We had the opportunity to stay one night at this hotel during our little vacation The hotel as a good impression it’s beautifully. The rooms are very comfortable and moderns. The breakfast was very good and delicious

A very nice hotel with many rooms. There are plenty of food for breakfast. Enough green 💚 food and good atmosphere. The workers are not arrogant but friendly

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market

The exec lounge has a great selection, breakfast you are spoilt for choice - even the option for DIY bloody Mary’s which I have never seen anywhere else. Stated in room 5085 which had stunning views of the dome

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – there’s a bus stop right outside, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly convenient

Really enjoyed my stay at NH. Richard their staff was very kind and helpful. I will visit them again. They are very close to a train station. Plenty of restaurants around and shopping street is right across.

There are many restaurants around. Just a few minutes walk to kudamm and kantsstr. Note: if you want your room cleaned, you have to inform the receptionist in advance

the rooms are very big for a hotel and the common areas are very large and very nice with a good vibe. generally it feels more like a nice place where you can stay longer rather than just a hotel

The location is fantastic, with shopping centres and transport just a few minutes away. It's also a great place to work from and study, with high-speed internet and a dedicated study room and community spaces

Our shower didn’t work so had to call reception, mechanic arrived and fixed this issue within 10 minutes, we were a bit impressed by how quick this was! Very nice. Shower itself is godlike!! The breakfast is very good

Actually, this hotel is quite good, with a very high cost performance. It has two large rooms and one small room, a double bed and a sofa bed, all large beds, so you can sleep comfortably

This is HHI Express, so there is a touch of "budget hotel" feeling in the service, but otherwise a decent hotel for stay and location is pretty good

Such a gorgeous hotel! Staff were lovely, room was well designed & quiet. Only thing is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 11am during the week which seems quite late.

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter

Firstly it’s a great location and all the major tourist attractions are in walking distance, as are a good choice of restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean with plenty of space for clothes and cases

The hotel is in a good location. It is an old-fashioned hotel. The rooms facing the garden are quieter. The rooms are not very big. But they are fully equipped. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

The room is nice, the location is good, very close to the subway U5 U6 station, it is very convenient to go to the city center, and it is also close to Brandenburg. Berlin food is really good

Fridge, safe, coffee machine and kettle supplied - although a larger supply of English Breakfast tea bags would have been a benefit. Good choice of continental and cooked items for breakfast

Excellent location as it's right along the main street. Property is a bit dated but rooms are renovated. Staff are very nice so that's a plus too.

Impressive foyer, good food, clean and tidy rooms. I found the corridors to be bare and somewhat clinical. The chairs in the bar area are very low (couches and arm chairs)

Nice place with good breakfast

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card

The Crowne Place Berlin City Centre offers a comfortable stay with its excellent beds and spotless rooms, albeit a tad small. Elevator waiting times are minimal, ensuring swift access to rooms

Our recent stay at the Adlon Kempinski Berlin was easily among the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel itself is traditional, yet nothing is out of date, old or distressed as is common in “traditional” hotels

The staff was kind and welcoming, and while every person we spoke to was wonderful, I want to mention Ole at the concierge desk, who not only recommended great dining options, but got us into a fantastic vegetarian Michelin star restaurant on the spot

To begin with, there's a bit of arrogance at the concierge desk that contrasts to the warmth we felt at the front desk. Further, I got the sense that tips were expected (instead of appreciated) at the front entrance

The entirety of the hotel is clean, spacious and airy, with great natural light in common spaces. We were completely relaxed, regardless of where we were in the hotel

Let’s start with the positives with the hotel. It’s cheap and cheerful and is 5 minutes from Berlin Hauptbahnhof train station. You can walk to most of the main Berlin attractions with plenty of eateries along the way

The second time the room had foot prints on the floor, no tissue in the toilet and the air conditioning controller was falling off the wall. The last visit, the air conditioning didn’t work, as well as the hairdryer

3 times for 10-15 minutes I tried to get an answer regarding my invoices. Only the last call was successful. This is not worth to be called hotline. Btw, the booking hotline is available after 30 seconds

There was no spare pillows and I was given them by the reception staff to take up to my room. The room is not attended too daily and I again was made to take towels up to my room via the reception staff

The first time, the hotel took 3 payments off my credit card and despite numerous emails via their website, I received no response and had to wait a week for them to naturally resolve

The negatives, the hotel is basic as it comes. The rooms are small and the cleanliness suspect. I have stayed there 3 times and I’ve had to report an issue each time

The Steigenberger Los Angeles Platz in Berlin is a very nice Hotel. For Breakfast, you should take a lot of time, since the selection is so large. The Steigenberger has for me, by far one of the best Breakfast buffets.

Location is good (Had Döner nearby the first night). Had a real good night's sleep. It was my first steigenberger hotel. My only negative point is that it may not be value for money for a family/leisure trip

This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise

Overall, I would say "stay at the Adlon if you must, but the real jewel of Berlin hotels is the Savoy. awesome service with best facilities
