatively high because my stay was a bit before the Berlin marathon weekend. Wish there was a fridge in the room.
They have friendly and helpful staff. Especially Mr. Şahin, like all Turkish origin people, is a very helpful and understanding employee. I would like to thank him. He made my vacation more beautiful. Although the rooms are small, they are very useful, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The best part of the hotel is that transportation is very easy and it is located in a lively square.
It was a great, no-nonsense stay. The room was neat and fine. The hotel is very centrally located and a good base to reach the main hotspots on foot and/or by public transport. Also the transport to and from the airport is very easy. The overall experience was good. Nevertheless, there are some remarks. Due to the size of the hotel, it felt a bit like a mass market getaway. Stayed there recently for a couple of days. Location is really great. I arrived two hours before check-in time, and was cheked-in without any problem (check-in and check-out were pretty fast). Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable. Big plus for me was an ability to open window in the room. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast, but for two days that's fine.

Great location, great food and great service. This location is great for families and business travellers. Vox is a nice bar for the evenings and weekends and the staff enjoy their work which is nice to see. Rooms are nice and clean. My only negative feedback is the coffee at breakfast.. terrible. But at least their have a Deli in the hotel where you can go to and buy better coffee.
Although the interior colours in this hotel are cold and dreadful, the service, the amenities, and the location more than make up for it. It's not the most convenient location for the new airport, but it's so close to major sightseeing spots and Potsdamer area itself has so many shops and restaurants around. It's very safe and clean as well. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Our recent stay at the Adlon Kempinski Berlin was easily among the best hotel experiences I’ve had.
