Maurice at the front desk was amazing. He was very helpful, friendly, and kind. With our two night stay, I felt like we made a friend in him. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. But please note that there's no air-condition (even fan function) when outside temperature is under 20 degrees. I was told that I have to open the window if I need fresh air. So I opened the window and heard cars passing by the street all night long.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the pedestrian street, with picturesque scenery nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from, including Italian restaurants, Japanese restaurants and BBQ restaurants, which are very close to the hotel. The front desk guy is very nice:)

The room curtains only have one layer of screen, and the staff told me that this is the design of a new hotel. I can only say that Germans are more open-minded. There is no kettle in the room, and the bed is very soft. The breakfast is very rich!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the town center and train station. I just walked it as the weather was nice but taking the bus or a taxi would be sensible in bad weather or if you have a lot of luggage. Nice dinner and breakfast. AC would have been nice as it got warm in the afternoon but not necessary.

The hotel is located in a small town Füssen close (around 4 km) from the Neuschwanstein castle, on the side of a forest. The building of the hotel is like a mansion with a big garten. I loved my stay at Villa Toscana! The room was romantic and beautiful. The location feels quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the city but is an easy walk to the town, shops, restaurants, and train station. We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

We arrived late in the afternoon and the staff recognize me as soon as I talk to her. They have private parking place and offer free parking. The room is clean and comfort to stay. Very nice breakfast and the staff is super nice and warm. We also tried their sauna and have good rest after a long day in Neuschwanstein. My best friend and I spent two nights here in September 2024 as part of our trip. Staff was very courteous and the check-in process was very smooth. The apartment is new and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and the towels are of high quality. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. We spent nice time on the terrace that was heading towards the park. Many activities close by.

Good place, but too small bed, no free wifi

It’s located at the outer edge of the town, about 5 minutes walk to the center, which to me is a plus because of the quietness it offers. Driving to parking lot 4 of the castles takes about 10 minutes. Our room is comfort room two twin beds; both the sleeping are and the bathroom are very clean and spacious. Having two twin beds works great for families with grown kids. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations...

Was a quick overnight stay before visiting the castles. Room was ground floor next to the road but it wasn't that noisy. Did find a silverfish in the bathroom.

You can be lucky or unlucky with Best Western - today we were lucky! Modern hotel in older style building just on the edge of town and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and rail station. Good size room with modern shower room, all in excellent condition. Staff at both the bar and reception really helpful and excellent English. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food.

We loved our stay in Fussen. Great town with lots to do. The hotel was great with very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Rent a car and explore the area. We were steps from the old town and the castle. Train station was only 15 minutes away by foot. I have stayed in many best Western hotels over the years and this was by far the best.

Clean hotel very close to the city center of Fuessen. Americans...don't be wary of the Best Western branding on this hotel. The European version of Best Western is nice and clean. Compare them to a Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard by Marriott in the US. The breakfast was plentiful and affordable. Don't hesitate to book this hotel.

Excellent hotel in a cute little town! Cobble stone streets and people on bikes abound. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet. The balcony overlooks some other houses out the back. The breakfast provided was delicious there was a large variety of food. Overall a great visit!

Beautiful large clean rooms with lake view. They have two restaurants Italian and German. Lovely breakfast spread. You need to reserve your parking slot with them prior to check in. Super location on the lake, with stunning Mountain View near train stations, bus stop in front of the door, great restaurant and breakfast buffet. Had a fabulous spacious studio. Can highly recommend hotel Geiger, and it’s dog friendly as well.

All Ok, but note if you choose for the room downstairs you have a good place to site outsite but you do not have a few over the lake! Rooms are large and breakfast is good. Parking is limited but in front of the hotel parking is free between 6pm and 9am.

We got a room in the ground floor. The room is very nice and clean. Ground floor has no Lake view. They have a sauna in the basement that guest operate themselves. Small but totally does the job. The concept is self check in which works well. There is parking and also a charging station.

The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is a so big if you don’t walking too much you shouldn’t request faraway from elevator 😅 The staff so kind and nice to give you advice. This hotel have a good area not faraway from train and bus station. You can get the free tickets to use public transport in the city and leave your luggage to explore the city before check-in time.

The room condition is good and I like that I can use the sauna. It's also good for walking around. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Fussen Station, so it's within walking distance. The breakfast is also delicious.

This is the hotel I stayed at in Fussen during my Romantic Road trip. Everything about this hotel was so good that I regretted staying only one night. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can see the waterfall within a 10-minute walk. The room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I get the chance, I would like to stay for more than two nights again.

Wonderful apartment hotel with fantastic views, great location, and very helpful people. This is an apartment hotel, which means that you get a mini-apartment, so keep that in mind. You have a small kitchen, and everything you need to maintain for yourself. You are provided with starter kit, but just like an apartment, you are expected to get your own stuff after that. The rooms are large and comfortable...

Rooms are good, and view is outstanding! But there is was only one little soap for two peoples for 3 days. I was waiting for some better service for such money. But who need soap, when you have this view. :D BTW, sport hall is located directly near sauna. You have to be really in good condition to use it.

An extraordinary apartment building with great amenities, great details and exceptionally great service. What we liked the most was the loving personalized decor, the wellness offer and the extremely varied and cozy breakfast menu. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed. We were there with two kids and it was a great experience for everyone. You can easily walk to the lake and the natural swimming pool at the guest house is just amazing. Restaurants can also be easily reached on foot.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. From rooms 5a and 6a, in the second house, a beautiful panorama opens up, probably the best in this hotel. Stock up on a bottle of wine for dinner and coffee in the morning. Plan your romantic stay in this beautiful place. It is very convenient to get to the Bavarian castles by car in about 20 minutes. Large clean rooms many with balconies nicely located not too far from Fussen center and a good departure point for many interesting local hiking routes. Breakfast is very good. Bicycles available to rent.

The hotel is in a very peaceful location even if the town centre can be reached in few mins by car or by foot. Rooms are big with balcony where to relax. Delicious breakfast served at the restaurant. Recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel tucked away behind the city. Speaking with the hotel staff that easily spoke English they explained the incredible history of the hotel. When I came down for breakfast in the morning they had a table set and reserved for me. This was a wonderful experience.

Really a good place where to stay to visit the Bavarian castles. The family room was clean and huge. We got the half board service and the dinner gave us the possibility to taste some typical dishes and healthy food. The swimming pool was small but clean and saunas restoting. An acktiv hotel where recharge your batteries and relax.

Great hotel just outside if Fussen. Room are well sized, comfy and clean. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. Walk into the aldstat is 10 minutes alongside the riverway.

Love everything about it. We slept so well there. The room was quite and dark. Love the snack options. The breakfast was delicious. Very nice location by the lake. The view was gorgeous.

Very decent hotel, it's clean and spacious. We lived in the penthouse, the ceiling is in acceptable height. And the view is superb, you can look at the lake and the park from the room or baloney. Kitchen is fully equipped and we made dinner with groceries bought from supermarket. Very friendly staffs, and the breakfast is well-made with warm heart... Definitely will come again.

Small in size but big on service. Comfortable rooms and located just 15 minutes from Füssen and the castles. Good breakfast. The parking is a challenge because it is right on the main road a very tight spaces. Ask for a room off the highway if you sleep with an open window.

Book this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the views are stunning, the staff is amazing, and I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Not to mention it is in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It's a short drive, cab or bus ride to the castles and even that is great. Thank you for your hospitality, if I ever go back to Germany, I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel a while ago. Currently looking at another trip in this area once we can travel and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff, owner and accommodation were perfect in a beautifully picturesque village. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Large and clean room with fantastic location. Parking was easy the area is located in beautiful area next to the little late for a walk and jog. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Germany. I travel a lot especially overseas, and by far this is the best hotel experience I've ever had. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.
