30am I understand its a big hotel with lots of rooms but 8am , that is to early, the next thing is I asked for a double bed and I got 2 single beds pushed together, which moved apart in the night which was bad because I couldn't sleep well because I had to keep getting up to push the beds back together, and when it tells you it's a double bed you expect a double, and lastly the WiFi was shockingly...

I got to the room to find leaking iron and a faulty fan in the bathroom. Both were dealt with very quickly and didn't have any other issues after that but it started the trip on a negative

The location of this hotel is outstanding, I usually stay near Zoo when visiting Berlin, so this was a nice change, with similar easy access to the excellent public transport system and shopping and food options

The room was nice , clean and comfortable.. staff was very helpful and walking distance to everything.. would stay there again

I am so grateful for the staff of this wonderful hotel. It’s in a great location and I highly recommend staying here. My girlfriend and I forgot $$$ in the room safe but we opened it to remove our passports

Park Inn was a convocation right next to the train. The breakfast offered for the marathon stay was incredible. Hot and cold buffet and so much more! Staff was friendly, beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean!

We recently spent 7 nights at the Hilton Berlin and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially after a long day of exploring the city

Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel...

This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager

Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna

Nice interior both the lobby and the room, and liked the feeling of the lobby with the aquarium and the space. Helpful and professional staff. Also, great location, being close to several attractions in Berlin

Such a gorgeous hotel! Staff were lovely, room was well designed & quiet. Only thing is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 11am during the week which seems quite late.

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter

This hotel is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, the first thing that you see is this huge cylindar fish tank which is located behind the reception desk. The lobby area is nice and airy and the staff are very welcoming

The environment is clean and tidy and smells lovely and fresh. Very spacious and again clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff members, and they made some great recommendations in relation to places to eat

The hotel staff really made this stay memorable for me. Not only was the service efficient and polite, but they also remembered small details—like how I like my coffee or my room temperature preferences

Very good stay. The worries about the noise of the tram were not met. The room is silent dispite being next to the railway. The triple glass windows do a very good job.

There are many restaurants around. Just a few minutes walk to kudamm and kantsstr. Note: if you want your room cleaned, you have to inform the receptionist in advance

The downside is that we were not informed about it until the next day when I didn't see the room cleaned and asked again. The receptionist should have informed the guests when checking in!

That kind of attentiveness goes a long way. The room was clean and well-lit, with modern furnishings and an extremely comfortable mattress

He also responded immediately to our requests for extra towels and coffee creamers, always with a warm and professional attitude

Everything was clean and room service came in and replaced towels and glasses while we were out exploring the sights. We went to the hotel bar one night and there was a great band there

Overall hotel was ok, service attitude not the best but pool area ok.

My experience at the JW Marriott in Berlin was excellent. My husband and I spent two nights there and were pleased with the hotel, bar, and restaurant staff. Our room was beautiful with a heated floor in the bathroom

It’s a comfortable hotel to stay. It’s with strong water pressure so it’s a pleasure to take a shower especially during cold winter nights. The only thing that’s not as satisfying is the bed

It’s mid-priced and right in Berlin’s city center, next to the metro. The only room left had two single beds and wheelchair access, but they gave it to us for the same price—no problem. The room was big and very clean

Good, clean hotel located closer to the U-Bahn station. A bit out of the city centre, although this is negated by the good transportation links. Hotel room was big with the majority of amenities (missing spoons).

I’ve stayed here several times in the last 10 years. Great hotel. Central location. Easy transport. Great AC in the summer. Big powerful showers. Great cleaning staff. No key needed for elevator.

Actually, this hotel is quite good, with a very high cost performance. It has two large rooms and one small room, a double bed and a sofa bed, all large beds, so you can sleep comfortably

The breakfast buffet was €25 — a bit pricey but had a lot of variety. Laundry service was outrageous at €4. Overall, a great stay if you're okay with an open-concept bathroom and skip the laundry

The hotel had a great location on Ku'damm. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Although it is not centrally located, it was okish for those who move with own vehicle. Executive lounge was also average level (F&B) but good that children could entered. Breakfast was a bit simpler than others.

Location is good (Had Döner nearby the first night). Had a real good night's sleep. It was my first steigenberger hotel. My only negative point is that it may not be value for money for a family/leisure trip

This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a superb selection of hot/cold drinks, continental and cooked foods. The Nespresso coffee machine was particularly appreciated

There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day

I recently stayed at nhow Berlin for three days and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a youthful vibe. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, making my stay incredibly comfortable

Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming

It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel

The hotel is in a good location. It is an old-fashioned hotel. The rooms facing the garden are quieter. The rooms are not very big. But they are fully equipped. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

After a cold 15-minute walk from the Holocaust Memorial to the U-bahn, my young son and I stopped in for hot chocolate and an *ahem* adult beverage at the bar. It was quiet and had a very welcoming atmosphere

Great hotel, the location is amazing at 1km from Brandenburg Gate, 1km from the Museum Island and 1km from Check-point Charlie. It has a subway outside the building which connects to the main tourist spots

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable and the gym from the hotel just wow, with an area just for cardio and another one for strength training you just don’t miss your gym at home

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card

I stayed a night at Crowne Plaza and it was just perfect! Location is great, all shops, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. All staffs are friendly and super helpful. Easy and quick check in and out

Positive: very good breakfast with live cooking of scrambled eggs/fried eggs/eggs Benedict and omelette, *spa*, very nice pool (26 degrees) and two very good saunas (50 degrees and 90 degrees), friendly staff, fast service at the bar with professional drinks

There are much cheaper restaurants or bars in the neighborhood. Conclusion: highly recommended for an overnight stay with a pool+sauna and breakfast. Visiting a bar or restaurant is not recommended

Crowne Plaza City Centre has ideal location, close to historical landmarks, ZOO, train station, reastaurants or shops. Despite the busy area around, its quiet location. The checkin and checkout is flawless

This is one of the best hotels I have been too. The rooms are very good especially the bathroom.

The hotel initially did not give us the room type we requested for, but we managed to change it the next day. The hotel breakfast was well organised. the rooms were clean and had enough space to stay comfortably.

The room was quiet and comfortable, with great soundproofing that kept the city noise out. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and consistent temperature

The only drawback was the lack of a kettle and cups in the room. Hot water was available at reception, but having these in the room would have been more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a short trip

I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for a regular trip. The location is excellent right in the city and very convenient for exploring

Great location near the Berlin Zoo. Good accessibility to the Xmas markets and the shopping districts on foot. Rooms are probably in need of a revamp. The plug sockets are poorly placed for practical use

Christmas City Break to Berlin with 6 Year Old Daughter, Out stay in the Berlin Pullman was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and had enough room for all three of us

It was a great facility in a really good location. We booked 2 rooms. However, due to cleaning issues, one room was keyed at 16:00 and one room was keyed at 18:00.

When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€

After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated

Overall, I felt it was OK, mainly because it was close to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. The front desk service felt a bit perfunctory

You can walk to anywhere in a few minutes, the subway and bus are 5 minutes away, and the night market is also 5 minutes away

The breakfast is one of the most complete I've seen, great variety of options to choose from. In case we return to Berlin soon we won't hesitate to choose Meliá again

This hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city. My Deluxe room with a Spree River view was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety
