Great location , rooms were small but very nice and neat. The terrace is amazing with views of Berlin.
Lot of problems when checking-in, management of reservations and invoices. Rooms are small and with no room for clothes. Still a lot to improve in customer experience. Nice terrace to have a drink.
Great hotel, rooftop bar was my favorite one for summer night! The elevator are super quick, but you feel nothing inside so that's why all top5 stars
Perfectly located hotel in the center of Berlin, very pleasant service, beautiful view from the higher floors. Great breakfast with a beautiful view of Berlin and its center. Trouble-free parking in the nearby garages, which are primarily intended for the Berlin Zoo. The rooms are smaller but absolutely sufficient for an overnight stay, and for that you get a perfect location in the center of Berlin...
As always a great experience with Motel One. This one in particular is great. Roof top bar on 10th floor offers great views and a lot of outdoor space. I had a room on the 17th floor. Thank you for that!!
This hotel has excellent location, lots of shops and restaurants around. Good shopping possibilities. KaDeWe in walking distance. Just a few meters from the ZOO. Lots of bus stations and U bahn stations around. The rooms are well equipped and clean, only missing tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The staff was ok, the reception staff was not very pleasant and tried to bill my stay twice, after some...

Decent place with modern design, and very convenient location. No luxury, but price is quite reasonable. Could have been nice with fridges in the rooms
Clean, renovated and nice staff! Great location and nice view of the city (was on the 13th floor) ✌️ Liked that in the lobby there’s a big table with sockets where digital nomads can work comfortably and have some interesting conversations with each other 😄 The price was relatively high because my stay was a bit before the Berlin marathon weekend. Wish there was a fridge in the room.
They have friendly and helpful staff. Especially Mr. Şahin, like all Turkish origin people, is a very helpful and understanding employee. I would like to thank him. He made my vacation more beautiful. Although the rooms are small, they are very useful, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The best part of the hotel is that transportation is very easy and it is located in a lively square.
It was a great, no-nonsense stay. The room was neat and fine. The hotel is very centrally located and a good base to reach the main hotspots on foot and/or by public transport. Also the transport to and from the airport is very easy. The overall experience was good. Nevertheless, there are some remarks. Due to the size of the hotel, it felt a bit like a mass market getaway. This easily makes attention...
Stayed there recently for a couple of days. Location is really great. I arrived two hours before check-in time, and was cheked-in without any problem (check-in and check-out were pretty fast). Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable. Big plus for me was an ability to open window in the room. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast, but for two days that's fine.
Clean and cozy rooms. The staff were super polite. The breakfast can be improved though, you don’t have omelette or fried eggs as options, only boiled eggs.

Great location, nice rooms, great service. We arrived a bit early hoping to leave our bags but they were kind enough to check us in to our rooms early. Nice hair/body shampoo in the shower.
We were not a stay over guest, but we had spare time till the next Train. I have to especially put out a thanks to Joshua at reception who treated us like special guest even tho I told him that we only wanted drinks. He even took our luggage into storrage and showed us the bar area and explained everything. This was exceptional. And our bartender Ibrahim was such a special person. Quick and very attentive...
+ | The location was perfect for us directly opposite the station as we had an early train in the morning. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. The room was clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The large bar did nice cocktails and the buffet breakfast was good. - | The rooms are very small. OK for one night, but for two people any more than that would have been pushing it confort wise
Staff are friendly and the room was always cleaned to a high standard; however, there were several issues during our stay: -water pressure in the shower was mediocre and the temperature would not go beyond warm -walls were quite thin and we could hear conversations had in the room next door -despite being on the 10th floor, street noise was a problem during our stay -showel gel was not halal: it contained...
I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at Motel One Berlin recently. While there were a couple of initial hiccups with the Wi-Fi and room temperature, the management went above and beyond to fix the situation. They were quick to respond, genuinely apologetic, and really focused on making things right. Highly recommend this hotel for their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for two days. The room was immaculate and the overall ambience was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk away from Berlin Train Central Station 🚅. The breakfast was a real highlight for me, and the staff provided excellent service. I would like to give a special shoutout to "Natty" for her help during breakfast 🙏. I...

I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation I had at this location! The staff is professional, attentive & very kind! I loved my room! I feel bad I was there for 24 hrs and didn’t even get to do much but the city is wonderful! I loved my experience at this hotel esp their attention to detail as well! I am going to come back and stay at this location again for sure this is the best experience...
Good hotel, nice location. This is HHI Express, so there is a touch of "budget hotel" feeling in the service, but otherwise a decent hotel for stay and location is pretty good. The goods: - Nice location (close to multiple restaurants, transport options and city center). - Rooms are good, clean. - Staff at reception speak fluent English - Breakfast is quite OK. - There's a self checkout stall next...
I stayed there recently for about four days. It was absolutely a lovely stay!!. Felt like I was living at home. Extremely comfortable and the breakfast was really delicious and had a great variety. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They also provide lactose free milk at the breakfast for those who are lactose intolerant. The housekeeping was also really friendly and they made sure to...
European hotel rooms are small, and that’s fine, but the layout of our room was actively ridiculous. There wasn’t enough space between the edge of the first bed and a nearby table to walk past with both feet on the ground; you actually had to CLIMB over to access the rest of the room. Neither the bed nor the table could be moved. That meant that my friend had to physically step over my bed (or my sleeping...
Stayed here for 5 nights on vacation & I could not be more happy with this location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast area was fully stocked with a huge selection of meats, cheese, bread and other items. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed allowed me to have a good nights sleep and the internet was reasonably fast. A good central location, walking...
Impressive compact and clean hotel. It's not fancy, but very clean, neat and very close to everything. Check in was straightforward, good amount of tourist information and nice to have a handrail in the shower! The bed and room were very comfortable too. Great berlin choice 👍

The location is excellent. The legendary KaDeWe departement store is literally around the corner. Good transport connections to the underground and buses. There's no safe in the room. No proper chairs. No wardrobe, only shelves. Loud drilling noises on Monday morning.
Super location, room was very comfortable and silence. Lobby like other Motel One hotels is large and modern styled.
When we arrived the service was awesome, very helpful and really nice. For the price the hotel was very neat and pretty, the only thing it lacked was a personal mini fridge. I was really surprised at the fact that a 3* hotel offers daily cleaning service. Just for 2.40€ one could get to Alexanderplatz from a nearby U-Bahn station with no issues. Lovely budget place, recommend!
Good deal for the money spent. The booked this hotel via booking. The place is good if you want to go shopping, because it’s very near main shopping street. Zoo is also not far away. City centre is a bit more far away, but you should use u-bahn near the hotel. Also the hotel has very cool bar at the lobby Lost 1 star from me, because room had some questionable stains on the wall :D Also we got a...
Overall, it's a good hotel, especially considering the prices. The rooms might be a little small, but they are clean, and the toilets and showers, while small, are functional. If you're just there to sleep at night, it's perfectly fine and adequate. The only things I missed in my room were a safe and a fridge/mini-bar. The breakfast was a little disappointing; I missed having scrambled eggs, but in...

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Berlin. Immediately across the street from the main train station was so convenient for getting out and exploring, and a very easy walk to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate. The showers are a bit odd - shower and sink are just behind glass so if you are sharing a room you will be seen by your roommate. Which for some people is fine! But just know before...
Staff were friendly and generally helpful. The breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of items available. The room was fairly spacious, but the beds were too soft and very uncomfortable. They have a rooftop bar, but unfortunately, every time we tried to go, there was a private event going on.
My room was very minimalist, no soft chair or anything. Just a bed, shower, sink, toilet, and a counter to place things on. However, location was great.
Very nice, clean and modern room. Not very big but enough for couple. Good location, walking distance form train station! Good price. If you would like to book room check hotel's web page. They offer better rates then Bookig sometimes.
My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was a true indulgence. From the elegant ambiance to the attentive service, every moment was a delight. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Booked a 4 Bed Room, was pretty small for 4 people but manageable. Bed were not that comfortable. Enough storage for stuff tho and if requested we got more towels, didn’t work over the app tho. The room key over the app also didnt really work because it took a long time to load and you were just faster with a physical key.
Nice room with comfortable bed and the usual amenities. Breakfast was good but I missed some fruit variety. There is no safe in the room, but there are some small drawers that can be secured if you bring a lock
Decent hotel, with pros and cons. Pros: Close to subway, rooms are clean, nice lobby atmosphere, there is breakfast. Front desk was very friendly. Free wifi. Cons: Room was very compact, there was AC but it didn’t work well. Location wise, not many restaurants nearby worth eating at.
Rooms are simple but clean, breakfast consists of pastries, meats, cereal and plenty more. The restaurant has nice food and the bar has a great selection of cocktails and more. Air con is available once the window is closed, and is very effective. The guest kitchen is again simple but has all utensils needed and is handy for making any warm drinks or food whenever. staff are very friendly and i recommend...
This hotel was really good for a reasonable price. The service was really nice to me and very outgoing. Not only did I get a physical keycard to open my room, they also have an app with which you can open your door or call the service to restock your bathroom. Great rooms and nice location- right next to the station. The only thing is that, if you arrive earlier than the check-in time- you have to self drop your luggage in a room that’s not locked and is accessible by anyone. Otherwise everything was perfect, clean rooms and good service.

Location was good, a short walk from where we needed to be. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice enough, dining room was clean. Unfortunately our room wasn't quite what we were expecting from the pictures, rusted radiators, very outdated and basic. But not unclean.
Wonderful location, 2 minute-walking distance to train station and bus stops, nice restaurants around. Extra bed in the room is great and makes you feel more comfortable when you stay with your friend. Room service comes every morning which is good since we know how other hotels around the same location give clean towels and bedsheets every 3 days. The only negative point is that the toilet doesn't...
The Hotel Aldea in Berlin is a great stay for value. We stayed here for two nights while backpacking through Europe, and it was a fine place to stay while we spent time sightseeing in Berlin. The room did not look like how it was advertised on the web (much older room), but it was clean and everything worked properly. Just wish it had A/C. The breakfast is totally worth it and offers a HUGE selection...
The location of the hotel is good. I was not satisfied with the room. The bathroom was not clean and had moulds on the walls. The toilet flush was not working properly. The room was very warm and so we had asked for a table fan. Unfortunately the fan was also not working properly and was making noise because of which I couldn't sleep the entire night. Breakfast was ok for me as I'm not a big fan of...
Room was quiet but too warm on sunny days and the curtains did not do much to block out the light. I slept with an eye mask. The carpet was a bit smelly and the bathroom was quite smelly and not sure where it came from. Pillows were lumpy and about one centimeter thick. Location was excellent and the staff was amazing. Didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on that.
The staff is the reason why I give this place such a high rating they were so amazing. The rooms were not amazing but it was cheap so that’s what you get right. It has an underground parking garage which is amazing & close to the train station.

One word: amazing! The rooms were very clean and the service is 10+. Every night the woman that was working helped us with everything we needed and she was very kind to us.
Decent hotel, moderately comfortable and cozy for the price. A plus for the free coffee and cornetto that they offer for breakfast. Ok for business trips.
We stayed 3 nights and the Public Trans gave us easy access to all the sites. SORAT is close to the U2 station so easy access to public transportation. Only a 5 minute walk. Our room was small and very pricey. I guess Berlin hotel pricing is now through the roof. The staff were very friendly and provided more towels on request and exchanged them whenever we asked. Terrific hotel - has everything that we needed. Clean with everything working well. Fresh croissants and good coffee included. Lovely staff - friendly and didn’t mind my lack of German. Great hotel and a delicious breakfast. Every morning there was a huge buffet style breakfast. Germany really knows how to do breakfast. Staff was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.
A really good hotel with an excellent breakfast. Good sized room, very clean and well provisioned. Really helpful staff and an easy walk into Alexandra Platz.
No coffee for two days because electric pot was broken and there were none available to replace (maybe keep a couple extra since they are all very old?). Really close to city center, very convenient for tourism. Hotel can improve on cleanliness because it’s quite dirty, carpets really need to be changed/washed. Mostly all Staff was rude and didn’t try to solve any requirement we had. For the price (€119 per night with breakfast) I would recommend it but it’s is certainly below Hilton Standards.
This is the best Hampton Inn stay I've ever had! The location is a quick 4-5 minute walk to Alexanderplatz, and all the shopping, eating, history and culture you can enjoy. Or you can step directly across the street and catch the M4 or M5 Tram to anywhere in the city. The rooms and service are top-tier! The breakfast buffet is second to none! Oh How Good!

Good location, lovely hotel and the decor in the public reception area was cool and quirky! The room decor was basic and quite small, would have been good to carry the same theme throughout! Good location, next to metro station, near a Lidl and friendly staff!
Poor value-for-money. Service was unfriendly. Room was not cleaned properly. Towels were dirty. Cleaning staff tri⁷ed to enter the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door outside. No safety chain on the inside of the room door. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and it fell below my expectations of the Motel One brand.
I really liked it, basic but very comfortable room. Everything was clean working well. The location is fantastic. There are a lot of public areas and the feeling is great. Good value for your money.
The rooms are a bit too minimalist for me but the common spaces are great ! Breakfast is simple but effective 😁. Excellent location and very nice staff 👌🏾
Overall, okay-ish option for very short stays exploring predominantly the „Museumsinsel“. Clean rooms, however, tiny space offering no place to hang clothes other than 2 small hangers. Single-sink bathroom offering barely enough space to turn, with no amenities other than a shampoo. Incredibly unfriendly service upon check-in by „Jenny“. Despite double bedroom booking, surcharge for second person(...
For the price we paid to stay here we expected a lot more, small room and quite basic, but clean. No kettle, no iron ( not that there's enough room to iron anyway) not even a welcome bottle of water. Staff were friendly enough, but our shower gel vanished on day 1 and was never replaced. Can't comment on breakfast because we didn't think €120 for 4 days breakfast was acceptable. Very basic rooms no bar fridge or kettle Overall building and grounds 6 did not appear to be carried for much but the rooms were clean and functional
Good, clean, base. Lovely staff in the bar where you can get pizza, sandwiches and cakes. Views great from the higher floor rooms. Easily accessible by public transport (Once you figure it out) trams are every few minutes. Using welcome passes on transport makes it easier. It's about 45 mins from berlin centre.
Just left from hotel. I really liked the experience. My room was very nice and had a very good breakfast. Thank you for everything.
Stayed here when we went to Berlin. The rooms were very large and clean. Can’t complain about the hotel, staff were also very helpful. The only downside was it was a bit far out from the city. You need to take the M6 tram into the city - the tram station is located not far from the hotel. It takes about an 50 mins to an hour to reach the city centre!

Good hotel, great location close to many major sights and restaurants. Really friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and modern, however only complaint was there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain when we first came into our room. Other than that, we had a good stay. Would definitely come back next time we are in Berlin.
H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz is a centrally located, modest-priced, well-run hotel. The staff was immensely helpful during my stay. I had to catch a very early morning flight on the day of my departure. No problem. The hotel prepared a bag breakfast for me. Highly recommended.
Splendid hotel in the center of Berlin. You get what you pay for. The staff is friendly and will help you in anyway they can. On our first day we went to the breakfast buffet and it was crowded so they gave us an upgrade to the H4 hotel buffet so we didn't have to wait.
Awesome price-performance ratio. Small but cozy and clean room with quality noise isolation, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Great location with several public transport options in the vicinity. There's really nothing to complain about.

Very good hotel with exceptionally clean, warm, and tidy rooms. The location is excellent and close to the underground for easy access to and from the airport. We arrived late, and although a taxi from the airport cost €65, public transport would have been very easy to use with enough time.

This is a budget hotel that does the job, with a great location. It has small rooms, but the curtains are good and it was relatively quiet and they have air-conditioning. We have stayed several times here and it’s a great option for affordable sleep in a clean place. Good location, decent beds, straightforward check-in, and the kitchen for the guests is a plus. The hotel itself is not so bad, breakfasts are pretty good, the location as well. Although I can't say that I was happy about hotel's surroundings. Great place, a little old but it has some charm to it. Be warned that it has a lift but only halfway up each level so you will need to walk up or down to reach your floor from the lift. The rooms were very nice and had an unexpected mini fridge, and a fan, which helped in the summer weather!
The rooms are considered decent and basic even though this hotel is resided in a very old building. The lift is quite old as well. It is quite near to train station, attractions and nearby amenities. It is near to one of the stops of those city tour buses as well.
Location is very good, in the proximity there are a lot of breakfast cafes, zoo, public transportation. The walls between the rooms are very thin, so you can hear people talking. The rooms are clean, old interesting building.
Great location. Hotel with character. Rooms are spotless. But be prepared for a chaotic check-in - slow with a que snaking down the stairs. Don't know why they have not introduced another system. Internet is poor. Difficult to assess. Kind of 3.5 stars. Give them the benefit of doubt however, and go for 4.

It is a great place to live. We had a great time there. Breakfast was really good. Room quality and service was exceptional.
Decent location and the staff are nice, but it's an older building so it's quite loud i.e.you can hear the tram, toilets flushing and people in the hallway. The shower was teeny and could use an update and the overall decor was dated, but decent for a short/quick stay.
This hotel does not deserve it's 4 star rating. It's a normal German three Star Hotel but nothing more. The rooms are ok, TV is small and not from a good quality. The breakfast was okay but nothing more then standard.
Run off the mill hotel. Nothing special, but okay for a couple of nights. The reservation by phone was very cumbersome. The fitness and sauna are only open from 10 to 22, unfortunately. Breakfast was quite good for the price. Overal good value for money.
Beds are okay. Rooms could be renovated - they are looking old fashioned. Problems to find a free parking space. - You can pay 9 Euro to use the locked and safe parking area. Nice and friendly employees. Good breakfast.

Beautiful location with outstanding service and delicious food. We were served by the waiter called Laura and she was very attentive and super friendly! Thanks!
What a stunning location for a brunch! I was there on a Saturday, with a party of 6 and we grabbed one of the last indoor tables (it was still a little bit chilly to be outside). The atmosphere in this old gym is great, the live band adds a nice touch and the service is great! The buffet has something for everyone (the waffles are a plus!)
We brunched here and everything was great! The food, the vibe, the live music! The only thing that could be improved a little bit is the attitude of the servers but overall a big recommendation if youre looking for a good all you can eat buffet in Berlin!

Overall a great stay—clean, and comfortable. However, attention to detail could be improved. If a guest requests a service, it should be followed through and not forgotten. Also, the common ironing room needs a better location. Having it inside the accessible toilet isn’t ideal for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, a good experience!
Reception staff were very helpful and official. Room was cleaned daily and thoroughly, my personal belongings were handled with care in my absence. I felt safe and secure during my stay at the hotel. Couldn’t hear any noise coming from outside or other rooms, therefore I could have a good rest. Free bottled water was provided, alongside with other refreshments. Hotel is in a great location, close to...
A few minutes walk to the U2 & excellent shops & cafes nearby make this a great location for those exploring Berlin. We were allocated a room overlooking the car park on the 3rd floor which was very quiet. Our adult daughter travelling with us was on the second floor overlooking the street & she experienced much more outside noise. Also there was a large party of children staying who were running along...
Great hotel definitely worth staying there right next to the metro too. A fantastic kebab shop opposite the hotel definitely worth trying. The beds and pillows were amazing a good powerful shower and rooms kept nice and clean.
We booked this through EasyJet Holidays as it seemed to have the optimal review/price ratio and wasn't ridiculously far out of the way (city centre reachable on public transport in 20 mins). Friendly enough staff (do remember you'll have to pay about €4-5 per night 'city tax' at check-in), rooms clean, bathroom the right size with tissues, refuse bags for sanitary products, nice big sized sink, shower...

Good overall when you compare to what we paid! Friendly staff and not as Corona triggered as some can be...😉
My husband and I had a great time here. Staff very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very clean. When they came in to take any towels for washing they even folded up my clothes that I had sitting on the bed etc. Great location for attractions and amazing little restaurants. Great atmosphere. We loved every minute. We are travelling Europe on our honeymoon and this was such an amazing place...
Bog standard in a good way. Rooms are nice and clean, location is good, pretty cheap. Get what you pay for!
One of the best hotels I've ever been according to its price. Very clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The location is peaceful and it's close to almost everything! The U Samariter Strauss station is 2 minutes away and also you can find in the area bakeries, bars, restaurants, almost everything. I really recommend it.
Nice and comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location and close to metro station. Will recommend.
Really good hotel. Right beside the subway. Room was too hot though and air conditioning didn't work. Good size rooms. Clean.
