Rooms looks beautiful and spaced enough with nice furniture, but room was not vacuumed properly so nails from previous customer was everywhere on the floor. Hotel provides slippers and bathrobe that very comfy

Very central hotel, walking distance to Brandenburg and quite in a active corner of the city. Breakfast is amazing with so much variety! they have also a special corner for the kids and for those who have a special diet

Room wasnt ready (third bed not prepared and no towels for third person, it was me, son and husband), so we had to report to reception in order to get somebody prepare the supposedly prepared room

Two gripes: our rooms were cleaned without us asking (stayed only two nights and didn't require or ask cleaning. We thought their policy is that they do NOT clean unless you tell them to

Secondly bathroom-toilet had a coloured glass window which is kind of stupid, because when you use it during the night, light spills into the bedroom which might wake others up

I suppose the person who had this "ingenious" idea doesn't suffer from having to go to the bathroom during the night or that there is more than one person in the room

My experience at the JW Marriott in Berlin was excellent. My husband and I spent two nights there and were pleased with the hotel, bar, and restaurant staff. Our room was beautiful with a heated floor in the bathroom

Everything was clean and room service came in and replaced towels and glasses while we were out exploring the sights. We went to the hotel bar one night and there was a great band there

Our room was quite spacious and aesthetically pleasing, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The room included an iron and ironing board, which was a convenient addition

A wonderful hotel with a great location, very close to everything. We had access to the lounge, but for a Muslim and someone with a lactose allergy, there weren't many options, which was the only downside

The SPA facilities were up to par, with the sauna in excellent working condition, providing a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool as we didn't have our bathing accessories with us

The Westin Berlin is an excellent hotel with great amenities. The bar was great, and the ambiance was superb. It's in a great location and close to stores and exciting activities. I very much enjoyed staying here.

Impressive foyer, good food, clean and tidy rooms. I found the corridors to be bare and somewhat clinical. The chairs in the bar area are very low (couches and arm chairs)

Espresso house also across the road if you feels like to have a breakfast outside of the hotel. It’s the perfect base for both relaxing and sightseeing in Berlin!

There was no fitness center to which the front desk staff rightly pointed out there are my close by and most people just walk around the city. Overall I would stay here again

Close to all public transport (train, bus and tram) as well as Taxi's. The Cube building is close by as well with really good food. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly

It was a great, no-nonsense stay. The hotel is very centrally located and a good base to reach the main hotspots on foot and/or by public transport. Also the transport to and from the airport is very easy

Great location and nice view of the city (was on the 13th floor) ✌️ Liked that in the lobby there’s a big table with sockets where digital nomads can work comfortably and have some interesting conversations with each other 😄 The price was relatively high because my stay was a bit before the Berlin marathon weekend

Stayed there recently for a couple of days. I arrived two hours before check-in time, and was cheked-in without any problem (check-in and check-out were pretty fast). Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable

Although the rooms are small, they are very useful, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The best part of the hotel is that transportation is very easy and it is located in a lively square

Great location, nice rooms, great service. We arrived a bit early hoping to leave our bags but they were kind enough to check us in to our rooms early. Nice hair/body shampoo in the shower.

We were not a stay over guest, but we had spare time till the next Train. I have to especially put out a thanks to Joshua at reception who treated us like special guest even tho I told him that we only wanted drinks

He even took our luggage into storrage and showed us the bar area and explained everything. And our bartender Ibrahim was such a special person. Quick and very attentive for so many people

I can recommend this as a stop over and drinks. it's just 4min walk from central station. and if the rooms are as good as the service your in for a treat. I am very satisfied with the treatment at this motel one

The hotel is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk away from Berlin Train Central Station 🚅. The breakfast was a real highlight for me, and the staff provided excellent service

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter

This hotel is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, the first thing that you see is this huge cylindar fish tank which is located behind the reception desk. The lobby area is nice and airy and the staff are very welcoming

The environment is clean and tidy and smells lovely and fresh. Very spacious and again clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff members, and they made some great recommendations in relation to places to eat

You fall asleep at night being able to look onto a relaxing and beautiful view. The are over 150 species of fish in the tank and you can see scuba diver cleaners maintaining too if you look out for them

They are so friendly and polite. The bar area is also very nice and the breakfast is delicious. There is a nice selection of food, that is well cooked and very fresh

This aquarium is part to the actual aquarium tourist attraction where you can also take an Elevator through the middle of the tank

The goods: - Nice location (close to multiple restaurants, transport options and city center). - Staff at reception speak fluent English - Breakfast is quite OK

I feel bad I was there for 24 hrs and didn’t even get to do much but the city is wonderful! I loved my experience at this hotel esp their attention to detail as well! The breakfast is good and varied. scrambled eggs etc) but there are plenty of options. The room itself is very clean and quiet. The centre is very accessible with public transport and the staff are very helpful

- There's a self checkout stall next to reception for quick bite/drink etc. - You won't find shaving or dental kits readily, but per need, go and collect from reception

We stayed here three night and by far its best quality was its location. Just a small walk to the metro or a number of tourist attractions. We walked to the Brandenburg gate, the Berlin Wall, and a ton of museums

They have a lounge on 7 called the level but you have to upgrade your room to get it. Your room key card will say Level on it if you have access. Anyway, but for the rash I’d stay there again despite its expense

Kinda sucks but it’s not their fault - I believe it’s the feathers so if you are allergic see if you can get a down alternative (I could not). Checking in was a little painful but checking out was easy

The Sommelier at the Pots restaurant offered my husband a wine tasting of German wines. It was a wonderful experience and he allowed my husband to taste a number of different German white wines at no additional cost

I asked could I use the printer at the hotel, a young lady said they didn't allow it. A very nice gentleman the next morning allowed me to use their printer

The location is prime if you're a tourist as it's right next to the U-Bahn that can take you to Checkpoint Charlie, various museums and the central area of Berlin in minutes

All in all, a good spot that meets what will be most of your needs. They may try and get some more cash out of you for the spa/breakfast etc, but do some research and you can get cheaper and better outside

When you find a decent deal, it's definitely an above-average hotel experience, though not one I would say you should be breaking the bank for, especially given the rooms themselves are very average

Perfect location of the hotel near the main railway station, the river takes you to the centre. The surroundings of the hotel are sympathetic. The staff at the reception was nice, willing to help

I can understand this for the sauna, but not everyone feels comfortable being nude, especially when you want to sunbathe with children. It's disappointing that a hotel of this level is so restrictive in this regard

However, when I entered the spa area, I was informed that sunbathing is only allowed if you're nude

Housekeeping will knock on your door even if the do not disturb sign is hanging. We stayed here on 05 July 2024 and the next morning around 9am housekeeping knocked on the door. We then put the do not disturb sign out

It was a very comfortable experience! The breakfast was amazing, the location ideal, the room was great and had a balcony where I could sit and relax! The staff all around was great and helpful especially when I requested to extend my stay
