Berlin, Mohrenstr. 30 🧭 Map
Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel...
This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager
I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience
Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna
Excellent Service and Location: I praised the hotel's prime location, comfortable bed, and great shower. I appreciated the exceptional service from the staff, particularly the concierge and breakfast servers ¹
I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip

Great hotel, suitable for big events, too. The rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent, while dinners were perfect. The staff is very polite and responsive.
Very central hotel, walking distance to Brandenburg and quite in a active corner of the city. Breakfast is amazing with so much variety! they have also a special corner for the kids and for those who have a special diet
A great bar and restaurant on L3. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit
Room wasnt ready (third bed not prepared and no towels for third person, it was me, son and husband), so we had to report to reception in order to get somebody prepare the supposedly prepared room
Two gripes: our rooms were cleaned without us asking (stayed only two nights and didn't require or ask cleaning. We thought their policy is that they do NOT clean unless you tell them to
Secondly bathroom-toilet had a coloured glass window which is kind of stupid, because when you use it during the night, light spills into the bedroom which might wake others up

The SPA facilities were up to par, with the sauna in excellent working condition, providing a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool as we didn't have our bathing accessories with us
Always a pleasant stay. All the staffs are helpful and friendly.Their breakfast is the best.
My experience at the JW Marriott in Berlin was excellent. My husband and I spent two nights there and were pleased with the hotel, bar, and restaurant staff. Our room was beautiful with a heated floor in the bathroom
I loved the renovated rooms with the heated floors in the bathroom. Everything from this hotel was an outstanding experience. Very clean and modern, most of all, the best service ever. Highly recommend staying here
It’s a very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (especially FO). Except the location, (a bit quiet areas), you needed to take a taxi or better drive to the city centre or shopping district
It’s a comfortable hotel to stay. It’s with strong water pressure so it’s a pleasure to take a shower especially during cold winter nights. The only thing that’s not as satisfying is the bed

The hotel initially did not give us the room type we requested for, but we managed to change it the next day. The hotel breakfast was well organised. the rooms were clean and had enough space to stay comfortably.
The room was quiet and comfortable, with great soundproofing that kept the city noise out. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and consistent temperature
The only drawback was the lack of a kettle and cups in the room. Hot water was available at reception, but having these in the room would have been more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a short trip
I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for a regular trip. The location is excellent right in the city and very convenient for exploring
Very quiet hotel for being so close to the station. My wife is a very light sleeper and had no issues. The location is great for being next to the Berlin Central Station. Had a fridge but no tea kettle
However, it was possible to get a hot water at reception. My compliments to the hotel, how it's settled with Breakfast and also how good Windows in a room are isolated! It was perfect

It was a great, no-nonsense stay. The hotel is very centrally located and a good base to reach the main hotspots on foot and/or by public transport. Also the transport to and from the airport is very easy
Clean, renovated and nice staff! Great location and nice view of the city (was on the 13th floor) ✌️ Liked that in the lobby there’s a big table with sockets where digital nomads can work comfortably and have some interesting conversations with each other 😄 The price was relatively high because my stay was a bit before the Berlin marathon weekend
Stayed there recently for a couple of days. I arrived two hours before check-in time, and was cheked-in without any problem (check-in and check-out were pretty fast). Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable
Although the rooms are small, they are very useful, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The best part of the hotel is that transportation is very easy and it is located in a lively square
They have friendly and helpful staff. Şahin, like all Turkish origin people, is a very helpful and understanding employee. He made my vacation more beautiful
Wish there was a fridge in the room

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter
This hotel is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, the first thing that you see is this huge cylindar fish tank which is located behind the reception desk. The lobby area is nice and airy and the staff are very welcoming
The environment is clean and tidy and smells lovely and fresh. Very spacious and again clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff members, and they made some great recommendations in relation to places to eat
You fall asleep at night being able to look onto a relaxing and beautiful view. The are over 150 species of fish in the tank and you can see scuba diver cleaners maintaining too if you look out for them
They are so friendly and polite. The bar area is also very nice and the breakfast is delicious. There is a nice selection of food, that is well cooked and very fresh
This aquarium is part to the actual aquarium tourist attraction where you can also take an Elevator through the middle of the tank

This was the greatest property I've ever stayed at in Europe. The service is absolutely superb. I cannot recall her name, but the young woman who checked us in at the Front Desk truly set the tone for a fantastic stay
The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The lounge was well stocked and well staffed. My wife and I stayed here for a wedding Anniversary and they sent a Jar of Macaroons to our room
Location is wonderful as well. Kudos to the staff and management for the warmth and professionalism- I worked in Hotels and a Cruise ship for years and this Service was Top Shelf
I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and found it to be a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, and the fast Wi-Fi access was a great convenience for business needs
The rooms were well-maintained, with the highlight being the spacious bathrooms and rooms, which added to the overall comfort

The room is nice, the location is good, very close to the subway U5 U6 station, it is very convenient to go to the city center, and it is also close to Brandenburg. Berlin food is really good
The hotel is in a good location. It is an old-fashioned hotel. The rooms facing the garden are quieter. The rooms are not very big. But they are fully equipped. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
After a cold 15-minute walk from the Holocaust Memorial to the U-bahn, my young son and I stopped in for hot chocolate and an *ahem* adult beverage at the bar. It was quiet and had a very welcoming atmosphere
The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable and the gym from the hotel just wow, with an area just for cardio and another one for strength training you just don’t miss your gym at home
Great hotel, the location is amazing at 1km from Brandenburg Gate, 1km from the Museum Island and 1km from Check-point Charlie. It has a subway outside the building which connects to the main tourist spots
Excellent location as it's right along the main street. Property is a bit dated but rooms are renovated. Staff are very nice so that's a plus too.

Also a super central location for getting to all the other tourist attractions like the East side gallery, alexanderplatz etc. The hotel itself is quite dated and simple, but cleanliness is maintained
* The Berlin Marriott Hotel offers a refined experience with comfortable rooms and attentive service. * Its central location makes it convenient for exploring the city's attractions and vibrant nightlife
Super nice people and made our trip so memorable. The staff is so nice and even responds to emails so quickly. They are really top notch Mariott quality. All the best Mariott and see u again soon
Very clean and the sauna/pool amenity was great esp during winter! The location was perfect too as it was close to public transpo and even just as a starting off point for your walking
Very good hotel, very convenient location, close to famous sites and restaurants. The only concern is the price for breakfast is very high, 40 Euro per person.
I loved this hotel and the breakfast was very nice! Location is excellent with the metro and local train connections just few mins away

Berlin, Unter den Linden 77 🧭 Map
The staff was kind and welcoming, and while every person we spoke to was wonderful, I want to mention Ole at the concierge desk, who not only recommended great dining options, but got us into a fantastic vegetarian Michelin star restaurant on the spot
Very centrally location - with views of the Brandenburg gate which is incredible Hotel is of a high standard and has a classic old school feel throughout
Our recent stay at the Adlon Kempinski Berlin was easily among the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel itself is traditional, yet nothing is out of date, old or distressed as is common in “traditional” hotels
The front desk staff was super kind and accommodating! Also one morning when I showed up to breakfast(included in the room price and beyond wonderful!) I was immediately greeted with happy birthday
From the moment you walk in the stately entrance, about 150 yards from the actual Brandenberg gate, and right next to the American Embassy, you’re surrounded by old world, luxury and elegance
The entirety of the hotel is clean, spacious and airy, with great natural light in common spaces. We were completely relaxed, regardless of where we were in the hotel

(Incredibly firm mattress) hearing noise wasn’t an issue. A very quiet hotel for being in Central Berlin. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants within walking distance. And easy to get to the Christmas markets
First class service and hospitality. Had issues with the TV to work but got that fixed immediately, breakfast was incredible so many options. Excellent location, easy access to the subway and bus stops
Immediately upon entering the front desk staff were welcoming and conversed easily in English. Once we got to our room, it was clean, spacious, and the beds were wonderful to sleep on
The breakfast buffet though was the best I have ever experienced or seen. The assortment of food and beverages was unreal. It was enough to fill you up all day
NH Collection Berlin Checkpoint Charlie was absolutely beautiful walking in the door. We were there over Christmas and the decore was stunning
The bar area was fun and had great atmosphere with different types of seating areas

The hotel is clean and in a great location for all forms of public transport. Close to huge shopping centre and awesome atmosphere
The location is fantastic, with shopping centres and transport just a few minutes away. It's also a great place to work from and study, with high-speed internet and a dedicated study room and community spaces
Amazing place, at the center of Berlin, lovely art. Will definitely come back!
Super friendly and helpful staff. We left our daughter to study in Berlin for a year in good hands with very supportive staff like Fatima and Henny. Very hip environment full of student life and culture
the rooms are very big for a hotel and the common areas are very large and very nice with a good vibe. generally it feels more like a nice place where you can stay longer rather than just a hotel
Exceptional experience! Everybody was incredibly friendly and willing to help. TSH has a unique vibe, both in terms of the community and in terms of the design, aesthetic and hospitality

In the heart of everything, short walks to all the landmarks, which is massively convenient. We ate in the Tapas restaurant and the food was really good and waiting staff attentive. Front desk answer all questions
We did have access to the Level lounge, which is good however they wouldn't let you take the drinks to your room, which I just thought defeated the purpose of the upgrade, after a day of walking around the sites it is nice just to relax with a beer in your room
The transportation is convenient, the hygiene is good, the hotel breakfast is also very good, and there is an executive lounge, but sometimes the price difference between reservations is quite large
Ideal location, beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom and most importantly, 24/7 sauna, with a lounge area, towels, water, showers, lockers
Room was really good, we had a view of the river and bridge, area is quite noisy at night though, always an emergency service siren blaring or taxi papping horns
Convenient transportation. The restaurant is just across the river. There is a drugstore next to it.

It's only one stop away from the central station, so it's easy to get to many places, and I didn't have any concerns about safety, so I'm really glad I stayed here
The room is clean, you can boil water, buy a monthly ticket, and there is a subway entrance and various train platforms right outside the door. You can get on the train directly and quickly reach various attractions
There is a review supermarket and DM daily necessities store a few steps away, the prices are cheap, and you can walk to major museums. I will stay here again next time, it is cost-effective
The location is very convenient. There is a subway station opposite the door. There are many places to eat around. There are also many free snacks and drinks in the room. It is very suitable for travel.
Great hotel, even better location! Very close to public transport like Sban - right next to a big station. The rooms on floor 8 each have a spacious personal balcony
Good! Room is spacious and clean in design. Enough room to hang clothings location is convenient.

Top room at the usual Standard, some with views of the Alex. One of the most beautiful Motel One I know
Good location, lovely hotel and the decor in the public reception area was cool and quirky! The room decor was basic and quite small, would have been good to carry the same theme throughout! Good location, next to metro station, near a Lidl and friendly staff!
The rooms are a bit too minimalist for me but the common spaces are great ! Breakfast is simple but effective 😁. Excellent location and very nice staff 👌🏾
Single-sink bathroom offering barely enough space to turn, with no amenities other than a shampoo. Incredibly unfriendly service upon check-in by „Jenny“. Despite double bedroom booking, surcharge for second person(?)
Overall, okay-ish option for very short stays exploring predominantly the „Museumsinsel“. Clean rooms, however, tiny space offering no place to hang clothes other than 2 small hangers
We had some security concerns as anyone is able to access all floors without necessity to have a room card - particularly questionable in this location in Berlin

At first we were worried about the location as it is away from the main city center, but once we ‘discovered’ the U2 train station is only 5 minutes away and the bus stops are nearby, we could go anywhere in Berlin
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and overall had a very comfortable experience. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s excellent and super convenient for getting around the city
Some of the best and longest sleep I’ve had in months. The air conditioning temperature and the comfort of the bed was incredible. The hotel was incredibly central to many museums and tourist destinations
A very great hotel to live in Berlin,Position is in the center of city and city walk is very vonvenient for many famous historical views. The most important is the service
Whether you’re sightseeing or heading to meetings, everything is easily accessible. However, one downside was that I had to go downstairs every day to pay a €30 deposit, which was quite inconvenient and unnecessary
From the buffet breakfast with a huge selection to please everybody to the very comfortable and quiet room, we had an awesome experience at this hotel. Everything is high quality and the service is top notch

The hotel is very well located near Alexanderplatz but in a relatively quiet surroundings. The rooms are nice, clean and fairly new, although not very big. Good place to stay over a couple of nights.
one of the greatest city hotels ever been. modern , stylish with great quility of linnen. break fast is amazing as it should be for the room price. over all really value for money, higly recomended
The only reason it gets 3 stars from me is because of the nice view of the television tower and the central location of the hotel
Decent sized and clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Loved their go green policy for handwash and other toiletries. Took off one star because their washrooms have heavy sliding doors which were unfriendly.
I honestly expected more from the hosting. Firstly, room service was only open every two days, due to Corona. We understand this delicate moment, but I think that the client should not be penalized for that
(I want to make it clear that the maids left the room very clean. It is not a complaint against them, but about the frequency of cleaning provided by the hotel). Second, the shower cabin is a bathtub

The staff was amaizing on providing tips for the city and also very helfull on suggesting local supermarkets around to restock on water and essentials, not upsale the usual expensive goods from the hotel
We recently had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Berlin Mitte. The location, right on the Museumsinsel, was perfect for exploring the city's rich history and culture
The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests

Food In my opinion over priced (€16 each) for not even the best selection. We had this one morning but decided to find our own the rest, this wasn’t hard as there’s cafes, restraunts and shops littered in this area
Very nice place, but you can hear everything that goes on in the street.
