This hotel was perfect for my trip to run the Berlin marathon. It was very close to the start/finish of the marathon as well as the start of the 5k. There are a number of good food options right next to the hotel

Plus, foodies are in for a treat with a fantastic Indian restaurant just around the corner. And if you’re up for some retail therapy, the shopping center is also within walking distance

Espresso house also across the road if you feels like to have a breakfast outside of the hotel. It’s the perfect base for both relaxing and sightseeing in Berlin!

The staff were friendly and any requests were promptly attended to. I enjoyed having access to the executive lounge. The daily breakfast was excellent as well

Whether it was the efficient housekeeping, the knowledgeable concierge, or the friendly restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit

Staying at the Berlin Marriott Hotel is all about comfort and convenience! The rooms are spacious, modern, and designed to make you feel right at home

Restaurant/room service had few choices and did not taste too good when delivered to the room. Harry's bar was awesome, nice locale and barkeeps, great live entertainer

, The Room are dated, The AC NEVER works, NO WIFI AT ALL , The TV is like 24 inches, pathetic, Very poor service, if at all, i called to get things delivered to my room and I had to go pick it up myself

Then today I back to my room and found out that the fruits I got from the market were gone, so I have to call again and asked what happen? The housekeeper took them but not sure if I still want them so kept them at the back

The room was decent (but frankly outdated for a hotel of that standard) and the bed pretty comfortable, but we were disappointed with the staff, service, and amenities

A stunning room overlooking the lobby lounge with every type of food you would ever need, all presented beautifully, with a chef in one of the rooms making fresh eggs and omelettes. Once again the staff are faultless

The pool area was amazing, with a very nice jacuzzi. The bellman who took our bags was one of the nicest employees of the hotel, along with the housekeeper who took care of our room

Again, the staff working the lobby lounge were all very friendly and efficient. The pianist in the background is a lovely touch whilst enjoying your food and drink. Our room was beautifully presented and clean

The facilities in the room were excellent; special mentions to the lovely shower and very comfortable (massive) bed. I could write an article alone about the breakfast! This is an incredible breakfast set-up

The rooms were spacious and had many modern conveniences. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. Staff was also very friendly and room was serviced daily! Breakfast buffet was amazing

The hotel has a plenty options to eat near by, and the hotel staff are amazing, they are always welling to guide and helping you

It’s a great hotel, well connected with train and bus and it’s not so far from cool places to eat and visits some stores

Of course it’s not in the city center but it’s a good option because it’s not too far away using public transportation

Excellent hotel! Located 100 meters from Kodam Street. The room is clean and everything is new, there is air conditioning and a coffee machine. The staff is pleasant and always happy to help

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel NH Berlin Kurfürstendamm. The staff were very polite and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was a fantastic range of choice for breakfast

Everything was clean and room service came in and replaced towels and glasses while we were out exploring the sights. We went to the hotel bar one night and there was a great band there

My experience at the JW Marriott in Berlin was excellent. My husband and I spent two nights there and were pleased with the hotel, bar, and restaurant staff. Our room was beautiful with a heated floor in the bathroom

The room also had pretty much any amenity kit required so you had everything you needed without having to call. In general a quiet and calm vibe with access to the terrace…

The SPA facilities were up to par, with the sauna in excellent working condition, providing a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool as we didn't have our bathing accessories with us

Our room was quite spacious and aesthetically pleasing, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The room included an iron and ironing board, which was a convenient addition

A wonderful hotel with a great location, very close to everything. We had access to the lounge, but for a Muslim and someone with a lactose allergy, there weren't many options, which was the only downside

close to tube and sbahn stations, breakfast has amazing variety and the service was amazing. the elevators are a little sketchy but other than that it was an amazing stay! spa (pool) was small but good.

Just one word, Fantastic! Been to Berlin many times and this is by far the best hotel in my opinion. We knew it was a great hotel and it still exceeded our expectations. Excellent, kind, helpfull and professional staff

My fiance and I have stayed in many hotels in Berlin and Eurostars Berlin is hands down, the best hotel we've stayed in Berlin! The room we stayed in was huge compared to other hotels with all the amenities in the room including toothbrushes and even a sewing kit

Stayed here for 3 days. Check in was straightforward and the rooms and facilities are very good. Located in the heart of Berlin with close proximity to public transport, museums, and a wide variety of restaurants

Firstly the hotel is in a great spot near the station, transport, shopping and restaurants, Museum Island etc The check in was slow as a big group was being checked in and there were three staff at the desk but they didn't acknowledge us,also there was often a line at the reception? The room was large,modern, clean with a great bathroom,air conditioning and double glazing so the room was very quiet...

The only downside to the room was that I found all of the power sockets bar one were quite lose when you inserted your wall charger and was unreliable with a constant current so I found issues when charging mobile or Fitbit

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel van Stephan and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze

That wouldn't be allowed in the UK from a safety point of view. Otherwise the staff were pleasant in the dining area, just the frumpy woman at the reception when we were checking in who was a bit cold and stand offish

The bad things was the pool/sauna out of service, the breakfest that could be better for a 5 star hotel, and the garden needs improvement to be more pleasant to stay

I loved the cosy, luxurious atmosphere, the extremely dedicated staff and the fantastic service. I just found out that this hotel was one of Karl Lagerfeld's favourite hotels in Berlin

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, the Wi-Fi was impressively fast, and the recently renovated gym and pool were fantastic amenities. Reception staff and all other employees were very helpfull and welcoming

Big hotel brands are no match for you, maybe because it is not a chain facility and you can put all your passion and energy into it. Keep it up, you are a role model and inspiration!

One of the best hotels in Berlin. It's not big but very cosy. All staffs there are like a family, high level of friendliness and hospitality. I'll be delighted to visit this hotel again.

We recently held our annual company Christmas seminar at the Schloss Hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic. Everything went incredibly smoothly, from our arrival to our departure

I like the room with a big window that you could actually open and enjoy the view. Spa is €20 for one person, it is not cheap considering two people is €40. The pool temperature is not really warm

For 25€ it’s not cheap but you get what you paid for

This is a bit greedy in my opinion as it's marketed as a luxury hotel so feel this should be included, or at least more subsidised, but it's not really something to waste too much energy on as a customer

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and is packed with facilities! You won't have anything missing in this place - from a gym to a bar with TV, to a well-serviced reception desk

The location is prime if you're a tourist as it's right next to the U-Bahn that can take you to Checkpoint Charlie, various museums and the central area of Berlin in minutes

The rooms themselves are pretty standard, nothing special though does the job, and you have a range of staff to help when needed, mainly on the ground floor

The hotel is in an excellent location, up to 3 minutes walk from the nearest U station, and about 18 minutes walk from the main attractions. (There are also several high-frequency bus stops nearby)

The hotel's rooms are spacious and pleasant, while those located on the higher floors enjoy a beautiful view of several of the city's main sites. The hotel bar is cozy and offers a wide range of drinks and snacks

Great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, plunge pool) Plus very comfortable beds and helpful staff. Only issue is a strong smell of disinfectant in the bedrooms.

A genuine, true 24h-reception, we could check in on arrival in the middle of the night (4am). Excellent location just outside of Berlin umweltzone with its own parking in basement with elevator link to rooms

Perfect one-nighter hotel for roadtripping in Europe. In a cosy, chill environment without noise. Huge own parking lot. Great restaurant with kind service. Rooms were pretty much allright and clean. Recommended!

There is no place to hang the hand towel, there is no proper drainage so after a shower the bathroom floor drowns, and neither the tissue box nor the handsoap got refilled

The staff at the bar and restaurant was adorable. The chef came out and asked us how his appetizer was and as we praised him for it he went back to the kitchen and we heard a cheerful “Yoohoo”

Eco-Program (give the option to not clean the room if it is not required) is also a brilliant idea so to be more eco-friendly, I think it should be implemented on most hotels! The location was perfect, close to the centre and quiet for the night

Beautiful hotel next to a lot of the most popular tourist places. Clean and safe neighborhood, right in front of bus stop and metro

Mattress are also very comfortable for sleep (specifically mentioning this as I don’t agree with some previous comments)

Otherwise, nothing to add, the hotel is perfectly situated, next to everything, by 20 seconds to the metro, just next to a bike rental, they also rent bikes, and the staff were really kind ! Will Definitely go again, but next time I’ll call to ask for a room next to the patio :)

I whole heartedly recommend this hotel. The location is great, few steps from the subway station, comfortable modern rooms, and very generous and tasty breakfast. We'll definitely stay there again.

The pool is a little small but if you find the right hours you can enjoy swimming alone. You can find a gym, a restaurant and the bar area in the first floor next to the reception

The Double Deluxe Rooms are spacious, equipped with a safe and underground heating in bathroom as well as a bathtub. The Spa area has a pool and sauna

A wonderful place for our family during the euros. Adjoining rooms were great for kids, wonderful to have 2 bathrooms. A nice selection of small plates and tapas for dinner

Big plus: they have the Green Option, which is basically a 10 Euro voucher that you can use at the bar/restaurant every time you choose not have the room cleaning service

Make sure you throw down a towel on the floor so when you get out of the shower, you don’t slip and fall. There’s nothing on the walls to hold onto. Other than that there was a great hotel

We were not staying at the hotel but stopped in after visiting Tiergarten for the day since Aqua was the closest bar and Tiago is the best bartender we’ve had since we’ve been to Berlin! Coming from the US this is the best dining experience and service we’ve had so far

My particular room was the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was luxurious and budget friendly. The view was beautiful especially at sunset. No room service after breakfast time though, which is weird

My stay at Pestana Berlin was fantastic! The room was spacious, super clean, and cozy—I felt right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with lots of options to choose from

Very nice hotel, good location, close to two underground stations, the reception area is very nice and so are the rooms, we got one of the smaller rooms, but the comfort is still very high, nice comfortable bed, though a bit stiff, and nice pillow/duvets

Had to book this hotel last minute due to a flight cancellation and we were very impressed. The staff were really helpful and genuinely asking about our trip

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and location is great--easy to walk to many places and also very near a subway stop

We spent 3,5 months at the aparts while searching for a permanent apartment. Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. And also perfect location. We really felt like home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Alexander Plaza Hotel whose position was perfect for visiting the treasures on Museum Island (5 minute walk) and also for further afield via Alexanderplatz rail connections (10 minute walk)

We also got there way early, but they had our room ready in no time. Front desk staff were very friendly and our room was clean and spacious for 3 people. All in all a great experience, would definitely stay here again!

Its central location offers easy access to the airport via the S9 train and you can easily explore major landmarks on foot. The breakfast was very good as well, with even some gluten-free snacks available

Recently stayed here for one night with my dog. The hotel was extremely accommodating, giving me a blanket and food bowl for my dog, treats, shampoo, poop bags
