Booked a double room with a queen bed as per the description above. I was forced to accept a twin room even though the issue was not of my doing. Apparently there was no other way to move me

I got to the room to find leaking iron and a faulty fan in the bathroom. Both were dealt with very quickly and didn't have any other issues after that but it started the trip on a negative

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market

It’s a comfortable hotel to stay. It’s with strong water pressure so it’s a pleasure to take a shower especially during cold winter nights. The only thing that’s not as satisfying is the bed

Overall, I felt it was OK, mainly because it was close to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. The front desk service felt a bit perfunctory

You can walk to anywhere in a few minutes, the subway and bus are 5 minutes away, and the night market is also 5 minutes away

Our shower didn’t work so had to call reception, mechanic arrived and fixed this issue within 10 minutes, we were a bit impressed by how quick this was! Very nice. Shower itself is godlike!! The breakfast is very good

Of course work needs to be done, but a bit of a shame we couldn’t enjoy any view. The location is fine, we picked this location because of a concert very close to the hotel. The city centre is a bit further away

The hop on hop off buss stop and Underground are 500meters away so everything is still easy to get to. There’s one major thing that really bothered us, and that was the quality of the pillows

The bed was fine, but the pillows were so insanely soft and thin, that it felt like they were non existent. Even with extra pillows it was just not doable

There’s some reconstruction being done at the moment, so from both our room and the restaurant we were looking at white plastic curtain and scaffolding

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter

This hotel is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, the first thing that you see is this huge cylindar fish tank which is located behind the reception desk. The lobby area is nice and airy and the staff are very welcoming

The environment is clean and tidy and smells lovely and fresh. Very spacious and again clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff members, and they made some great recommendations in relation to places to eat

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable and the gym from the hotel just wow, with an area just for cardio and another one for strength training you just don’t miss your gym at home

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card

I stayed a night at Crowne Plaza and it was just perfect! Location is great, all shops, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. All staffs are friendly and super helpful. Easy and quick check in and out

Crowne Plaza City Centre has ideal location, close to historical landmarks, ZOO, train station, reastaurants or shops. Despite the busy area around, its quiet location. The checkin and checkout is flawless
