We stayed in a mountainside view room which was right next to a noisy road and meant our quiet alpine stay was anything but Room was basic but good, lots of facilities and to be honest if we’d paid extra for a lake view room I’d rate the apartment hotel higher

We loved the amazing view. Fortunately the neighbours did not smoke so that we could use the balcony and open the windows. Strange that people in principal are allowed to smoke on the balcony, there should be no ashtrays. We expected to pay the hotel fee in the hotel and put Euros on our cash card, but then the hotel already charged our credit card before we checked in, so that we had to pay the card...

We really enjoyed our stay and are already missing it. So beautiful and comfortable.

The complex is located directly on the lake, so you are surrounded by greenery and by the water. The apartments are very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. The two-room apartments are the most beautiful. The studios are dominated by the bed. Wonderful apartment hotel with fantastic views, great location, and very helpful people. This is an apartment hotel, which means that you get a mini-apartment, so keep that in mind. You have a small kitchen, and everything you need to maintain for yourself. You are provided with starter kit, but just like an apartment, you are expected to get your own stuff after that. Lovely, charming Swiss style chalet accommodation with well appointed rooms and lake view. A word of caution, this accommodation is not within walking distance of Fussen! great restaurants are nearby.

Hotel was nice and modern and in a central location. Staff were friendly on check in and explained to us how to reach the castles on the map and even drew us directions. Rooms were clean and as advertised with plenty of living space outside the bedroom.

We stayed here for two nights on a road trip across southern Germany - room 13 on the second floor - two bedrooms and a bathroom separated by a sort of hallway with a sofa and TV, though I couldn’t get the TV to work. No cooking facilities - we ate at a nearby Italian restaurant. Positives - really central, ie, off the main pedestrianised street. Beds were ok, it was clean. Negatives - no parking...

The hotel is centrally located and right in the pedestrian zone. It is very quiet. The rooms are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors walking around. The breakfast is very good and sufficient. We were very satisfied. Regards Christine and Rolf

I stayed in one of the available apartments with my family. Very central and probably recently renovated. Very clean, it offers excellent quality of sleep. The rooms are large and the kitchen has a cooking area with all the necessary utensils. It is a pity that there is no elevator that would facilitate the transfer of luggage. Very friendly staff who speak excellent Italian.

We were two adults and two 11-year-old children and it was perfect. The kitchen was nice and sufficient, the bathroom clean and the living room cosy and modern. It is true that some details deserve some fixing, but the general appearance was clean and well cared for. A Hungarian couple served us fabulously. The breakfast was delicious in general. The worst thing was the juices, the best… the pretzels...

The hotel is owned by a Turkish family. It is very clean and modern, with no carpets, so it is also suitable for allergy sufferers. The breakfast is equivalent to a 3-4 star hotel. As it is in the pedestrian zone, there is little street noise. Within walking distance of the train station. We arrived by train.
