Love this place, stayed here for four nights have a magical view of the river and mountains. Staff really good too. Only thing is that the hotel dosent have a restaurant but old town is very near.

We arrived before midnight, 11:30 pm, because of our trip from the Netherlands to Italy. Very nice hotel and clean rooms. But most important: the hospitality is very, very nice. The guy that checked us in is very kind and he was very interested in us as visitors. Super nice!!

Rooms neat and tidy but very outdated, mainly caters to Asian tourists who are loud and rude. Easy walk to the town centre, quiet location on the river.

Economic hotel. They are also doing business with a Japanese travel agency so at breakfast it can be somewhat crowded. There can even be a lack of free tables at breakfast and still they work with reserved tables for some guests using space. Parking place (garage) was good.

I'm not sure if I would call this a 4 star hotel - maybe a 3 star? The bathroom looked pretty old, and they literally gave me just 1 set of towels... weird thing to skimp out on, is this a hostel? This is our second 2 nights stay. We choose it mainly because of the location. Rooms are ok. We were given an unnecessary barrier-free room, which was a good size with a massive bathroom. This is a very nice hotel situated, conveniently close to the Altstadt of Füssen. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing, and the breakfast buffet was great. Didn’t have time or opportunity to enjoy dinner here, but what I saw the food looked great as well. It’s very pretty inside and out.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It's super cute, and the location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area. I killed two silverfish in my unit upon arrival. There is no air con, there is just an air cooling system which may or may not work. The water drainage in my shower took a long time to drain, so the tiles in the whole washroom ended up being wet. Fortunately, it dried overnight. The set dinner was better than I expected with generous portions.

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. But please note that there's no air-condition (even fan function) when outside temperature is under 20 degrees. I was told that I have to open the window if I need fresh air. So I opened the window and heard cars passing by the street all night long.

Beautiful hotel with great service. The breakfast buffet has a chocolate fountain and champagne! The variety is more like a cruise ship breakfast. My room is large, comfortable and the A/C works like magic. I slept well. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants since it’s centrally located in the town. We loved staying at the Schlosskrone. It's luxurious but in a nice low key way. The rooms were very nice with wooden decor and baths and balconies, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfasts were amazing and in an atmospheric dining room. Our family has a really great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it. It's the only one that we've stayed at that had a mini fridge to keep our beverages cold. The beds are very comfortable and after two nights of sleeping on them, the backache I had for the previous week was gone. The room was large by European standards and very clean. I stayed at Hotel Sonne on Sept 8, 2024. I selected it over others in the vicinity due to the ratings but not everyone’s experiences are the same. Arriving by car is a nightmare because it’s not very obvious where you can pull over to access the reception nor is it very apparent where the main entrance is! I drove back and forth several times until I had to give up and park at a car park 10min away...

It is also close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the highest peak of Germany Zugspitze (although I recommend, got him from the Austrian side. Not burden the wallet ?. We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

We stayed here for one night and it was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, an indoor and outdoor pool, foot baths, sauna and a range of spa treatments. The dinner was amazing, 5 courses! Breakfast was a big buffet with loads of choice. We had a room on the third floor with amazing views across the lake and mountains.

Rooms are good, and view is outstanding! But there is was only one little soap for two peoples for 3 days. I was waiting for some better service for such money. But who need soap, when you have this view. :D BTW, sport hall is located directly near sauna. You have to be really in good condition to use it.

We really enjoyed. We were there with two kids and it was a great experience for everyone. You can easily walk to the lake and the natural swimming pool at the guest house is just amazing. Restaurants can also be easily reached on foot.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. From rooms 5a and 6a, in the second house, a beautiful panorama opens up, probably the best in this hotel. Stock up on a bottle of wine for dinner and coffee in the morning. Plan your romantic stay in this beautiful place. It is very convenient to get to the Bavarian castles by car in about 20 minutes. Beautiful large clean rooms with lake view. They have two restaurants Italian and German. Lovely breakfast spread. You need to reserve your parking slot with them prior to check in. The spa and sauna areas are free of charge and are the highlight of the hotel. Loved everything about this place! Wish we had stayed longer!

All Ok, but note if you choose for the room downstairs you have a good place to site outsite but you do not have a few over the lake! Rooms are large and breakfast is good. Parking is limited but in front of the hotel parking is free between 6pm and 9am.

The Hotel is situated in a very comfortable position, just few minutes from the city centre. We did a lot of research and decided on this hotel due to the price, location, and benefits. The pictures also looked very nice. Unfortunately we had to cancel last-minute due to car troubles. Servers on the phone were extremely kind and the manager was also very responsive and accommodating. Hope to stay here for real in the future soon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Location is gorgeous and parking easy and cheap on street. Need to walk 2 sets of slippery stairs (could be a problem for some). We had the luxery suite. It was big and functional for our family. There are separate rooms but the main bed is not private so dont expect couple time. It was nice but outdated & could defintely be upgraded /made even nicer...

Loved it! Tasty, cozy, warm (we went there in the winter time) with a breathtaking view. The staff is amazing. Cannot wait to go back! We also stayed at the apartments and they are hi tech, lovely warm, beautiful, clean. Ours was very large and very cozy at the same time.

Very good appartment rooms, stunning views and all. But found the cleaner lady a bit rude, she was saying something in German to me and my friends which sounded pretty aggressive. We just ignored her and checked out of the property. Other than this, I would recommend just for the view and the restaurant that is available just downstairs.

This was my view from a room with spacious accommodation (room #7). It featured a lake view with balcony, double bed, couch, and kitchen. Beds had comfortable mattresses. The restaurant has excellent food and was a favorite with the locals. Parking is limited though so check in early. Overall a fantastic visit in a beautiful area.
