Great hotel in old town Heidelberg. Missed AC which was needed lying on the top floor in the house. So yes, it was a bit too warm right now. Cool naming (our room was not a number but “Paris”). Friendly staff and decent prices.

Cute, quirky hotel with unique rooms and a good restaurant but most importantly: excellent staff. The welcome was exceptionally warm and forthcoming, and our requests during the stay were met with kindness and understanding, and quickly realised. Having stayed here for a whole week, it was easy to feel homely in "Dehli". Is the room slightly outdated? Maybe. But I prefer comfort and kindness...

Easy to get to by car. Charger in the garage - we had an EV. Very conveint to the alt stad and the Schloss. Room had a fantastic bathroom. Breafast a bit austaire. Staff super friendly and very helpfull. Would recommed. Next time in Heidlberg that will be the hotel we will use

Excellent and helpful staff and the only thing I did not like was not having a refrigerator in the room – but again, the staff provided us daily with all the ice we wanted. I was there for a business workshop overnight. The location is ideal in the "Altstadt", to go out and explore Heidelberg. It's in close proximity to the University library. The rooms, have been quite big and are really nice, with a cool flair. Breakfast and Lunch had been really good.

We had a remarkably good experience with this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable - we woke up in the morning and were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed. The staff were excellent, welcoming, and helpful. We will stay here next time we are in Heidelberg.

A lovely little hotel. Rooms were clean with large baths. Underground parking was very convenient as well. Staff was caring and courteous. The location was also very convenient for walking throughout the town.

Very good German cuisine with dishes that you don't get everywhere. Very loving preparation, reasonable waiting time for the freshly prepared food. Very friendly natural but professional service. The only slightly unpleasant point of criticism is the fact that the boss did not inquire whether everything was ok, even though he was two tables away for a conversation. We'd love to come back anyway!

High quality and very tasty dishes at extremely fair prices. The excellent service and stylish ambience also deserve praise. That was definitely not the last visit :)

A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.

You would never know in the bucolic, tree covered property that a walk down the street one block bringings you to the old bridge over the Neckar and easy stroll over to the old town. We loved Die Hirschgasse in Heidelberg. The suites were spacious and full of old world charm. As we walked in I saw and bought a book written by Mark Twain about his travels through Heidelberg and his experience at Die Hirschgasse. We will stay there again.

Great menu and super food. This was recommended to us by a local and it did not disappoint. The selection of dishes was wide and all very tempting.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, fast service, nice music, portions are satisfying and very tasty, dressing is superb, prices are reasonable. I recommend with 4 hands . I hope there will be more places like this :)

Great local spot! Many local people and a very nice atmosphere. The food is good if you like meat, not many vegetarian options… but that’s typical for a German restaurant.

Difficult to classify as it is really a Garni, there is a restaurant, however there is also a 'disconnected' feeling about it as there is no direct access and one has to leave the Hotel to enter the restaurant. The hotel is in a great location and staff are really helpful. The bed was super comfortable. Sadly we asked for a quiet room but we overlooked the main square and it was quite noisy. Our room was not serviced, even though we left the sign on the door for servicing. The hotel staff in reception supplied us with things we needed like toilet paper and new towels and water. Absolutely charming. This is a restaurant first and a small hotel on top. Walk in to the restaurant to do check in. Arrive before 9pm or you may have issues. My room was large and very comfortable. Staff super friendly and the restaurant downstairs I thought extremely good. I would stay again.

Great Stay We stayed for the first 3 days of our vacation. The hotel is in a great spot and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious in the restaurant as well!!

The location is excellent, it is right at the town square within walking distant to all the shops, restaurants and landmarks. It feels like a traditional Bed and Breakfast, staff are friendly.

Beautiful place to stay. Located right along the main walk through Heidelberg. Easy access to the castle, bridges and Philosopher’s Walk. Breakfast was lovely and had dinner one night; schnitzel and beef roulade – amazing! Definitely recommend for tourists!

You wont go far wrong staying here, the rooms are massive some with balcony, close to hockenhiem, speyer and Heidelberg all with in around 20 min drive.

It’s a nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. A nice option for people who only needs a WiFi, breakfast and some rest. Though it is away from the city center, there is a direct train right from the hotel to the center. Surprisingly convenient. Anyway I spent most of the time in the city and mountains, so I don’t need a great view from the window - I had it enough from the castle

Very friendly hotel, with a nice sauna service and a buffet breakfast. The family room is very good with a children room with toys that kept the children quite happy.

Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.

The room is neat and clean, large enough, with a balcony and a small kitchen. The service staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early and directed us to the free parking area. It's a little far away from the attractions, so self-driving is the best option!

Quiet hotel in the hills next to Heidelberg. Old city center only 10 minutes away. Nice place to slow down and relax. No AC in room, so very warm if it’s hot outside. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was superb. Typical German breakfast offerings, so don’t expect eggs and bacon or beans and sausages.

Me and my new husband chose this hotel for the romantic look of the room as our “mini honeymoon”. I requested champagne/ sparkling wine and they not only provided the wine they left a lovely note for us as newly weds, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, but the room is a bit old, the facilities are OK, and it faces the street. The soundproofing is not very good, but I go to bed and get up early, so it doesn't affect me much. The price is also a bit high, and there are not many types of breakfast.

Super centrally located hotel with a beautiful, large, well-equipped holiday apartment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet in the hotel and really enjoyed our stay.

Quaint, older hotel right in the heart of the cathedral square. Great service. Room had a lot of space. Clean and comfortable. Solid breakfast included. No air conditioning, but a big fan and all of the windows opened to allow a lot of cool air. Some street noise later into the summer nights, which I liked. No lift. Had to port luggage up stairs. No PSD ports, so just use an adapter.

This hotel was perfectly located between the castle and the bridge, on the Marktplatz. The staff was wonderful, helping us to find the parking garages and restaurants. We would stay there again. Beautiful city!

A really nice and cheep hotel. I book a room for myself, and it was 40 euros per night (Nov 2019). Clean and cozy. And close to the train station, a big store, and bus/tram stops. In the rooms is a TV and free wifi. Bathrooms have towels, soap, hair fan and shower. No meals are covered, except additional fee (6 euros) for a breakfast.

Rooms are simple, with smallish bathrooms. The mattress was good. The breakfast was quite basic as well. I found the staff to be very friendly. Not a bad place to stay if you're not looking for anything fancy.

Family owned company. incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is not a buffet(because of corona) but it is absolutely delicious with fresh rolls from a good baker. I didn't notice anything that could have been done better. 5 Stars :)

We stayed here for two nights while visiting my father who lives in Heidelberg now. I can not say enough about how wonderful this little gem is! I wish we had B&Bs like this is in the US! The place is nice, with two tram. lines close that can bring you to the downtown. The room was good, with nice bed. The main problems were that the room was cleaned only once in two weeks (what is not very relevant for just one weekend). Before arriving make sure that they send you the entrance code and the number of the room. The codification system of the key was also anoying.

Excellent accomodation with parking space. Appartment has everything you need even for longer stay. Public transportation is near, all shops also. Walking to centre is quite long, so public transportation is recommended because it works excellent. Very nice place to be. Thank you acora.
