Love this place, stayed here for four nights have a magical view of the river and mountains. Staff really good too. Only thing is that the hotel dosent have a restaurant but old town is very near.

We arrived before midnight, 11:30 pm, because of our trip from the Netherlands to Italy. Very nice hotel and clean rooms. But most important: the hospitality is very, very nice. The guy that checked us in is very kind and he was very interested in us as visitors. Super nice!!

Nice location. With Interesting approach to the cut out rock in the hill. Close enough to walk over to the town centre in 5 minutes. Hotel itself is a bit dated. Over 40 yrs old in my estimate. Good place, but too small bed, no free wifi

It’s located at the outer edge of the town, about 5 minutes walk to the center, which to me is a plus because of the quietness it offers. Driving to parking lot 4 of the castles takes about 10 minutes. Our room is comfort room two twin beds; both the sleeping are and the bathroom are very clean and spacious. Having two twin beds works great for families with grown kids. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations...

Was a quick overnight stay before visiting the castles. Room was ground floor next to the road but it wasn't that noisy. Did find a silverfish in the bathroom.

You can be lucky or unlucky with Best Western - today we were lucky! Modern hotel in older style building just on the edge of town and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and rail station. Good size room with modern shower room, all in excellent condition. Staff at both the bar and reception really helpful and excellent English. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food.

We loved our stay in Fussen. Great town with lots to do. The hotel was great with very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Rent a car and explore the area. We were steps from the old town and the castle. Train station was only 15 minutes away by foot. I have stayed in many best Western hotels over the years and this was by far the best.

Clean hotel very close to the city center of Fuessen. Americans...don't be wary of the Best Western branding on this hotel. The European version of Best Western is nice and clean. Compare them to a Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard by Marriott in the US. The breakfast was plentiful and affordable. Don't hesitate to book this hotel.

Rooms are ok. We were given an unnecessary barrier-free room, which was a good size with a massive bathroom. If it was just room quality the hotel would not score great, but what really sells it is the location (superb) and the food. Breakfast pretty standard but dinner (we ate in the hotel two of the three nights we stayed) was delicious.

This is a perfect place to base yourself for a stay in Füssen. The hotel staff and the property's manager (Harald) are extremely attentive and professional - while the rooms themselves are recently renovated and very comfortable. The in house restaurant offers very creative takes on Bavarian classics with an emphasis on highlighting fantastic seasonal ingredients (ie chanterelles and pumpkins in autumn...

This is a very nice hotel situated, conveniently close to the Altstadt of Füssen. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing, and the breakfast buffet was great. Didn’t have time or opportunity to enjoy dinner here, but what I saw the food looked great as well. It’s very pretty inside and out.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It's super cute, and the location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area. Plus, there's a big grocery store nearby, which was really convenient. Our superior double room was nice, and they have breakfast buffet. They also gave us Füssen guest cards, which were awesome because they made all the city buses free and got us discounts on activities...

Really enjoyed our quick stay here, wish we had more time. Rooms were nice and large, AC was an issue, but we dealt with it. Breakfast is so good and the staff is very friendly. Would stay here again. Great walking area and rooftop hangout.

I killed two silverfish in my unit upon arrival. There is no air con, there is just an air cooling system which may or may not work. The water drainage in my shower took a long time to drain, so the tiles in the whole washroom ended up being wet. Fortunately, it dried overnight. The set dinner was better than I expected with generous portions.

Maurice at the front desk was amazing. He was very helpful, friendly, and kind. With our two night stay, I felt like we made a friend in him. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The room is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is delicious and tasty, and you can store your luggage for free in advance. Recommended! If I come to Neuschwanstein Castle again in summer, I will still choose this place.

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. But please note that there's no air-condition (even fan function) when outside temperature is under 20 degrees. I was told that I have to open the window if I need fresh air. So I opened the window and heard cars passing by the street all night long.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the pedestrian street, with picturesque scenery nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from, including Italian restaurants, Japanese restaurants and BBQ restaurants, which are very close to the hotel. The front desk guy is very nice:)

The room curtains only have one layer of screen, and the staff told me that this is the design of a new hotel. I can only say that Germans are more open-minded. There is no kettle in the room, and the bed is very soft. The breakfast is very rich!

Beautiful large clean rooms with lake view. They have two restaurants Italian and German. Lovely breakfast spread. You need to reserve your parking slot with them prior to check in. The spa and sauna areas are free of charge and are the highlight of the hotel. Loved everything about this place! Wish we had stayed longer!

Delightful place to stay close to the castles. Excellent dining in the hotel and walking distance to other restaurants as well. Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were large and comfortable. Be prepared to fold your pillow to make your head comfortable as it is a very lumpy or squishy pillow depending how you see it 😂 Beautiful view of the water when the fog isn’t set in.

Super location on the lake, with stunning Mountain View near train stations, bus stop in front of the door, great restaurant and breakfast buffet. Had a fabulous spacious studio. Can highly recommend hotel Geiger, and it’s dog friendly as well.

All Ok, but note if you choose for the room downstairs you have a good place to site outsite but you do not have a few over the lake! Rooms are large and breakfast is good. Parking is limited but in front of the hotel parking is free between 6pm and 9am.

We got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles...

I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is a so big if you don’t walking too much you shouldn’t request faraway from elevator 😅 The staff so kind and nice to give you advice. This hotel have a good area not faraway from train and bus station. You can get the free tickets to use public transport in the city and leave your luggage to explore the city before check-in time.

We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

We stayed here for one night and it was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, an indoor and outdoor pool, foot baths, sauna and a range of spa treatments. The dinner was amazing, 5 courses! Rooms are good, and view is outstanding! But there is was only one little soap for two peoples for 3 days. I was waiting for some better service for such money. We really enjoyed. We were there with two kids and it was a great experience for everyone. You can easily walk to the lake and the natural swimming pool at the guest house is just amazing. Restaurants can also be easily reached on foot.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. From rooms 5a and 6a, in the second house, a beautiful panorama opens up, probably the best in this hotel. Stock up on a bottle of wine for dinner and coffee in the morning. Plan your romantic stay in this beautiful place. It is very convenient to get to the Bavarian castles by car in about 20 minutes. Lovely, charming Swiss style chalet accommodation with well appointed rooms and lake view. A word of caution, this accommodation is not within walking distance of Fussen! great restaurants are nearby.

We did a lot of research and decided on this hotel due to the price, location, and benefits. The pictures also looked very nice. Unfortunately we had to cancel last-minute due to car troubles. Servers on the phone were extremely kind and the manager was also very responsive and accommodating. Hope to stay here for real in the future soon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Location is gorgeous and parking easy and cheap on street. Need to walk 2 sets of slippery stairs (could be a problem for some). We had the luxery suite. It was big and functional for our family. There are separate rooms but the main bed is not private so dont expect couple time. It was nice but outdated & could defintely be upgraded /made even nicer...

Loved it! Tasty, cozy, warm (we went there in the winter time) with a breathtaking view. The staff is amazing. Cannot wait to go back! We also stayed at the apartments and they are hi tech, lovely warm, beautiful, clean. Ours was very large and very cozy at the same time.

Very good appartment rooms, stunning views and all. But found the cleaner lady a bit rude, she was saying something in German to me and my friends which sounded pretty aggressive. We just ignored her and checked out of the property. Other than this, I would recommend just for the view and the restaurant that is available just downstairs.
