Amazing location and lovely staff! Rooms are a little dated but that’s not a problem for a short stay, everything was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had been renovated.

Great parking location but very expensive. Average daily rate is 21€ but the ease of the location might be worth it. Enclosed atrium provides for a great eating and shopping environment

The best hotel ever. It locates in the city center, where take only 5 minutes by bus to the cathedral. The staffs are very nice and my room was extremely beautiful

Hyatt delivers, and as always this is not an expectation. The building and facilities are phenomenal. Our room (king bed) was looking slightly dated but not in bad shape at all, and overall it was large and comfortable

Unfortunately you need to pay 6€ additional to use small swimming pool. Breakfast has a bit of everything, only smoked salmon was missing ( so if you do not eat meat and dairy product), mhmm

Comfortable beds but room temp was too hot even with temp turned down on thermostat. The pool water is a bit cold for my liking

The breakfast is €30 extra, to use the pool is €6 extra, a bathrobe is €3,5. Other than that, the hotel in itself is pretty good

Perfectly placed hotel if you are attending the Koln Messe. Literally across the road from the East entrance. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The bar is good. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

It's a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. The staff are all really lovely. Amazing spa and excellent prices on treatments. Free drinks of you conserve environment and skip room cleaning

It's a nice hotel, comfortable room. I missed a socket near the bed. Personally I'm not a fan of showering in the tub, but it worked. Breakfast rates are ridiculous in my opinion

The A/C broke during our stay, but this was beyond the hotel’s control, and they offered us great replacements to cool down our rooms. Definitely a recommendation when staying in Köln!

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The Dorint is exceptionally clean, with excellent staff and an awesome bar and lounge

Stayed here again a few years since our last visit. The hotel rooms have been refurbished and have a modern clean feel to them. The pool is a nice touch and a pleasant visit after a long day walking round the city.

There was no privacy between the bathroom and the room. Only a curtain you could pull but it stopped no sound or light

It was understandable that this could happen but one staff member was not as accommodating, empathetic, reassuring or understanding as we would have expected and this tarnished our trip, caused us to miss our dinner plans, and made us feel less secure in the hotel

The only thing that took away from our experience was that our safe stopped working completely trapping our belongings into it. The staff did not know what to do and this took a while to resolve

I would stay again but would ask for the hotel to train staff on better customer service and empathy if people have wallets, watches, jewellery and passports trapped in the safe

Lift available at a different entrance as the main entrance has steps. The rooms were great, amenities were great and the view was awesome. Also loved the aesthetic of the hotel

A good location to stay at to be able to access most central destinations with public transport. Clean rooms and nice sound proofing. I have already stayed at this hotel twice and it is my go to when coming to Cologne

The shower room was clean and modern. There's a spa attached to the hotel, but I didn't try it. The rooftop deck looks pretty, and is probably lovely in warm weather

Great place to stay close to old town and very nice walk to cathedral. Lots of christmas markets close by

The sauna and pools were nice they just need to let people know the rules about the sauna and pool prior to them entering as a few were confused

Unfortunately, when it comes to the facilities for guests, it is quite poor, there is no coffee and tea in the room, a bathrobe, flip-flops and a SPA towel are available for a fee (8 euros per person), the room was quite small

At first, we plan traveling by train, so made reservation with this hotel, at the end, we rent a car, so car parking becomes a little bit trouble, lucky, we found a parking slot at road side and free for over night:23-9

I booked a double room and was lucky enough to get one of the two rooms with a balcony. The room itself was very nice, divided into two sections with the bed in one section and a desk and wardrobe in the other

This hotel exemplifies what a good chain hotel should be. The staff was extremely efficient and proactively offered a late checkout without being asked. The Globalist upgrade was handled smoothly

The bathroom is quite high-tech, and the gym is exceptionally nice and bright for a hotel gym, with excellent exercise machines

There is a small carpark below the hotel, which was always full during our stay, but thanks to that we found out that there is a much bigger and cheaper carpark (Parkhaus Am Friesenplatz) right across the road from the hotel

Price/quality wise its really a good hotel. Love the swimming pool and the room was what you would expect for the price. Lovely service made it a great example of a succeeded trip!

My favorite part is the pool which was empty every time I went! There’s a sauna too but you have to ask them to turn it on. Of note, the mini gym leaves much to be desired with its six pieces of equipment

It was nice to have a swimming pool and the sauna you had to tell the staff to turn it on an hour before wanting to use. My room being cleaned when I asked for it and being done properly when I complained about it

Hotel was very clean, friendly and lovely staff. Parking available. Very good location, we didn't used owr car there because the bus and train station are less than 3 min from hotel. We will be there again soon.

I would highly recommend the place for a business travel perhaps even for a family to stay. I cannot offer much insight into the breakfast offering because I chose it on breakfast option

For sure it depends from the seasons and day but during my stay the price was really good and cheap for the expectation! It was just more than perfect! I knew check in was from 15:00 so I didn't want to waste time and take the risk

Apparently that's a Germany-wide thing? Which is weird to me personally, because if you step into a Rossmann or a Rewe, you'll get mountains of tea. And yet I had to go back to the reception each time

Place is 2 mins walk from a station that takes you to the main landmarks, including Hauptbanhof. Squeaky clean, great staff and the buffet is really varied, tasty and with everything for anyone, absolutely recommended.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with requests, location is great -you're in the centre at most locations within 10 minutes by trams that stop nearby and there's a Lidl around the corner- and the price is affordable

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel! The bar is also cosy to stay in and grab a drink. The reception is open 24/7 if you would have any questions or requests

Only a minor remark and that is the parking lot. There is not that much space to park your car. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and the bed is really good!

You only need 5 days if you want to see all of Koln. This hotel has a good price-quality ratio. :) The only thing bad is the pool. There was nobody but that's because they didn't heat the water so it was too cold :S

It's a really nice hotel with really well behaved staff. It's just a 3-5 mins walk from the U-Bahn. The only problem- the Nespresso machine was faulty and wasn't working

Large open windows clears MCS problems left by Americanised guest. Room was clean though not perfectly. They graciously held our luggage in the evening.

Nice place with standard Ibiz rooms, very silent due to the location. Very easy to reach from the airport (1 station distance + short walk). Avoid kitchen, which is just proposing Flammkuchen and pizza

Staff friendly, room is good, Frankfurter station is 5-7 min walking, only minor issue is no tea or coffee machine and they are very costly if ordered a single cup in kitchen.

Stayed here for a night and can confidently say I'll stay here again when I'm back in Köln! The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean, although the shower cabin had some mold on the caulk

An absolute must if you want to experience the Kölsche culture, locals, food. Bier is the best and made in-house. Food is typical Cologne culture and amazing. We would have loved to be able to try the entire menu

Located in great area, there's a great pub downstairs where you can get a free Bier, good German food and nice welcoming from the bartender. Only 2 tram-stops away from Koelnmesse

If you are going to Koelnmesse, and your show is near the south entrance (halls 2, 3 or 11 in particular) then you cannot stay any closer than the Adina Apartment Hotel: it's a 30-second walk from the breakfast room to the south entrance

If your show is on the north side then you can take a shuttle bus from outside the hotel, or walk for about 15 minutes. The room was a nice, comfortable suite, and is ideal for a week-long stay if you are exhibiting

Plenty of mirrors! You can easily consider this place as your vacation home since the studios come with washing machine/dryer, iron & board, dishwasher, all kinds of equipment you need to cook

We also got an early check-in, breakfast was delicious and late even cocktails in the Terrasse area was even better. I definitely recommend Adina and I will definitely love to stay here again

Pros - Well located near public transport. Proactive housekeeping Cons- Lift not working over 3 days, Noone to help with bags to the 3rd Floor, Poor internet connectivity, no proper fans provided during peak summer

We only stayed one night, with our two little dogs and we were made very welcome, we booked a privilege room which was very clean and comfortable, with a cute little balcony outside, and free minibar was a great touch

The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is very central. There were a few things missing from the room. The first day we arrived we had no body lotion and conditioner in the room

Breakfast is a bit too expensive - 22 eur - we chose to have breakfast in the city instead. Overall good value for its money, with a few things hotel could easily fix to make it much nicer :)
