Pretty pleasant stay. Extensive facilities; there is a volleyball court, a basketball hoop, playground for children, common area with chairs, etc. The rooms are quiet nice and clean. They offer breakfast and cheap beer and snacks. I think the place is perfect for families.

The place is located in very nice area In garmish. If I consider price/ night then it's really good. One can easily get all public transport connection, main city area on a walking distance.

Very nice hotel with just perfect view on mountains. There are family apartments. We had one 2 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies. Rooms are very clean, all stuff is good quality. Breakfast was included - it was also ok. Personal is very nice and helpful.

Amazing place to stay, perfect location for both the gondola station and the town. Good rooms with balcony, breakfast was the standard buffet style, no bar but they had a cooler with drinks. Friendly owner let us check in early. Would stay here again.

Stayed for a week. Loved every minute!! Breakfast was hot and tasted wonderful. Rooms were clean and beds felt good. View was great from balcony. Quiet place to rest after a long day of sight seeing. Owner is super kind and chatted with us daily about what to see and do. Would absolutely Recommend this B&B if your staying in Garmisch. Oh... pass gave us free access to public transportation and discounts...

Good-sized rooms, included breakfast is ok but not amazing. Good ensuit, but pillows are very uncomfortable

Near the train station, close to downtown and restaurants, spacious rooms and very comfortable, great breakfast, great view to the mountains and attentive service!

The place was really clean, the host was very nice. We spent a really good time over there! Breakfest were so good, we are still looking for something similar to that paprika cheese we had there!

A cozy little pension. Good price. Clean. You get what you pay for. No nonsense (cash only). Street is somewhat noisy, but not intolerable. Close to the town center, by the river.

Our Autenthalt was super. We were in the 3-bed room, our bed has very good mattresses and the Sofa bed for our son is also very good.The view from the balcony is a dream!!! The structure is located in the western side of Garmisch, 20 minutes from the town center on foot (double that amount from Partenkirchen). While the structure is old-styled, it is very spacious and comfortable. The owner is kind, very talktive, and speaks good Italian (albeit no English). You can park freely in the gastehaus' street (you can always find enough room for your car within 100 yards...

Pleasant 3 nights here in June 2017. Friendly, personal service from the family who own the Haus. Quick to respond to email enquiry. Comfortable room was airy and sunny on the top floor. Filling brekky each morning with bread, jams, muesli, yoghurt, meats and cheeses. Would stay here again.
