Breakfast is really good - served 6am to 11am and a huge variety of food, constantly restocked even near 11am

Great location. Their staff were very friendly, especially Victoria at the reception. I think she deserves a raise.

The location is very convenient as a base to explore all the attractions in Berlin as it is well connected with metro, tram and trains. There are also many shops and shopping malls around the area

Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel...

Such a gorgeous hotel! Staff were lovely, room was well designed & quiet. Only thing is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 11am during the week which seems quite late.

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter

The hotel staff really made this stay memorable for me. Not only was the service efficient and polite, but they also remembered small details—like how I like my coffee or my room temperature preferences

Very good stay. The worries about the noise of the tram were not met. The room is silent dispite being next to the railway. The triple glass windows do a very good job.

There are many restaurants around. Just a few minutes walk to kudamm and kantsstr. Note: if you want your room cleaned, you have to inform the receptionist in advance

It's not too expensive for two people. There is a kettle in the room for boiling water. There are also slippers, which is very convenient. It's also very convenient to order food

Good, clean hotel located closer to the U-Bahn station. A bit out of the city centre, although this is negated by the good transportation links. Hotel room was big with the majority of amenities (missing spoons).

Actually, this hotel is quite good, with a very high cost performance. It has two large rooms and one small room, a double bed and a sofa bed, all large beds, so you can sleep comfortably

The location is also good, and it is only 1. The parking lot is a bit confusing when you first arrive, as you have to drive up to the 12th floor, and it is a very narrow parking building

It’s mid-priced and right in Berlin’s city center, next to the metro. The only room left had two single beds and wheelchair access, but they gave it to us for the same price—no problem. The room was big and very clean

Although it is not centrally located, it was okish for those who move with own vehicle. Executive lounge was also average level (F&B) but good that children could entered. Breakfast was a bit simpler than others.

Secondly there is no pool even though pictures clearly show the pool , the general feeling of the hotel is underwhelming rooms are not up to date ( maybe good enough in 2005 ) , service is not up to standard for what you expect from a Sheraton

The Steigenberger Los Angeles Platz in Berlin is a very nice Hotel. For Breakfast, you should take a lot of time, since the selection is so large. The Steigenberger has for me, by far one of the best Breakfast buffets.

Location is good (Had Döner nearby the first night). Had a real good night's sleep. It was my first steigenberger hotel. My only negative point is that it may not be value for money for a family/leisure trip

This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise

Overall, I would say "stay at the Adlon if you must, but the real jewel of Berlin hotels is the Savoy. awesome service with best facilities

I recently stayed at nhow Berlin for three days and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a youthful vibe. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, making my stay incredibly comfortable

The hotel is in a good location. It is an old-fashioned hotel. The rooms facing the garden are quieter. The rooms are not very big. But they are fully equipped. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Impressive foyer, good food, clean and tidy rooms. I found the corridors to be bare and somewhat clinical. The chairs in the bar area are very low (couches and arm chairs)

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card

The Crowne Place Berlin City Centre offers a comfortable stay with its excellent beds and spotless rooms, albeit a tad small. Elevator waiting times are minimal, ensuring swift access to rooms

The staff was kind and welcoming, and while every person we spoke to was wonderful, I want to mention Ole at the concierge desk, who not only recommended great dining options, but got us into a fantastic vegetarian Michelin star restaurant on the spot

The Swimming pool was a big attraction for our daughter who loves swimming and made for a nice relaxing wind down to the day after walking the length and breath of Berlin! The hotel is a short walk to the zoo and bikini mall This is our second stay and we highly recommend! We will be back again

The shower was great with good water pressure and a large waterfall-like shower on the ceiling. You can also chill and get your favorite cocktails at the bar on the ground floor
