Everything clean and new, Price is okay. Free parking. House on the outside and the garden could be improved.

I've been there 6 months ago for 1 night and I found a clean and nice place. The owner was really nice. The place is not far from the town centre and it's the ideal place if you plan to visit the castles.

Travelled here with my family, 2 adults and 2 kids and it was wonderful. Really nice apartments in a beautiful area. Great spa and pool area. Wonderful stay

Wonderful apartment hotel with fantastic views, great location, and very helpful people. This is an apartment hotel, which means that you get a mini-apartment, so keep that in mind. You have a small kitchen, and everything you need to maintain for yourself. You are provided with starter kit, but just like an apartment, you are expected to get your own stuff after that. Rooms are good, and view is outstanding! But there is was only one little soap for two peoples for 3 days. I was waiting for some better service for such money. But who need soap, when you have this view. :D BTW, sport hall is located directly near sauna. You have to be really in good condition to use it.

Booked an overnight room to stay, as my parents came to visit me in Germany. Excellent guesthouse with amazing views! Highly recommended!

Great views to the lake and castles. OK room with traditional furniture. Small shared kitchen and fridge (at least in our room)

Lovely, charming Swiss style chalet accommodation with well appointed rooms and lake view. A word of caution, this accommodation is not within walking distance of Fussen! great restaurants are nearby.

We have felt ourselves very well! The apartment is spacious and in Top condition...everything available. The landlady's heart is in the right place! Arrive and feel good, what more could you want?...We will come back!

Excellent location, huge clean modern room/apartment. Breakfast was wonderful. Internet wasn't great but that's about it!

Great hotel! First Tip: if you are driving there, realize this hotel is on the pedestrian walking mall. There are set hours you can drive down the pedestrian mall (8-10am, 6-8pm). So arriving outside of those times, park in deck P5, a couple blocks away, they will take your parking ticket and give you one to use the rest of your stay at a discounted rate. This was a lovely hotel on a nice, pedestrian only street. The lady who checked us in was so nice and thought of everything. Thankfully she spoke English, as my German is nonexistent. The deluxe room was large and comfortable, with separate living and sleeping areas, and a lovely little balcony off of it to sip wine and take in the view. We loved this hotel. Very clean and beautiful room. We reserved a room with a balcony I highly recommend it. The balcony overlooked the beautiful cobblestone streets of Fussen. Our room had a large soaking tub which was wonderful after walking miles touring the castles. We also recommend getting the breakfast. The buffet has something for everyone. The department beautiful, the breakfast a luxury and although it is paid separately, is not expensive! But does not have a lift. With the luggage 3 floors and a half straight.. is Not good

This 3-star hotel decoration super nice, set of 2 a double room with a living room connection, so the design is very good, 2 couples or a family with small children staying very fit. From the Hohenschwangau Castle is also not far.
