Maurice at the front desk was amazing. He was very helpful, friendly, and kind. With our two night stay, I felt like we made a friend in him. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. But please note that there's no air-condition (even fan function) when outside temperature is under 20 degrees. I was told that I have to open the window if I need fresh air. So I opened the window and heard cars passing by the street all night long.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the pedestrian street, with picturesque scenery nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from, including Italian restaurants, Japanese restaurants and BBQ restaurants, which are very close to the hotel. The front desk guy is very nice:)

The room curtains only have one layer of screen, and the staff told me that this is the design of a new hotel. I can only say that Germans are more open-minded. There is no kettle in the room, and the bed is very soft. The breakfast is very rich!

I visited for four days at the beginning of November with my wife and two adults daughters. We found the hotel very comfortable, the staff very nice, and the food excellent. I highly recommend the hotel as a base for days visiting Neuschwanstein Linderhof, and Fussel. Unfortunately, our guide at Neuschwanstein was very robotic, but that was not the hotel's fault.

All the things from a traditional alpine house. The wellness looked like it was built a week before, so clean and zen. The jacuzzi was enormous and can easily hold 8 people. I loved my stay at Villa Toscana! The room was romantic and beautiful. The location feels quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the city but is an easy walk to the town, shops, restaurants, and train station. I visited my grandma, and she said her doctor was very nice. Unfortunately, I also have to say that the prices are really not worth the quality. Stayed there in August 2024. Too high price for a room without air-conditioning. If the swimming pool is not of interest for u, this hotel might not be the 1st option. This is a very nice hotel with a spa and open grounds. Excellent restaurant and a nice bar. The rooms were very comfortable and big! I had a great view of the Bavarian Alps out the window. It’s located at the outer edge of the town, about 5 minutes walk to the center, which to me is a plus because of the quietness it offers. Driving to parking lot 4 of the castles takes about 10 minutes. Our room is comfort room two twin beds; both the sleeping are and the bathroom are very clean and spacious. You can be lucky or unlucky with Best Western - today we were lucky! Modern hotel in older style building just on the edge of town and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and rail station. Good size room with modern shower room, all in excellent condition. Staff at both the bar and reception really helpful and excellent English. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food.

The location of the hotel is very nice. All of the staff were very friendly. The food is excellent. The panorama terrace offers a very nice view and delicious cocktails. The room we had was getting a bit old and the green carpet in the hallway is no longer up-to-date. I think the price for the room is a bit too high. We got a room in the ground floor. The room is very nice and clean. Ground floor has no Lake view. They have a sauna in the basement that guest operate themselves. Small but totally does the job. The concept is self check in which works well. There is parking and also a charging station.

The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles...

I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is a so big if you don’t walking too much you shouldn’t request faraway from elevator 😅 The staff so kind and nice to give you advice. This hotel have a good area not faraway from train and bus station. You can get the free tickets to use public transport in the city and leave your luggage to explore the city before check-in time.

Wonderful apartment hotel with fantastic views, great location, and very helpful people. This is an apartment hotel, which means that you get a mini-apartment, so keep that in mind. You have a small kitchen, and everything you need to maintain for yourself. You are provided with starter kit, but just like an apartment, you are expected to get your own stuff after that. The rooms are large and comfortable...

Rooms are good, and view is outstanding! But there is was only one little soap for two peoples for 3 days. I was waiting for some better service for such money. But who need soap, when you have this view. :D BTW, sport hall is located directly near sauna. You have to be really in good condition to use it.

The room condition is good and I like that I can use the sauna. It's also good for walking around. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Fussen Station, so it's within walking distance. The breakfast is also delicious.

This is the hotel I stayed at in Fussen during my Romantic Road trip. Everything about this hotel was so good that I regretted staying only one night. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can see the waterfall within a 10-minute walk. The room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I get the chance, I would like to stay for more than two nights again.

The hotel staff was very nice , rooms itself clean and spacious . The breakfast was comprehensive with many choices . Price level is appropriate .

Hotel location in the nature is really positive. Room and bathroom very clean and treated. The best of the best was wellness center: such nice and clean wellness center I have not see long tine. Really great hotel to visit
