Beautiful appartment with all the confort: warm, quiet, spacious, clean, modern, excellent bed quality for a good night rest. Amazing customer service. Very good value for money I thought. The location is just amazing. Every single staff member we met was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very nice small hotel. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed the wine left in the room. The location is excellent, in the middle of Berlin. We had to stay here while our apartment was being renovated for a few days last year. I recommended it to friends who visited us!

Very good place to stay in Berlin. I like how it's not just a standard hotel but follows the style of a small apartment.

Good appartement, crappy surroundings Appartement was huge and overall very nice. 3 room appartement. Looked clean. The entrance and staircase etc was like some crack house. Felt like going in via some shady back door, and it was at first hard to know where the entrance wa and how to get in via the locked door. Reception was okay though!

Good hotel, let us check in early as well as friendly staff. There is a code for the door to reception which I did not receive, so i had to call their number and they gave it to me. I have stayed with a couple of friends for a weekend. It has all you will need for a short stay, but if you require a fridge you need to ask on the reception for it to be turned on. It's not a fancy place but it is clean and has a great location.

It was fine. The hotel is super close to the train track, so take some ear plugs. The double glazed windows help, but only so much. Hotel was shabby on the inside and had to put in a code to go one floor to reception. Tv wouldn't work, couldn't open the windows and a tiny fan on the bench and fridge wasn't on . Room was huge and clean though, so not too bad, but the hotel was right next to a train station, which was very noisy, just around the corner from the main street which was great

Very Comfortable - Close to Transport & Good Size shopping precinct

The price is already very comfortable, but the mattresses are so. The shower hose is mega short, wash your hair standing up was impossible. Front Desk was super nice.

Great location, walking distance from alexander platz, the rooms are nice, much better then expected for the price. Even the breakfast is really good. But if you're going as a couple you get two single beds pushed together and they don't have two person blankets so not very romantic. I rent an apartment last year in the last week of January (the Soldiner Strasse's one), everything was good, the apartment was very pretty and communication with Mr. Minhoff was excellent.

Great hotel near the central bus station, just a 3 mins walk away. Supermarkets and cafes nearby as well as underground stations. The staff was nice and helpful, check in and check out went quickly. The bed was comfy, the WiFi was good, and my room was really quiet with the windows towards the back away from the main road. Note: the room doesn’t have a fridge or coffee maker - but that was no issue...

The hotel doesn’t have AC in the room this it was quite uncomfortable during the day in June and also the room doesn’t have basic mini fridge kettle or ironing stands which is quite odd. The staffs were quite friendly and the location is perfect.

I loved the pillows. I chose it because it was close to my son's family and had a kitchen. I did not understand that I was expected to bring my own toilet paper as I was told by one of the desk employees because it was an apartment. In fact, the housekeepers did replenish the supply, and most of the tings I requested, like a fan and a 2d ice tray, were provided but I had the sense that my requests...

They gave me the wrong number for checking in and I had problem at night nobody at the reception. You should check in during midday when reception is open.

The apartments are clean and equipped with everything you need. An extra bed in the DZ by means of the sofa-bed was also possible. This was also very comfortable and allowed for a quiet sleep.

I had a long stay (23 nights) and was very pleased. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the hotel is way in the back, off a very busy street. Very quiet and pleasant. Kind of like living in Berlin for awhile but with the beds made every day!

The property was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and area attractions like the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and informative and arranged our transportation upon departure. I would stay at this property again.

Lovely clean modern apartments. Friendly team and easy access to central Berlin. The apartment is very close to a number of attractions which made it very easy to visit them before the crowds turned up. We liked it so much we looked up where else they had them!

People at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, the kitchen was useful, and we really enjoyed the window side sitting area to see sunset. Didn't like that the elevator was out 2 tlmes during my stay. Walking up 4 flight of steps only to find out my keycard didnt open the door. Not happy

Clean room, kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave. Everything was fine. The advantage is the amazing restaurant opposite the hotel. The disadvantage may be the distance from public transport (about 5 minutes from the S-Bahn). Parking is available directly at the hotel, but there are plenty of free parking spaces in the surrounding area.

The apartments are new but the accommodation for 5 people was inadequate, we were packed in like sardines with no air conditioning, asked if we could get fans for the room and was told ‘it’s hot out here too’, we had to pay if we needed our towels changed which is terrible, needless to say we wouldn’t stay here again

Overall a good place to spend a few nights. We were with 5 people. The rooms are smaller than expected so it was rather tight. The room was clean, has a dishwasher and a bathroom. The only big downside is the location. The street does not look safe after dark. Public transport connection is pretty good. In general: Great hotel in the wrong place.

Great hotel in an old renovated building with large rooms with high ceilings. Very clean. We had a full kitchenette large dinning table. Large shower. We had a small balcony. They have an elevator. No air condition. The location is perfect by the subway and three different trams. Lots of coffee shops small restaurants for the morning.

I was booked in to a single room, which was small but very cosy and homely. The quality of sleep which I got over 5 days was second to none - very comfortable bed. I love German TV and there were loads of channels available on the television in my room. My little bathroom had everything which I could possibly need - a great shower with super water pressure - lovely! I was worried about slipping in...

Great stay, and incredibly friendly staff! They were amazing. What’s good to know is that there’s a bar below which is noisy, and there’s a tram and train which also is noisy in the rooms. So stay as high as possible.

Almost Perfect 👌 This is a fantastic place to stay , perfect for train / tram / underground access , lovely neighbourhood and a 10/10 apartment . Very high quality and wouldn’t hesitate in booking again . The only very minor grumble is the trains rumble under the hotel , if you sleep lightly (like me) it did keep me awake but it did not spoil my stay in anyway

We stayed for just two days, but I believe it would also be convenient for a longer stay (7-10 days), as there’s a kitchen for cooking and even a yoga mat provided. The room was very big with a good wife connection. However when I entered it was smelling cigarettes. Same as reception. The lower bed sheet wasn’t there and given you are on the 1st floor on a central cross road you get to hear cars and trams all night quite loudly.

Clean, the transportation is very convenient! There are many restaurants downstairs and there are many shopping options. The most impressive ones are the show gel and shampoo (we even checked how to buy them, but unfortunately they can only be purchased online and cannot be shipped to Asia) and the tea bag in the room. Overall, it is a good accommodation experience in Europe.
