Park Inn was a convocation right next to the train. The breakfast offered for the marathon stay was incredible. Hot and cold buffet and so much more! Staff was friendly, beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean!

Lovely Hotel, very close to the station and very convenient for all the tours shops and the amenities. staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and plenty of it

I called 5hrs later after we realized we forgot the money and it was still there. The staff kept the money safe for 2 weeks until I couldn’t make it back to Berlin to pick it up

the bar is lively and well decorated and there is plenty of drinks to choose from. The Christmas market at the back is nice and quaint and easily accessible from the hotel

30am I understand its a big hotel with lots of rooms but 8am , that is to early, the next thing is I asked for a double bed and I got 2 single beds pushed together, which moved apart in the night which was bad because I couldn't sleep well because I had to keep getting up to push the beds back together, and when it tells you it's a double bed you expect a double, and lastly the WiFi was shockingly...

The accommodations were modern and well-maintained, and the central location allowed easy access to attractions. Overall, it was a delightful experience that truly reflects their commitment to customer appreciation

Rooms looks beautiful and spaced enough with nice furniture, but room was not vacuumed properly so nails from previous customer was everywhere on the floor. Hotel provides slippers and bathrobe that very comfy

This hotel is located near the station. Breakfast served here was awesome. One can take the Berlin city tour from just a walkable distance.

Close to all public transport (train, bus and tram) as well as Taxi's. The Cube building is close by as well with really good food. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly

If you sign up for their rewards program then reception will give you a free travel pass for all public transport during your stay

I'd recommend it for business and leisure, as it's very close to the main station and at a walkable distance from Reichstag

The service was kind and fast, the room was spacious, very clean, you hear no noise from the inside

Breakfast was great with lots of fresh options to suit all tastes. To note there is a pool and spa but this is with an extra charge

Another major issue we had was with the use of the pool. When booking through the booking website, it was clearly mentioned that there was a pool available, but there was no mention of any additional charges

This was frustrating because it’s unreasonable to charge extra for a pool when guests have already paid for their stay, especially when it’s not clearly stated upfront

When we arrived, we were told it would cost €10 to use the pool or €20 for access to both the spa and the pool

We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, and having to pay extra for it was a big letdown

While the overall service at the Intercontinental Berlin met expectations, my stay was marred by a significant cleanliness issue in the rooms

The rooms were spacious and had many modern conveniences. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. Staff was also very friendly and room was serviced daily! Breakfast buffet was amazing

The hotel has a plenty options to eat near by, and the hotel staff are amazing, they are always welling to guide and helping you

It’s a great hotel, well connected with train and bus and it’s not so far from cool places to eat and visits some stores

Of course it’s not in the city center but it’s a good option because it’s not too far away using public transportation

Excellent hotel! Located 100 meters from Kodam Street. The room is clean and everything is new, there is air conditioning and a coffee machine. The staff is pleasant and always happy to help

My experience at the JW Marriott in Berlin was excellent. My husband and I spent two nights there and were pleased with the hotel, bar, and restaurant staff. Our room was beautiful with a heated floor in the bathroom

I like the room with a big window that you could actually open and enjoy the view. Spa is €20 for one person, it is not cheap considering two people is €40. The pool temperature is not really warm

Christmas City Break to Berlin with 6 Year Old Daughter, Out stay in the Berlin Pullman was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and had enough room for all three of us

The Swimming pool was a big attraction for our daughter who loves swimming and made for a nice relaxing wind down to the day after walking the length and breath of Berlin! The hotel is a short walk to the zoo and bikini mall This is our second stay and we highly recommend! We will be back again

The swimming pool was delightful, and the lady who works there was particularly kind and attentive. The reception was very nice, and the gentleman at the bar was super friendly, adding a nice touch to our evenings

Perfect for us to enable us to visit our son easily. Staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was good varied selection. Sundays was not as good we went down later and the hot food hadn’t been replenished

Nice hotel about 10 minutes walk (or 2 tram stops on the M4) north of Alexanderplatz. Nicely furnished comfortable rooms and good variety for breakfast. The staff on reception were always polite and helpful

The Ritz Carlton Berlin was perfect in every way - The location was excellent and close to everything. There were museums, restaurants and shopping within walking distance

The Sommelier at the Pots restaurant offered my husband a wine tasting of German wines. It was a wonderful experience and he allowed my husband to taste a number of different German white wines at no additional cost

The entrance hall is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and a wonderful pianist added to the elegant atmosphere. The bar is also worth a visit, offering a great space to relax

Solid gym with dumbells up to 20kg and a pool that was being renovated during my stay. Really great value, slightly off the beaten path so it's not in the heart of things, but it's also quiet

WiFi was included but probably only due to the conference. Food: plentiful and reasonably good quality. Meeting rooms were a bit bland but everything worked and we had no issues

Although it is not centrally located, it was okish for those who move with own vehicle. Executive lounge was also average level (F&B) but good that children could entered. Breakfast was a bit simpler than others.

The Westin Berlin is an excellent hotel with great amenities. The bar was great, and the ambiance was superb. It's in a great location and close to stores and exciting activities. I very much enjoyed staying here.

Impressive foyer, good food, clean and tidy rooms. I found the corridors to be bare and somewhat clinical. The chairs in the bar area are very low (couches and arm chairs)

Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Proper mattress without the strange German split. I slept wonderfully! There's a nice spa and indoor pool as well. Very unique architecture and a beautiful building.

This hotel was perfect for my trip to run the Berlin marathon. It was very close to the start/finish of the marathon as well as the start of the 5k. There are a number of good food options right next to the hotel

Espresso house also across the road if you feels like to have a breakfast outside of the hotel. It’s the perfect base for both relaxing and sightseeing in Berlin!

From the moment you walk in the stately entrance, about 150 yards from the actual Brandenberg gate, and right next to the American Embassy, you’re surrounded by old world, luxury and elegance

A few days before my stay (and well within the cancellation period) my plans changed and I could not fulfil the booking. They cancelled the two nights booked directly but refused to cancel the booking

I note the response from the hotel appears to be automated and doesn't in any way address the issue I have raised. Anyways, I have found a superior place in Berlin for my future bookings

I'm a regular business traveller to Berlin and would have loved to stay at this hotel for the next few years, but the inflexibility shown here has encouraged me to find a new place

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter

This hotel is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, the first thing that you see is this huge cylindar fish tank which is located behind the reception desk. The lobby area is nice and airy and the staff are very welcoming

The environment is clean and tidy and smells lovely and fresh. Very spacious and again clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff members, and they made some great recommendations in relation to places to eat

You fall asleep at night being able to look onto a relaxing and beautiful view. The are over 150 species of fish in the tank and you can see scuba diver cleaners maintaining too if you look out for them

They are so friendly and polite. The bar area is also very nice and the breakfast is delicious. There is a nice selection of food, that is well cooked and very fresh

This aquarium is part to the actual aquarium tourist attraction where you can also take an Elevator through the middle of the tank

We had breakfast included in our purchase from a third party site. It evens out with 2 adults and 1 child for food because even with the €26 parking fee, we would have spent that somewhere else in parking and food

Spent four nights at this hotel. Rooms spotless and good location. The breakfast has a very large choice and is very nice. We had a few drinks in the bar and the staff were lovely

(Incredibly firm mattress) hearing noise wasn’t an issue. A very quiet hotel for being in Central Berlin. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants within walking distance. And easy to get to the Christmas markets

The breakfast buffet though was the best I have ever experienced or seen. The assortment of food and beverages was unreal. It was enough to fill you up all day

NH Collection Berlin Checkpoint Charlie was absolutely beautiful walking in the door. We were there over Christmas and the decore was stunning

Location is good (Had Döner nearby the first night). Had a real good night's sleep. It was my first steigenberger hotel. My only negative point is that it may not be value for money for a family/leisure trip

I am recommending the Savoy Berlin to anyone going to Berlin. Besides the points mentioned above, the Savoy has true elegance and class without any ostentation. Service is experienced and deft and always polite

Hotel staff very friendly,room clean and tidy, spa consist of a round pool and one sauna but again clean and very relaxing, all in all happy, room was quite noise at night appriate in capital but certainly a city that never sleeps

The breakfast buffet is a concession to international requirements, but is done better than any I have experienced anywhere! I saw the chef several times checking it. The German salami is out of this world

We recently visited Berlin for the marathon and stayed at the Steigenberger. Great breakfast buffet - and the staff was incredible. The location is great for access to the zoo, Tiergarten and more

Breakfast is great - they make fresh omelets for you! Swimming pool and sauna can also be used here!

There are much cheaper restaurants or bars in the neighborhood. Conclusion: highly recommended for an overnight stay with a pool+sauna and breakfast. Visiting a bar or restaurant is not recommended

Decent hotel! You can tell that the hotel is not the newest anymore, however they still manage to keep it well maintained. Rooms are clean, lobby area is nice - there's a piano

Perfect location of the hotel near the main railway station, the river takes you to the centre. The surroundings of the hotel are sympathetic. The staff at the reception was nice, willing to help

I can understand this for the sauna, but not everyone feels comfortable being nude, especially when you want to sunbathe with children. It's disappointing that a hotel of this level is so restrictive in this regard

Housekeeping will knock on your door even if the do not disturb sign is hanging. We stayed here on 05 July 2024 and the next morning around 9am housekeeping knocked on the door. We then put the do not disturb sign out

The biggest disappointment was breakfast, there was some kind of emergency (although no explanation or apology was given) and it was served in the conference room, with staff frantically running around setting tables

Only cold food was served with a lot of basic things missing (cereal, jam, honey etc. ), It was very crowded with only one coffee machine and small food corner for the whole hotel
