4 star hotels in Berlin

The hotel was good and in a good location there was a couple of things kind of put me off .... First of all I don't appreciate being woken up at 7.45am / 8am in the morning by house keeping to see if I want my bed made and then again at 9am / 9.30am I understand its a big hotel with lots of rooms but 8am , that is to early, the next thing is I asked for a double bed and I got 2 single beds pushed...

Advantages: location and good breakfast. Disadvantages: very small toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is transparent so you don't have any privacy at all. Also there is no refrigerator at the room. If you have to store your luggage you have to pay 2 euro for each peace.

I am so grateful for the staff of this wonderful hotel. It’s in a great location and I highly recommend staying here. My girlfriend and I forgot $$$ in the room safe but we opened it to remove our passports. I called 5hrs later after we realized we forgot the money and it was still there. Park Inn was a convocation right next to the train. The breakfast offered for the marathon stay was incredible. Hot and cold buffet and so much more! Staff was friendly, beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean!

Lovely Hotel, very close to the station and very convenient for all the tours shops and the amenities. We had a lovey stay here. staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and plenty of it. the bar is lively and well decorated and there is plenty of drinks to choose from. The Christmas market at the back is nice and quaint and easily accessible from the hotel.

Excellent experience staying here with my kids for a week. The room was very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast options were extensive. There isn’t anything interesting to do or see right around the hotel, but it is located centrally making connection to other parts of the city really seamless. I will definitely stay here again.

I was there fir a convention. It was a massive hotel but felt sozy at the same time. They had couches everywhere. The Train is about a 10 minute walk so that was very convenient. There is a grocery store down the road. I was a very nice place.

Quite a nice hotel near the airport. Stayed for one night in a standard room. Rooms were equipped with all you can expect from a 4 star hotel except a kettle, toiletries and free bottled water but didn't really matter since I had my own.

The general experience is very good the room is nice and clean and the hotel is huge, F&B quality. Only bad experience is the cleaner keep coming inside the room for cleaning, even we put not disturb sign, sometimes they come around 8am. That’s not acceptable at all

Location is very convenient as it’s within 10 mins of station. The reception staff need some work on their customer service / attitude as when they checked me in, they weren’t very friendly at all. It’s a great hotel, well connected with train and bus and it’s not so far from cool places to eat and visits some stores. Of course it’s not in the city center but it’s a good option because it’s not too far away using public transportation. The hotel has a plenty options to eat near by, and the hotel staff are amazing, they are always welling to guide and helping you.

A very high standard of Hotel with beauty kept and spacious rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a really great size and the bathrooms are lovely. Cleaning is thorough. Breakfast had plenty of vegetarian options. Ideally suited for business travellers with the facilities on site. However, if you’re looking to explore Berlin as a tourist it is a little out of the way, even accounting for its proximity to a subway station.

Great location. Close to all public transport (train, bus and tram) as well as Taxi's. The Cube building is close by as well with really good food. Lovely hotel in a busy area but so quiet inside. Room perfect size for us. Air con excellent in the 30 degree plus heat the last few days. Clean and tidy hotel and room. Like how you can use the SuitePad to request the room cleaning be skipped....we didn't require daily cleaning. Would stay here again, if we come back to Berlin.🙂

The hotel is not too far from interesting points, you can get to the zoo in 10 minutes. Also there are a few places to eat one block away, the breakfast is basic but with very good options. The rooms are excellent with a lot of space and very comfortable.

Its a hotel with convention center. Its on top floor of the building. So you need to take elevator to 2nd floor to reach reception. Guests were little confused accout it. Nice, comfortable room. Only complaint was that there are rooms on the first floor that look our into the main conference area, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my blinds open. The room however is equipped with an automatic drop down shade, so at least it's easy to have privacy if you want it. For a one night business trip, this hotel served my needs just fine. Great, huge roomy place. The suburb itself is a little boring but you have a close metro station and supermarket next door. It is used mainly for conference accomodation.

The hotel is very centrally located. When we arrived we thought that it would be so noisy but due to the windows you don’t hear a sound! We were happy to be back and had two successful events this week. The location is perfect, well connected and central. Service was great, right from the beginning at the planning status but also during the event from banqueting team, restaurant and bar staff. Food was delicious and nicely presented. No complaints and we can for sure recommend the hotel!

Good hotel with everything you need. Close to S U tram, inter junction to many public lines. The bed is incredible comfortable, with three pillows. I love its bedsheet and comforter, soft to the skin.
