Good part was super close to the station but that’s all.
To begin with, the rooms come with doubles bed with TWO THINNEST pillows, one to each, our necks were broken by the end, we requested a better one or one extra but apparently they don’t have any spare pillows or blankets
The room has zero amenities, ZERO
We weren’t informed in the reception that breakfast finishes at 10am so we were there at 9:55am and they told us we could have it this time as we weren’t informed but they allowed us serve the basic and removed the whole buffet and still charged us
The vending machine for coffee and tea was broken the entire 6 days of stay during this 2025 new year
Overall for the price, there’s better places

Fantastic value for a super clean and lovely hotel in a very convenient location (Tiergarten), close to public transportation. Efficient, easy check in process. WiFi fast and reliable. Bathroom clean with hot water and great water pressure. Comfortable beds and a window with a beautiful view! Definitely will stay here again when back in Berlin. Danke schön!

The stuff was friendly and helpful when our door key did not work. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Wifi was ok but sometimes, it did not work well. The breakfast has only few options and eggs was the only warm food there.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. I'm really pleased. It's very easy to reach everywhere. The hotel was very clean. It is really very convenient to stay at an affordable price. The staff is very helpful. The price of breakfast was very, very reasonable. I recommend it.

Had a lovely stay. The location was good, close to public transport and walking distance from shops etc. Room was clean and near. Shower was just what I needed after a long day of travelling.

After difficult Travel i arrived at the hotel late easy checkin, Nice room with AC, quiet night.

Great location. Near the sites we were visiting. Local transportation close by. Restaurants and stores are near the hotel. Parking is available and good for regular size vehicles, I have a full size truck and it would not fit, but that is the norm in Europe. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

This is a nice, well located place. It has a nice, quiet vibe and it's conveniently located close to a cable car station. We were there over a few hot summer days, and the room was very well ventilated. AC worked just fine and the rooms were super clean. Also the staff spoke spanish, which was great. Obviously they also spoke english very well. Overall, we 100% recommend it!

I stayed for 4 days here and booked one breakfast for trial. When I checked in, I was not informed that I could only use my breakfast at the first day, not anytime during my stay because I made reservations twice. It is disappointing that they didn’t have a flexibility for modification due to staff errors … Also, the room is not clean enough, I found used tissue in wardrobe, the cleanness standard should be improved …

+ Overall a very good solution for a 2 stars hotel. Great location. Clean rooms, value for money.
- Only one negative: The air conditioning is not a good solution for heating system. It makes the air dry and doesn't provide with a comfy room temperature compared to a normal heating system.
