Good youth hostel with reasonable price, clean, helpful staff, good breakfast and lovely location from the foot hills of Alps
Nice, modern, clean youth hostel with a decent breakfast and dinner buffet, lots of activities on offer. A bit of the actual city though ...
IT is a really nie jouth Hospital The doof ist perfekt The Roms are clean Theresa is nothing Bad about it
Pretty pleasant stay. Extensive facilities; there is a volleyball court, a basketball hoop, playground for children, common area with chairs, etc. The rooms are quiet nice and clean. They offer breakfast and cheap beer and snacks. I think the place is perfect for families.

The kitchen and dining room are very welcoming. The rooms with bunker beds and a balcony is a great choice, also the view from the balcony is good as well. The receptionist in ground floor is very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this hostel if you're looking for a cheap and friendly stay in Garmisch Partenkirchen.
Spectacular balcony view. Clean rooms with ample space. Check-in time is flexible. They also have kitchen and skiing rooms. There are extra multiple toilets and bathrooms across the hotel which are really helpful when staying with multiple people.
Stayed here for one night. The hostel is nicely located, though a bit far (20mins walk from hbf) from the Garmisch central station. It has nice kitchen and room was good. I would have given 5 stars, but couldn't because of this weird behavior of the owner. As per the hostel policy, I was promised a free bus pass during my stay, but he never gave it.
Near to partnach gorge and ski-area Has its own fully furnished kitchen. You can bring your own food and prepare. No supermarkets nearby (so buy everything beforehand in the city itself) There is also a store room in basement. (so that you can leave you stuff when you check-out in morning and collect them back in evening) Washrooms could have been a bit more better cleaned.
Great hostel. The location was perfect. They give you a bus pass that lets go on any city bus for free. There were many common areas for eating and socializing. The staff was very helpful. Self check in machine. Doors to building require key card which ensures security. Each bed had its own lights. Only complaint is that our bathroom door wouldn’t close right and had to be slammed shut in order to...
We went in March 2018 for one night in a private room for two and it was very clean. The check in and check out procedures were very quick and easy too!

Breakfast was good. We would have liked more variety of bread/ rolls. We very much appreciated the boiled egg on Sunday. Frau Lödermann had excellent local knowledge which she helpfully shared. She very generously lent us umbrellas as the weather was rainy a lot of the time.
Our holiday with the Lödermann family in July 2022 was extremely successful and we recovered well. The "weather god" was on our side, the accommodation (double room with balcony) was good and the "landlady" was the "blockbuster"! Every morning she prepared a delicious breakfast for us and was open to our wishes. We were able to discuss all our suggestions for our daily program with her and received...
We were allowed to be guests in the Lödermanns' house for 10 nights. The pension is in a quiet location. The garden, balconies and all other outdoor areas are lovingly landscaped with various plants. The rooms and sanitary facilities are clean and comfortable. Exude a homely atmosphere. The Lödermanns are incredibly friendly, always helpful and always have an answer to thousands of questions about...
We wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse. It is located in a quiet residential area and yet only a 10-minute walk from the city center. The room is cozy - with a wonderful big balcony. It was always clean and tidy (incl. folded nightgown ;-)). For breakfast we chose coffee and orange juice. There was a selection of sausage and cheese plus yoghurt every morning. There was always delicious jam available...
Very nice and family pension. Quiet, but centrally located - the centers of Garmisch and Partenkirchen are within easy walking distance. Large room (double bed) with mountain view from private balcony. Even the bathroom had a view of Partenkirchen's local mountain! But the special thing about the pension is the hostess, who welcomes her guests warmly and always has a good tip for a trip, a restaurant...
This summer we stayed at the Lödermann guest house for 8 nights. The hostess was very friendly. We had a delicious breakfast and always received valuable tips about our day tours. The house is designed in Bavarian style with attention to detail. The room was clean, cozy and with a beautiful balcony with a view of the mountains. We felt very comfortable and would come again. Kind regards The Rink

The place was really clean, the host was very nice. We spent a really good time over there! Breakfest were so good, we are still looking for something similar to that paprika cheese we had there!
A cozy little pension. Good price. Clean. You get what you pay for. No nonsense (cash only). Street is somewhat noisy, but not intolerable. Close to the town center, by the river.
Our Autenthalt was super. We were in the 3-bed room, our bed has very good mattresses and the Sofa bed for our son is also very good. The view from the balcony is a dream!!! The Zugspitze, the Alpspitze to the high-Wanner, almost to the touch. The Breakfast could have, on request, different compiled. The hostess/owner asked for our requests,we had none. The selection of bread rolls(fresh),cold meats and...

The structure is located in the western side of Garmisch, 20 minutes from the town center on foot (double that amount from Partenkirchen). While the structure is old-styled, it is very spacious and comfortable. The owner is kind, very talktive, and speaks good Italian (albeit no English). You can park freely in the gastehaus' street (you can always find enough room for your car within 100 yards...
Pleasant 3 nights here in June 2017. Friendly, personal service from the family who own the Haus. Quick to respond to email enquiry. Comfortable room was airy and sunny on the top floor. Filling brekky each morning with bread, jams, muesli, yoghurt, meats and cheeses. Would stay here again.
