We ended up here by accident, but we’re so glad we did! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, just a short distance from the airport. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious.

I attended a massive bemer conference at Estrel Berlin on 20th September 2025. It was for 1400 guests so not a small event. We enjoyed drinks all day a fabulous lunch buffet and a spectacular dinner. Not bad .. but not good either. You get kind of youth hostel vibes. Crowded, not very personal check in at a computer, long corridors, ok-isch food. You feel more than a piece that needs to be processed rather than a valuable guest.

Well situated, rooms and interior design are a bit very modern and particular. Staff is overall nice and helpful but not much around as you are supposed to check-in yourself etc. I was a bit annoyed by their luggage storage service, as I was asking staff to put my luggage properly but they outright refused without any flexibility, turning everything in my bag upside down. Note: if you want your room cleaned, you have to inform the receptionist in advance. We spend 3 nights in the Superior Suite. The hotel is easy to find and navigate to, the free parking is a huge benefit. It’s mid-priced and right in Berlin’s city center, next to the metro. The only room left had two single beds and wheelchair access, but they gave it to us for the same price—no problem. Staff were friendly. The room was big and very clean. Ask if you want your water bottle refilled. I didn’t try breakfast or other extras because we were out all day. Good value for the location.

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card.

Check-In - very slow, all online check-in terminals were out of office. Same welcome story to all new guests. I was there 2 weeks ago and mentioned this and didn’t need the whole welcome story again. Fabulous hotel with an excellent location. We stayed here for five days in December as a family with two small children. The staff were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a wide selection of foods. Room was spotlessly clean. The pool was great too.

Also Wi-Fi was awful - works 5 min, then doesn’t work 5 min, and these cycles never end, so it is impossible to join teleconference or video call. I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic. I have had a very positive experience of travelling alone. The facilities are well-maintained and include a pool, gym and sauna. Breakfast is also delicious. The bathroom was a bit dated and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The room itself was generally clean. Of the 4 elevators, 2 didn't work at all and 2 only occasionally.

Mercure MOA is very modern hotel but like maze. Excellent breakfast with many varieties. The ground floor is a big supermarket named Edeka, so it’s very convenient to get things. The location is close to train station. This hotel has no bell boy service and no water bottle for the stay, and rest room has no bathtub. On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...
