It was a nice hotel, nice rooms, the location was a bit annoying to get to. The breakfast was amazing however their 24/7 snacks were kinda lazy for example the nachos are just corn chips microwaved with cheese slices on top. Over good hotel though and would stay there again.

This hotel really punches above its weight. The rooms were great, spacious and beautifully furnished. The service was as good as any 5 star hotel I've stayed in, such as the Ritz or the W. Although the interior colours in this hotel are cold and dreadful, the service, the amenities, and the location more than make up for it. I visited this stunning hotel right in the center at Potsdamer Platz for a wedding mass, and it truly left an impression. The entrance hall is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and a wonderful pianist added to the elegant atmosphere. The bar is also worth a visit, offering a great space to relax. Nothing to complain about this hotel. 5-star hotel level. Room is big and cozy. Staff is well trained. Location is also nice because it is surrounded by many shopping mall and it is near the train station too. Very convenient. However, the breakfast is lower than my expectation since the food types are not diversified. More food choices in breakfast will make this hotel become prefect.

The staff are quite brilliant. English hotels have grumpy staff. Germany does pretty much everything better including hospitality.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, service, and location of this hotel. Highly recommended. One small thing that surprised me was the additional charge for the tourist tax. It would be fine if it were either included in the price or indicated somewhere, but it's a minor detail that didn't spoil my overall impression.

One of the best 5⭐️ Hotels in Berlin. You have everything you need and it‘s also very near to shopping, sightseeings and foodspots. Everything is very clean and fresh. This is a nice 5 stars property centrally located in Gendarmenmarkt with only 95 rooms. Within walking distance to Museumsinsel (museums island). Helpful and friedly front desk staff and a top nouch concierge. Highly recommended if you are planning a trip to Berlin.

Great location... great restaurant. Spent three days and two nights and had no issues. The breakfast buffet is served in the Atrium Cafe. Standard European breakfast. I also ate at the Aigner restaurant, which has a Austrian German centric menu that was great. Staff was friendly, room was lovely with an outstanding view. Love that the windows in our room fully opened. Breakfast was delicious I loved the Egg Berlin every morning. The only thing I would change is that they need the ability to use a digital key, the current key system has issues. During our 4 night stay we had to visit the front desk 3 times to have our keys reset.

I was there a couple of weeks ago for drinks and dessert on the Mistral rooftop terrace. Absolutely outstanding service. Amazing hospitality and professionalism. The Crème Brûlée was probably the best dessert I had in the last 6 months. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and location.

Thanks to Hyperion hotel for a memorable experience. I had booked rooms for my guests who attended my wedding at Hyperion at Prager Strasse Berlin. We also stayed at the hotel. Excellent service, energy efficient and clean rooms. The breakfast at the hotel was great. Already looking forward to visit the hotel again.

Very large rooms and an excellent Breakfast buffet. In fact, so a great Hotel. The Elevator only with the chip card, however, is in the degree of imposition, that I deduct a star. I have observed on several occasions annoyed people in the Elevator, on several occasions the dangers to your floor over.

Very good experience overall, the room was comfortable and clean, prices reasonable, the staff helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was also perfect for my meetings (I was in Berlin for work). To be really picky, maybe the air conditioning might be slightly improved as my room was a bit too warm even putting the control to maximum.
