Room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent

The room was really nice and clean. The location is good, a walking distance to public transport. We asked for slippers and they provided us with it which was great. We had complimentary bottles of water in the fridge

A very good experience overall. The Portofina Restaurant was very good with a small menu. Staff was less than friendly and the rump steak was very tough. Front desk and Concierge Services were very good

We stayed here over Christmas while visiting our son. Beautiful place with interesting art. Food in Italian restaurant was amazing. Breakfast choice was excellent. Only one member of staff was miserable at the bar area

Good money for value. Common places are nicer than rooms, I’d take away carpeting for hygiene reasons. Staff were super nice.

It’s so huge and well maintained. Modern cutlery with premium services is what Everyone likes. When I 1st time came to Berlin, I had a place nearby and used to visit this place for a relaxing time

Excellent experience staying here with my kids for a week. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast options were extensive

Advantages: location and good breakfast. Disadvantages: very small toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is transparent so you don't have any privacy at all. Also there is no refrigerator at the room

Park Inn was a convocation right next to the train. The breakfast offered for the marathon stay was incredible. Hot and cold buffet and so much more! Staff was friendly, beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean!

The breakfast was amazing however their 24/7 snacks were kinda lazy for example the nachos are just corn chips microwaved with cheese slices on top. Over good hotel though and would stay there again

Rooms looks beautiful and spaced enough with nice furniture, but room was not vacuumed properly so nails from previous customer was everywhere on the floor. Hotel provides slippers and bathrobe that very comfy

This hotel is located near the station. Breakfast served here was awesome. One can take the Berlin city tour from just a walkable distance.

Close to all public transport (train, bus and tram) as well as Taxi's. The Cube building is close by as well with really good food. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly

Great location - close to the main station. Good breakfast - help yourself. Negatives: no kettle, had to ask for more pillows. No USB charge points for phone, had to use charger and adapter

We stayed at the Hotel Intercontinental Berlin for three nights, and overall, the stay was good, and the room itself was very comfortable. However, there were a few things that disappointed us

Breakfast was great with lots of fresh options to suit all tastes. To note there is a pool and spa but this is with an extra charge

The design and appearance of the rooms are pleasant, but unfortunately, both of the rooms I booked were not adequately cleaned

We were given free access as we have loyalty membership but others in front were charged 10 euros each entrance

Another major issue we had was with the use of the pool. When booking through the booking website, it was clearly mentioned that there was a pool available, but there was no mention of any additional charges

I stayed at your hotel with my two grandsons for an entire week to sightsee in Berlin and attend the Euro Final Soccer Match. Your hotel was an excellent choice - centrally located near shops, restaurants etc

the location of this hotel near Savignplatz is really good - easy access to S-bahn and U1 line as well The best part of our stay was the brilliant and very helpful staff that gave us great advice on what to see and where to go visit and try local german food nearby And we really appreciate staff Lara W who helped us get late checkout so that we could use our rooms until we had to leave for our flight

Excellent hotel! Located 100 meters from Kodam Street. The room is clean and everything is new, there is air conditioning and a coffee machine. The staff is pleasant and always happy to help

Of course it’s not in the city center but it’s a good option because it’s not too far away using public transportation

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?! My stay at the Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat

This was a great find in a city that is still finding its way. Located a short walk from Potsdamer Platz station, and an easy walk to Tiergarten, Jewish memorial, Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag

Plenty of spots for a beer and food on the way, very safe area to start to explore and get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and a good size bathroom

Across the hotel street and park you find many resturants, cafes, supermarket and shopping options, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel

The hotel and rooms are showing their age. Staff was excellent and attentive. The lounge was ok but sometimes overcrowded and often they stopped bringing out new platters around 7pm despite food being served till 8pm

My experience at the JW Marriott in Berlin was excellent. My husband and I spent two nights there and were pleased with the hotel, bar, and restaurant staff. Our room was beautiful with a heated floor in the bathroom

I had 2 breakfast (stayed 2 days) and I cannot even try everything I want to try! It is one of the best breakfast I had… world wide for comparable hotel in this price range

All in all, a good spot that meets what will be most of your needs. They may try and get some more cash out of you for the spa/breakfast etc, but do some research and you can get cheaper and better outside

The rooms are spacious, bedding are clean. I would say this is a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is Amazing!!! It has so much food to choose from

Great location near the Berlin Zoo. Good accessibility to the Xmas markets and the shopping districts on foot. Rooms are probably in need of a revamp. The plug sockets are poorly placed for practical use

We also had 2 informal dinners and frankly my club sandwich was definitely the best I gave ever eaten in my life, in my 40 plus years of travelling. By the way, the shower is also one of the best!

Christmas City Break to Berlin with 6 Year Old Daughter, Out stay in the Berlin Pullman was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and had enough room for all three of us

The Swimming pool was a big attraction for our daughter who loves swimming and made for a nice relaxing wind down to the day after walking the length and breath of Berlin! The hotel is a short walk to the zoo and bikini mall This is our second stay and we highly recommend! We will be back again

This time, we didn't had breakfast in the hotel. But thinking of our past (probably about ten stay in this hotel), we had very good breakfast experience with a big buffet and good variety

Staff are friendly, however my only complaint would be that they charge 40 EUR for a late check out (considering how much we have spent with this hotel group over the years, we found this to be disappointing)

Perfect for us to enable us to visit our son easily. Staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was good varied selection. Sundays was not as good we went down later and the hot food hadn’t been replenished

Nice hotel about 10 minutes walk (or 2 tram stops on the M4) north of Alexanderplatz. Nicely furnished comfortable rooms and good variety for breakfast. The staff on reception were always polite and helpful

The hotel staff cleaned the rooms thoroughly each day, and the mattresses were quite comfortable, with an array of pillow thicknesses to choose from. The hotel bar was great, with competitive prices and a wide selection

Finally, the location is great, located partially in a mall where you can grab deli food or grab and provisions you need. Also, the subway is just across the street

Only complaint was that there are rooms on the first floor that look our into the main conference area, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my blinds open

The Ritz Carlton Berlin was perfect in every way - The location was excellent and close to everything. There were museums, restaurants and shopping within walking distance

Great large rooms, freshly renovated feel. Big bar area outside. Good location outside the centre but easy to get U-bahn into town from Wittenbergplatz.

Although it is not centrally located, it was okish for those who move with own vehicle. Executive lounge was also average level (F&B) but good that children could entered. Breakfast was a bit simpler than others.

Solid gym with dumbells up to 20kg and a pool that was being renovated during my stay. Really great value, slightly off the beaten path so it's not in the heart of things, but it's also quiet

Impressive foyer, good food, clean and tidy rooms. I found the corridors to be bare and somewhat clinical. The chairs in the bar area are very low (couches and arm chairs)

This hotel was perfect for my trip to run the Berlin marathon. It was very close to the start/finish of the marathon as well as the start of the 5k. There are a number of good food options right next to the hotel

Our recent stay at the Adlon Kempinski Berlin was easily among the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel itself is traditional, yet nothing is out of date, old or distressed as is common in “traditional” hotels

The staff was kind and welcoming, and while every person we spoke to was wonderful, I want to mention Ole at the concierge desk, who not only recommended great dining options, but got us into a fantastic vegetarian Michelin star restaurant on the spot

From the moment you walk in the stately entrance, about 150 yards from the actual Brandenberg gate, and right next to the American Embassy, you’re surrounded by old world, luxury and elegance

The entirety of the hotel is clean, spacious and airy, with great natural light in common spaces. We were completely relaxed, regardless of where we were in the hotel

Also came home to find a beautiful miniature Bundt cake in our room! We had a tremendously fun time in Berlin and the Adlon was a big part of our comfort

A few days before my stay (and well within the cancellation period) my plans changed and I could not fulfil the booking. They cancelled the two nights booked directly but refused to cancel the booking

Everything was well maintained, comfortably airconditioned (important in July) and clean and the room was nice and quite. If you get a room with 2 beds note that the beds are not that large

Great location, nice rooms, great service. We arrived a bit early hoping to leave our bags but they were kind enough to check us in to our rooms early. Nice hair/body shampoo in the shower.

We were not a stay over guest, but we had spare time till the next Train. I have to especially put out a thanks to Joshua at reception who treated us like special guest even tho I told him that we only wanted drinks

I can recommend this as a stop over and drinks. it's just 4min walk from central station. and if the rooms are as good as the service your in for a treat. I am very satisfied with the treatment at this motel one

The large bar did nice cocktails and the buffet breakfast was good. - | The rooms are very small. OK for one night, but for two people any more than that would have been pushing it confort wise
