I was there for a week, the location was perfect for me because I have friends nearby and it's also a quiet corner of Berlin, which I like.

The room is clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathroom facilities are a bit old, and the door lock is not sensitive to open. Independent balcony, quiet environment, only one bus outside. The breakfast is rich and the price is moderate. There are 4 floors in total.

With a balcony in the rooms, a small lake nearby, a park and Netto grocery shop close by, I enjoyed staying here. The reception people were nice too. I wasn't able to pay with card for my laundry, they said they'd only take coins. That came across as odd to me because I don't like to carry cash, not alone coins.

Great hotel in an old renovated building with large rooms with high ceilings. Very clean. We had a full kitchenette large dinning table. Large shower. We had a small balcony. They have an elevator. No air condition. The location is perfect by the subway and three different trams. Lots of coffee shops small restaurants for the morning.

These apartments were so amazing! We’d definitely stay here again. The bed and pillows were so comfy, we just melted into sleep so easily. We had a fantastic stay! The appartment is very spacious and quiet, gives really a home away from home! The people at Gorki are super friendly and even offer to stock up your fridge before you arrive and my girlfriend was very happy with the Dyson Airbrush ;)

Close enough to all the action of the inner city, but just far enough away to be quiet. I slept really well. The apartments are wonderful in size. I loved the separate balcony space, the kitchenette (although an oven would have been nice), and the radio in the bathroom (!).

Overall a nice experience but not a 4-star experience. Rooms are old, no amenities in the bathroom and for our dog only two empty bowls, no dog mat as stated during the booking. Staff is nice but some of them have trouble with the basic English and can’t properly explain what hotel offers. Very good position but honestly considered what we paid it would have been better a much cheaper chain hotel.

Perfect location central to everywhere we wanted to go in the city! Around the corner from a train stop, but on a quiet street. Walking distance to multiple shops and cafes. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, free laundry facilities, a stocked mini-fridge with beer and water. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was excellent, and the complimentary bottle of beer each day was a nice touch. The apartments are spacious with comfortable mattresses, but for a four-star hotel, the shower spaces should be larger, and air conditioning is essential, as the fans provided are not effective during the summer.

I was there in August, the most annoying thing by my residence there, was the air conditioning, the weather was hot but the air conditioner was so weak to the limit I couldnt sleep at night, every thing else was ok.

Thoroughly friendly and helpful staff. Very VERY roomy and nice appartments with fully equipped kitchenette, balcony or conservatoty and a nice bathroom. Breakfast area felt a little cramped though. Too many too small tables for the room. Also the tram/street car was quite noticeable in my room at night. That depends on which way your room is facing though.

Overall we have good experience from the hotel. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was excellent near many transportation types. The disadvantage for us was that there was no fridge or kettle in the apartment.

Great location, close to the underground. Quiet place at night if your apartment has windows located to the backyard. The apartment needs some good cleaning in the corners, and specially the kitchen and the beds.

I spent few weeks in a wonderful apartment equipped with every comfort, which made my work stay even more interesting. The neighborhood is very nice and well-served by the U-Bahn. The staff, mainly contacted via email, has always been very polite and helpful.

Conveniently positioned in a residential (so therefore quiet) part of what was the East Good restaurants nearby popular with the locals. Is a beautifully preserved old building in an area with many newer apartment blocks. Welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable and well-furnished room. I would certainly stay there again next time I'm in Berlin.

Nice rooms, nice ambiance. Breakfast was good but too expensive for what you get. The fire alarm went of in the evening and none of the three numbers picked up the phone (also not the number for emergency services). So everyone had to stay outside for quite a while. It appeared to be false alarm, but nothing got communicated to the guests

Very nice experience with this stay, very clean and big room for the money. We slept so good in those beds, so soft and nice! We liked the fact that it was in an old school, even if it was a bit creepy at night. 4 stars only because the elevator wasn't working and we had a big luggage to carry and I was pregnant, not very comfortable to use the stairs every time

The service and friendliness of the staff has decreased drastically in the last year or so. Every call is greeted with a deep sigh that makes you feel immediately like you're a nuisance to the receptionist. On a good day they help you out, on a bad one they outright refuse service and tell you to call back the next day. It's a shame, because we like housing our international co-workers here whenever...

The only thing that was negative was that the airconditioner didnt seem to work? It was 32 degrees the whole week we where staying there! Otherwise no complaint! For using washingmachines you had to download a app it was very easy!

We celebrated here with other friends and rented 17 rooms. Everything was well organized by the hotel. The rooms are clean and all are equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The coffee is really very tasty and cappuccino is recommended, along with the homemade cheesecake from the boss. Good hotel, let us check in early as well as friendly staff. There is a code for the door to reception which I did not receive, so i had to call their number and they gave it to me. I have stayed with a couple of friends for a weekend. It has all you will need for a short stay, but if you require a fridge you need to ask on the reception for it to be turned on. It's not a fancy place but it is clean and has a great location.

It was fine. The hotel is super close to the train track, so take some ear plugs. The double glazed windows help, but only so much. It looks uninspiring upon arrival, but you really get a small apartment, and it is very clean. Internet worked fine. Hotel was shabby on the inside and had to put in a code to go one floor to reception. Tv wouldn't work, couldn't open the windows and a tiny fan on the bench and fridge wasn't on .
